• Anne (8/5): - Confort, propreté, tout remis à neuf, proximité du centre Codes d'entrée difficiles à obtenir . Beaucoup d'escaliers... Des gobelets à la salle de bain seraient utiles pour le brossage des dents. Peu d'isolation avec les voisins.

• Yani25 (10/5): Volveríamos a LeoVinci mil veces más! - Nos gustó todo! Desde la llegada, la entrada independiente fue muy fácil. La habitación hermosa, las camas una maravilla dormir ahí. Volveríamos una y mil veces. La ubicación es muy buena también, podes hacer todo a pie sin problemas. No hubo nada, nos encantó todo.
• gozde (9/5): Evinizde gibi hissedeceksiniz - Öncelikle giriş ve çıkışta ve odalara erişimde hiçbir problem yaşamadık.Odanın mimarisi çok güzeldi zevkle döşenmiş,yatak ve yastıklar inanılmaz derecede rahattı,heryer çok temizdi,internet erişimi kolay ve hızlıydı,tek sorun asansörün en azından valizler için kullanılamaması idi☺️Onun dışında gerçekten çok memnun kaldık.Bir dahaki Floransa ziyaretimizde yine tercih ederiz.

• Chloé (8/5): Parfait - Nous y avons passé 3 nuits avec mon conjoint, le lieu est dans un premier temps magnifique, propre , grand , climatisé, lumineux! Dans un second temps , prêt de toute commodité, petits commerces , café, tabac et à 10/15 minutes à pieds des lieux culturels et historique. Pour terminer, ce logement est situer dans un endroit calme parfait pour se reposer après une longue journée ! Je recommande fortement ! Il faut savoir que vous recevez les codes d’accès le jour d’arrivé et non avant mais assez tôt dans la journée. Escalier étroits afin d’accéder au logements sans accès à l’ascenseur.
• Andrei (8/5): - The accommodation is very nice, we had the best apartment, "Leonardo DaVinci". Very confortable, you have everything you might need. They need to put some attention to details. The couch was dirty, couldn't stay on it. Maybe not dirty, but had some stains. Gross. Another thing that i disliked was that the wifi didn't work and that no one responded. And the last thing..i don't understand the 30€ fee for late check-in if it's automatic?!?! Total non-sense.
• Marta (9/5): - La decoración y amplitud. Me encantó que el dormitorio fuese separado por una cama de cristal. La cama era súper cómoda y para el precio que pagué, está SÚPER bien. Lo recomiendo si vienen a Florencia. Además, había para coger toallas y mantas, o lo que necesitases. Estaba muy limpia. Que la ducha no tenía alcachofa que la puedas mover, solo tenía en el techo fija. Que era un poco raro conseguir las llaves, porque no quedaba claro cual era cada código que necesitabas.

• Chiara Mariacristina (8/5): Consigliato! - Stanza moderna e ben pulita, buona posizione. Chiare le istruzioni sul self check-in. Consigliato! Il nostro mazzo di chiavi comprendeva 4 chiavi quasi tutte uguali, perché avevamo la stanza con il bagno privato esterno. Consiglio di mettere qualcosa per distinguerle, perché di notte era davvero difficile cercare di beccare la chiave giusta senza svegliare tutti 😂 per il resto, tutto perfetto!

• Sotiria (8/5): Δεν θα ξαναπήγαινα ποτέ μου. - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν άψογο..σε καλή τοποθεσία. Με τα λεωφορεία πήγαινες παντού σε δέκα λεπτά.. Το μεγάλο πρόβλημα του καταστήματος ήταν η απουσία οικοδεσπότη.... Μόλις φτάσαμε στο κατάλυμα οι κωδικοί ήταν λάθος και δεν υπήρξε καμία ανταπόκριση από τον ιδιοκτήτη. Ήμασταν δύο ώρες στην σκάλα... Στα δέκα μήνυμα δεν ανταποκρίθηκε κάνεις. Ούτε υπήρχε τηλ επικοινωνίας.

