• jim (1/5): The crappest place and service ever - if you book from them then you are daft!!!!!!! - Was only in the place for a few minutes so can't really say What didn't I like - well everything really. Pulling up outside it looked like a ghetto area and trying to get to the parking was impossible. I should have left there and then - save yourself the problem and dont book anything off these people. Go in the door and the living door lying against the wall as it had been torn off its hinges - nice! Still, our party had just driven almost 300 miles to go to a family event in an hour or so, so let make the best of it. Everyone gets in, someone has a wee in the toilet and someone has a drink in the kitchen. It was bloody cold in the house (Scotland in Winter) and then we discover the boiler is knackered - all sorts of error codes. Not sure of the fault - is it safe. Contacts our Caledonia Luxe - no reply. So that's it, nobody can get ready for the event,. nobody wants to freeze in the place and nobody wants to die of a gas leak so off and try and find somewhere else, which we do but at massive extra cost. Everybody really stressed and pissed off. Contact Booking.com who said it is down to Caledonia Luxe to give us our money back. So I ask them for my whole £276 for two nights. Not a lot of money I agree but still enough to ask for them to refund. So what does this Luxe (short for Luxurious I suspect - bloody far short of it ) do - they say that as we used the facilities on day one (we had a wee and a drink and then tidied up) then they would only rebate one day stay! Then off of that rebate they deduct a bill for cleaning and want to give back about £80! For nothing. For providing a crappy property with a broken boiler. No 'sorry for the inconvenience' just money grabbing.
• Dean (9/5): Bell Apartment - It was spacious, clean and a 5 minute walk to the train to Glasgow or Edinburgh Instruction videos were extremely helpful and the beds and couches were comfortable to sleep on. I would definitely recommend staying here I was asked to let them know if I needed the bedding for the sofa bed, which I said I did. The bedding was left in the unlocked boiler cupboard which was easy to find. There was a handful of un covered pillows and a scrunched up bed sheet. Not the worse but expected it to be nearly piled. Ended up having to use the decorative throws as blankets. We were told there would be parking to to the rear but it was locked off when we arrived.

• kh (10/5): Bell House 3 day stay in Airdrie. - The living room space was perfect for us and the sofa turned into a pull out bed that was huge and super for movie night. The kitchen was super clean, the dining table chairs a little stained but nothing to effect and damage a review. The bed rooms were upstairs again very clean and spacious. Overall felt like we were home even though away from home. The bathroom had a nice electric towel heater and the shower easy to function. The carpets upstairs a little stained but still not enough to effect leaving a 10/10 review. The address not showing the exact location on Google images but a simple call put things in the right direction.

• Heather (8/5): Was good would have been better with curtains especially in summer - The location was ideal and great space in property nice and clean Would like to have had blinds or curtains on the bedroom windows nothing on the back one and then the front one the blind on there did not go down not ideal when a pub right across the road
• Paul (4/5): Location was spot on, poor surroundings and apartment needs urgent attention. - Location , as visiting family in the local area and bars and restaurants were close On arrival cans of alcohol were left on the window scille, people dealing drugs on arrival outside property, multiple times, people shouting keeping us awake. Apartment lacked secure parking, the sofa was broken and we later read that this has been the case since February. The headboard on the beds are not attached, and mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. Blood was found on the bed also, multiple dirty stains on the carpet everywhere in fact. Lamp downstairs has had plug removed, mirror was on the floor, which is displayed on the wall in the photos. Seating area, the chairs are not fit for purpose and unstable, forcing us to eat over the units in the kitchen. As the sofa was broken, we didn’t have enough seats, this was reported on arrival and nothing further was done. I travelled with 3 females who felt uncomfortable in the surroundings outside the property especially later at night.
• Jennifer (9/5): Fantastic place to stay. - Location was great, close to town. When we arrived one of the lounges was broken and unable to be used on our stay. The television cord had been removed so we had to what for a replacement cord to arrive.
• June (10/5): Exceptional - Good central location, Apartment was clean to a very high standard, I would highly recommend it, we had no trouble with parking as stated on a previous review I had read, I would definitely use this apartment again if they would allow us as I left the hoover upstairs!! Lol Mattresses could be updated as a couple of us felt we we could feel the springs but all in all top marks

• Genevieve (1/5): Illegal drugs found property not cleaned properly - The location was handy in terms of having shops and food. The kitchen was stylish. Unfortunately we had to have the police visit as a large bag of drugs had been left in the property it hadn’t been cleaned properly, stains on the carpet and debris in the bathroom. So far property management have not addressed these issues.

• Anne (3/5): House nice but no parking and no support from property owner - The house was comfortable and clean. We specifically booked this property as it was advertised as including parking at the rear of the property. When we parked we were told by residents in flats at the back of the property we could not park there. When queried with the property owner/letting agent we weren't given much assistance. Simply told by text that the property does come with parking but nothing further to say if there was a specific space etc that we should be parking in. As the driver of our vehicle had been threatened by the people in the flats we felt it was unsafe to try and park there again so had to find alternative parking which was not easy in a busy town centre. This was a poor start to our weekend and we were disappointed with the response received when we raised the matter with the owner/letting agent. We certainly wouldn't stay again for this reason. The house itself was good and if it hadn't been for the parking we would have considered staying again.

• Marlene (5/5): A lovely apartment, just the heat system was not working and the shower water was not warm enough. - Really comfortable and cozy apartment. Near to restaurantes and services. The water of the shower was cold. Also, the heat system of the house was not working, therefore in colder weather is not comfortable.
