- Marion (9/5): Very cosy stay in a remote but perfectly equipped chalet -
- Vijeth (8/5): Amazing experience to stay in a quite farm lodge - The view was amazing with fresh air and farm lands all over. The farm animals are a treat to watch with greenery all over. There is a small waterfall across the stream. The lodge was warm and cosy. My little one loved the spacious lodge. It was a lovely one night stay in summer.
The hosts were very accommodative. Good to have toiletries like scrubs, body wash etc.
- Carly (10/5): Exceptional -
- Charlene (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful lodge…it is massive and spotless ! Would definitely come back again !
- Colin (1/5): an expensive caravan stay where you couldnt use the water - nothing was informed on arrival tap water was not safe to drink (you need to boil it before drinking) shocking for the price of the venue..was a static caravan not a "lodge" , whole venue creaked and was very uncomfortable
- Victoria (7/5): Good - Fantastic location and good value for money The beds were too soft and uncomfy
- Jeremiah (10/5): We absolutely loved our stay in an idyllic location in a prefect facility that was beautifully thou - Such a brilliant facility in a very remote but beautifully managed farmed location. This is an absolute gem for anyone wanting an off grid comfortable stay. Virtually nothing. This was such a well thought out facility in a perfect location
- Joseph (10/5): Comfy, modern spacious lodge in an epic location! - Great location (if remote is what you’re looking for) but easy ti access and owners close by if you needed anything.
Comfy and spacious lodge with all you could need in terms of utilities etc and all really well maintained.
Owners are great and the added bonus of seeing a lamb being born made it pretty special!
- Gary (8/5): Very good - The only problem with the stay was that the temperatures went to 2 degree's over night and the heating didn't come on in the morning and there was no manual way to turn it on, so was very cold in the bedrooms and bathrooms, also was no blankets available for the colder nights. Was able to turn on an electric heater in lounge. Otherwise was happy with the stay
- David (8/5): Great location and value for money - Location was fantastic very peaceful and relaxing Mattress on our bed was a little to soft for my liking but not the end of the world

- Jo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gayle (10/5): Exceptional - Accommodation was lovely, very deceiving from the outside. Facilities were great, everything you could need. Lovely rural location. Hosts are lovely and checked to see if we were happy with everything. Fantastic value for money, we will definitely be back and would highly recommend Nothing to dislike
- Simon (8/5): Short but sweet country stay - Cosy and quaint country stay. Somewhat out of the way, but that is also one of the attractions.
- Hannah (10/5): Exceptional - Brilliant location, so peaceful, quiet and beautiful views all around Bit windy but that wasnt the hosy fault.

- Deborah (10/5): Exceptional - The property was very tranquil it was lovely and relaxing just like a home from home we picked two days of sunshine to go and it was glorious They were no chairs to sit out on the decking but except for that it was wonderful
- Linda (10/5): Homeston Lodge - We loved everything about this lodge. It was spotlessly clean with everything you need. Total home from home.
It was warm and welcoming with views that were absolutely stunning.
It is remote with a stream that runs buy the lodge. It was a joy to sit outside on the decking, and we had a full moon!
We most definitely will be back but for longer.
The countryside to explore is breathtaking.
Gem of a place to say.
- Kristopher (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chris (8/5): Nice place to stay in beautiful secluded surroundings - Comfortable well presented accommodation with outstanding views
- Victor (10/5): Exceptional - Quiet and scenic location.
- Piotr (9/5): Superb -
- Coutts (9/5): Superb - Location was away from it all, close to the main town.
- David (10/5): Brilliant Time thank yiu wish we could have stayed longer highly recommended - The lodge was on a farm with a small burn running directly in front of the decking. It had a BBQ etc outside which guests could use if required. It was situated in a isolated area and is about 5 minutes from Campbell town and 8 minutes drive from Machrahanish golf club
It has d everything you need for a trip including air fryer toaster etc and even an iron board
We were a group of 4 golfers and it was ideal for us . Even had a load of games dominoes etc and Wi-Fi Everything was great
- Michel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thomas (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful property in a fabulous location.
- Alistair (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anne (8/5): A particularly lovely location. Despite the need for a few extras in the kitchen, a good stay. - The River!! The bed is rather too soft, plus there was no teapot in the kitchen, nor a colander for cleaning veg.
- Gillian (10/5): Perfect and will definitely be returning - Location was excellent and the burn was idyllic. Facilities fabulous . Very spacious accommodation and spotlessly clean. Nothing
- Ian (9/5): very good accommodation and facilities - very comfortable and immaculately clean. it was a little further from Campbeltown than I thought
- Iain (10/5): Exceptional -
- Linda (9/5): a great midweek break. perfect peace and quiet. - it’s remoteness. it’s a nice fresh property with great scenery nothing
- Noriko (8/5): Very Lovely and Clean Lodge 🩷 - The owner gave us a very warm welcome (Flowers on the table were so lovely). The lodge is only 15 minutes away from Campbeltown, very convenient but very secluded and quiet. ☺️
Beds were all beautifully made.
Kids enjoyed their own big wardrobe room.
It was fun watching horses in the farm from the windows. Not that we didn't like, but it would have been nice if there were a hair dryer, a washing-up sponge, dishwasher tablets (we brought our own just in case and it came useful) and a tea pot (my husband loves tea and wants a lot) and bin liners (we used our car bin liners) esp there are not shops nearby.
- Elizabeth (9/5): Very clean and convenient - The location was rural and quiet. Very peaceful The mattresses were too soft