• Renata (6/5): - The location is convenient, around 700–800 meters from the station, and the apartment is nicely decorated and stylish. However, it was disappointing that the private bathroom mentioned in the listing was not actually inside the apartment, but only accessible through shared areas. The internet did not work during our stay, and the air conditioning was very weak, which made the room uncomfortably hot. On the positive side, the host was flexible and allowed us to check in earlier, which we really appreciated.

• Ryan (8/5): No frills stay in Florence, room was tidy and quiet - Quiet location, short 15min walk to centre of tourist attractions Stairs only to access property, there is an elevator but this is private use so had to lift heavy cases up and down stairs. Not accessible for disabilities etc.

• Colandrea (7/5): - ho soggiornato a luglio 2025, prenotando una camera matrimoniale con bagno privato. camera confortevole, arredamento moderno, asciugamani dati in dotazione molto puliti, doccia abbastanza grande, letto comodissimo. unica pecca di questo appartamento è la davvero inesistente insonorizzazione delle camere, si sentiva davvero ogni passo dei vicini e il quartiere non piacevole sopratutto di notte, molto buio e mal frequentato e aria condizionata che faceva qualche rumore

• Ella (7/5): - The apartment is very modern and the facilities were good. Very clean and the tv is huge. Owners were helpful when we had an issue checking in. The location is quite far out from the main attractions of Florence, but not a problem if you don’t mind paying for taxis or walking. The external bathroom was a bit of a pain in the room we stayed in, however I think we stayed in the only room with an external bathroom. Also the loft wasn’t working during our stay. Be aware when you are checking in the website link they send needs to be viewed landscape as you can’t see the access code for the keys safe if you view it portrait. (Everyone we saw checking in had this issue)

• Leo (8/5): Correcto. - La habitación es muy linda pero se escucha demasiado el ruido de la otra habitación. El lugar tiene buena ubicación, y la relación precio calidad es buena. El frigobar casi ni enfriaba pero no es nada grave, solo un detalle a tener en cuenta. Nosotros solo pusimos un agua de todas formas. Como dice la publicación el check in es todo virtual y algo rebuscado la verdad, en ningún momento te cruzas con alguna persona.

Duvarlar yok denecek kadar inceydi yan oda da konuşulan her şeyi duyabilirsiniz. İletişimleri berbattı. Normalde iki farklı kod vermeleri gerekirken ilk kodu mail ile gönderip ikinci kodu almak için ulaşmak ve beklemek zorunda kaldık. Check in öncesi kesinlikle valiz kabul etmiyorlar. Müsait bir ortak alan olmasına rağmen bu konuda gereksiz katılar. Merkeze uzak bir lokasyon. Gidenler için bir bilgilendirme hemen arka sokaktan tramvay geçiyor isteğiniz noktalara ulaşabilirsiniz.

• Emilia (7/5): - Apartament przestronny i wygodny, cena rozsądna. Duże wygodne łóżko, garderoba i kuchnia z dużym stołem. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Niestety w apartamencie nie było zbyt czysto, kanapa wymaga profesjonalnego czyszczenia. Problematyczne było zameldowanie się w wyznaczonych godzinach, a dopłacanie za możliwość zameldowania się w innych godzinach uważam za słabe. Apartament miał być gotowy na nasz przyjazd o godzinie 14, a gdyby nie Pani sprzątająca, która właśnie wtedy przyszła, to nawet nie miałybyśmy jak wejść do mieszkania.

• Daniele (8/5): Bene ma non benissimo. - Sicuramente la posizione è stata strategica per noi, vicino alla Visarno arena, dove eravamo diretti per un concerto e vicino al centro storico. Non precisamente lindo, il divano ( neanche divano letto) è scomodo per dormirci e con delle belle macchie sulla seduta. Non ci sono tende semi trasparenti in camera, solo quelle scure, quindi o buio o ti vedono in casa. Parcheggiare è un'altra problema, andrebbe "consigliato" dove lasciare la macchina, perché chi come noi non è pratico, tra ZTL, parcheggi bianchi ma solo per residenti e parcometri a tempo, si rischia di girare a vuoto prima di trovare dove parcheggiare. Io consiglio il parcheggio Porta al Prato. 20€ al giorno.

