- Mindy (7/5): Beautiful Place - The condo was clean and big enough for our family and the location is great. The condo owners were quick to answer questions and helpful. The staff at the property are not friendly at all. Many of the staff we encounter do not speak english and would just shrug and walk away or ignore us when we had a question. Also, there are many hidden costs!

- Shannon (3/5): Couldn't wait to leave and left a day early. - Walking to the next hotel for my conference. One nice employee only, Jorge. Pest control, smell, outdated space, and service. Mildew smell in bedroom. Needed candle to reduce and got headache from the smell. Couldnt sleep because of it and my son slept on living room couch instead of bedroom because of it (and it wasn't that kind of sleep on sofa). No fans circulating and asked for one. Ants lined on dining area floor. And service was so rude. No one told me I'd pay an extra 100 for valet that doesn't valet, 20 for a parking tag and 30 for a fob to get into the building all while getting charged double for resort fees. And they just motioned and had attitude to get door, ring bell or advise....then had to walk across property parking lot to another property & having to wait in an office to get those things. No one smiled, no one spoke English, no one made eye contact and just waved us into the direction needed to go. Room had rusty door stopper, no closet door knob, cracks in walls & ceiling, chips & old kitchen appliances and caked on dirt on door slats. I couldn't stand going into bedroom closet. Was afraid it was making my clothes smell. What was up with the padding on the elevator walls? Asylum.

- Faik (5/5): Passable - The location was perfect. It was quiet. Elevators were moving people quickly, and it was a safe residence. The apartment was run down. There was mold on the ceiling. Bathtub wasn't draining well, getting filled with water during the shower, even the owner tried to fix the issue with no success. Internet was almost non-existent, and even the pool area had much better Wi-Fi. Several electric outlets were loose, becoming a hazard every time turning the light on.

- Ted (8/5): Would stay there again - Host was great Property was a little more than I was used to in the check in/check out procedure, paying $30 for a FOB, putting down a $20 deposit for a parking hanger and paper for your dash that you have to turn in and get your deposit back. And $75 for parking for 3 nights. However, I will say that the security measures taken seemed to work. Just allow 30 minutes plus for check in and about 30 min for check out.

- Susan (8/5): Very good - The apt was clean, the views lovely and the hosts were gracious. The Cafe had tasty food. The view from the balcony was just as beautiful as advertised. The cleaning fee was very expensive so it ended up being more money than we had wanted to spend.
