Guest Reviews
- Marcus (10/5): - Great, clean property with everything you need for a short or long stay. The owners and friendly and very easy to contact. Definitely will be coming here again for any future visits to Silverstone ☺️ No negatives
- Fordie76 (10/5): - Brilliant host and everything we needed Everything
- Juan (8/5): -
- Mr SmithUk (10/5): - My partner our daughter and I stayed here. The location is excellent, a short walk to a number 3 bus stop into the town.
There's a local shop 0.2miles away for convenience stuff, not that we needed to go there for much. The house comes with milk, sugar, tea and coffee and the most surprising butter.
Special mention should also be made for short bread, our daughters favourite that she said I need to tip the owners for leaving for her! The option to tip wasn't available or I would!
The accommodation
While it says single beds don't be put off by this as a message to your hosts before arrival sees beds made into king sizes. The beds are very comfy.
The bathroom is equipped with shower gel, shampoo and other needed toiletries.
The kitchen again is fully equipped with dish washer, washing machine with dryer, family sized fridge freezer.
An added touch in this heatwave was the washing line outdoors along with pegs to dry. This came in handy.
Access is very simple, in fact I preferred this method to physical keys and wish others had similar entry mechanisms.
In our five days we spent most evenings there and enjoyed it very much.
Communication from the hosts was top notch. The human touch instead of business only approach, as seen from the booklet for guests, speaks volumes and I wish them much prosperity going forward.
Overall, I recommend any small family to stay here if in Northampton for more than a few days. The home is a home away from home. Everything was ideal.

- Nikki (9/5): Great location and comfortable house that had everything we needed - It had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were large and comfortable with plenty of sockets and charging points upstairs.
Quiet area.
The coded door was good as didn’t have to worry about keys and we could come and go separately if we had needed to. The floor boards squeaked at lot so very conscious of it when moving about upstairs at night like going to the toilet.
- Fordie76 (10/5): Exceptional -
- Selena (9/5): Was a lovely stay in a clean and fresh. - It was lovely and clean and beds were excellent and to our needs. The milk in the fridge and the short bread was a lovely extra.
Would definitely use it again Nothing
- Karen (9/5): Highly recommend - Very comfortable, clean and well equipped property. Nice to be able to sit outside in the garden on an evening. The bedrooms can be configured either as kingsize or singles making it very flexible for either families or friends. We chose to cater in the property because we were marshalling at Silverstone over the weekend but there were plenty of options for takeaways or eating out nearby
- James (10/5): Great stay - Everything was available for a stay including a tin of shortbread which was nice

- Katarzyna (10/5): I recommend this property and its hosts to everyone who wants to visit Northampton. - I liked everything! The hosts were amiable and helpful. They contacted me before our arrival and asked for guest preferences to meet our needs. Moreover, when I asked additional questions about appliances, they immediately bought the small things I needed. Communication with the hosts was quick and straightforward. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. The hosts ensured that my guests had everything for tea and coffee. My guests were amazed with the property. Everything was spot on.
- Steel (10/5): Great, comfortable, feet good price for the offering welcome shortbread slapped 🔥 - House was very accommodating for its need and was comfortable to sleep, shower was excellent and location was great for new comers to Northampton Parking was abit iffy but it’s understandable due to being a dead end however neighbours where friendly enough to let us use their drive
- Kevin (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean place with all the things you need. Bed very comfortable. Lovely welcome pack tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Bath plug had no chain on it when getting out can't pull plug out but we put cable tie on so no problem.