• Rosa (8/5): Firenze - 1.Posizione centrale rispetto alla città e raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria 2.pulizia ottima 3. stile camera 4.rapporto qualità prezzo 5.zona ben servita a pochi passi si ha davvero tutto, fermata bus, taxi, supermercati, osterie, bar ! 1.Zanzare. 2.Rumori lievi ma sarebbe meglio insonorizzare le camere dagli altri appartamenti 3.Accogliere il cliente con aspetti più calorosi tipo si sarebbe potuto pensare ad un possibile ticket colazione al bar di sotto, offrire guide cartacee di Firenze e spunti per ristoranti e luoghi attrattivi. Non sono plus per cui sono si necessita della presenza delle persone ma possono fare piacere 4. Poi non capisco perché inserire PAGO IN STRUTTURA se vogliono il pagamento anticipato, nulla di che in fondo soprattutto perché l'accesso alla struttura avviene tramite codici per cui se non paghi.. ma sarebbero ben gradite informazioni più chiare. 5. Non c'era un docciaschiuma e poco sapone per le mani, alla fine eravamo in due!

Le bruit systematique des voisins du dessus une partie de la nuit (isoler le plafond serait un plus).La salle de bain est un peu exiguë avec des marches pour accéder à la douche. Dommage d être obligé d aller sur le site internet pour avoir quelques adresses pour prendre un petit déjeuner (un document papier dans la chambre ce serait bien). Il serait appreciable de proposer un plateau d'accueil avec bouilloire, tasse et boissons dans la chambre ou sur le palier.

• Charlie (6/5): A great place to stay in a good location. - Great location in the city, close to shops, bars and restaurants, only 20 minutes walk to the Duomo. The facilities were good, very clean, with AC and a comfortable bed. The host was also very generous and let us check in early. Some trouble getting into the property at first, but once I communicated with the host, everything was fine.

• Pierre (1/5): Si vous arrivez après 18h, vous dormirez dehors. - La chambre est jolie. Ce qui est inadmissible c'est que, si vous arrivez après 18h, il n'y a plus personne pour vous accueillir. D'ailleurs la dame au bout du fil vous le dit bien "il faudra se débrouiller en cas de problème". Sauf que des problèmes il y en a eu : le code que l'on vous donne pour entrer dans le bâtiment ne marche pas. Résultat : Vous allez vous retrouver à dormir dehors. Un conseil, fuyez cet hôtel car vous risquez d'avoir des déconvenus.

• Nero (10/5): Sembra di essere a casa propria, con tutti i comfort! - La struttura è spaziosa, luminosa e ben arredata. Ha tutto ciò che serve. La doccia perde un po’ d’acqua ma nel complesso è gestibile

Peccato per alcuni dettagli: assenza di ascensore, pulizia non impeccabile e soprattutto forte odore di umido. La tavoletta del water era rotta e la doccia non scaricava correttamente. Inoltre inconcepibile il pagamento dei 30€ per arrivi dopo le 18 visto il servizio di self check-in. Dopo le 18 lo staff non è reperibile e in caso di necessità potrebbe creare problemi.

• Sophia (4/5): Has potential but very disappointing - Location was great. Room was lovely and modern Walls were so thin you can hear everything next door- didn’t get a good night sleep. Had no water the next day so couldn’t shower/use toilet or sink before checking out. Had no response from the staff regarding this.

• ROBERTO (1/5): Muy incómodo - Nada recomendable, te ofertan el anuncio diciendo que tiene baño privado, y es privado, pero está fuera de la habitación cerrado con una llave que usas tú solamente, pero fuera de la habitación, menudo timo. Por otro lado las almohadas son muy mejorables, el piso está en un segundo sin ascensor (va con llave privada) y la nevera no funcionaba correctamente. Además el horario de Check in también es muy mejorable.
