• joanne (8/5): Convenient and comfortable accommodation - Location was great for concert at O2, bus ride from end of street straight to arena in 10 minutes . No problems at all , it was clean , well presented and host was pleasant and amiable

• Fiona H (1/5): Avoid at all costs - The booking was cancelled at 2am on the day that we were due to stay! Which also happened to be Christmas day. As I had already exchanged messages with the property regarding check in, I found it rather surprising, as well as incredibly unprofessional and highly inconvenient, that the property would cancel the booking in the middle of the night and a few hours before check in. I am yet to receive my refund. The booking was cancelled at 2am on the day that we were due to stay! Which also happened to be Christmas day. • Anthony (8/5): - The place is nice and spacious Could do with some repairs. Shower floor floods bathroom, shower hose holder, kitchen curtain rail can see where one was but not there.
• Mavis (8/5): Would use again owner very friendly and welcoming - Was very pleasant and welcoming. Picture doesn't do it justice had everything you need for a short stay internet and tv provided The bed and sofa bed was hard but that is to a persons prefrence we prefer softer mattresses

• Guest (4/5): Host manners and attitude was terrible & used TERRIBLE LANGUAGE. - I enjoyed the living room but not the bedroom, the Bed itself had no headboard and the bed was so uncomfortable. I did not like the hosts manners ! Disgusting. Everybody knows all check in times is 2-3 pm at least, I wasn’t able to check in until 4pm ! And because of that I asked for a later check out time for the inconvenience and he said No straight away but agreed to give me an extra 15 minutes…. Bearing in mind I only asked for a check time of 12pm which was an hour more than I was expected too as the original time was 11 am. As soon as it hit 11:15 he started banging on the door n rushing me out ! & because I took I asked him not to bang the door, he told me to get the F out of his house & F off !!! Crazy ! ( the Host also, Lives right next door too the property as it is an extension home of some sort. So there ain’t no real privacy because he will basically just keep watch, which I find weird. But the overall stay was decent, but as in the host and his welcoming it was TERRIBLE & I will NEVER Stay there AGAIN !.

The host is very welcoming and helpful taking time to explain the transport link to me which were fantastic for getting into Central London area quickly.

La casa molto confortevole, non mancava niente. L’unica pecca sono stati i materassi del letto matrimoniale e del divano letto veramente duri. Anche i cuscini. Noi adulti non siamo riusciti a riposare bene

• Oz (10/5): My stay was fabulous - The location is one of the best having access to whatever you need, the Railway station is just about 7mins walk, supermarkets is less than 5minutes and their is a fitness centre close by less than 3 mins

• Charlotte (8/5): Great for the o2, lovely suburban location, close to M25. - Location was great for the o2, nice area, comfortable, lovely host There were a things not quite finished, but this wasn’t an issue for us.
• Pietro (10/5): Perfect - First impression we weren’t sure, but once we got in and met the owner, we really liked it. It was the perfect setting for us. There was everything we needed, kettle, blender, blow drier, iron and board etc. Also the owner is very friendly and super helpful. We will definitely come back.

• Shaima (10/5): It was good and reasonable for the price - It’s well built and is located in a nice area. Have parking space which is hard to find in London.
• Ben (8/5): Good value stay for 4 people. - Clean house, comfy beds, even the sofa bed. Host had good communication. A request for milk was granted by the host and was there waiting when we got back. All in all a successful stay. House needs a few finishing touches to be perfect, some parts looked unfinished. The boiler was very loud at times and woke us up a bit in the night.

There is nothing we didn't like . we will be happy to stay there again. Value for money and a good location. Some of the property needs to be completed. But this didn't affect us

Ola was lovely and really helpful, the place was clean and cosy and was right next to a bus stop. The bed was a little soft for me but other than that it was a great stay.

The perfect spot for a London visit - The apartment was in a great location within walking distance to Eltham train station and Eltham town centre. It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable Overall, everything was great. There was only one towel provided which for a solo traveller was fine but would be tricky for couples. Some of the kitchen utensils could do with an update but again, that is the smallest of niggles. There were plenty of glasses and mugs, so nothing was amiss or lacking.

Just a little hiccup - Property suited the 4 of us and we had all we needed for our stay The cooker vent on the second night rattled all night keeping 2 of us in the lounge awake and at 7am the owners put on the own washing machine and dryer and this vibrated our accommodation and was very distracting. Thinking this may be a new property we informed the owner and he apologised and hadn’t realised. Hopefully this won’t happen for the next visitors

• Me94 (10/5): Exceptional - David is a great host, and he asked how are we going to go to the house and he gave a very cleae instruction how to there from the airport. We take our time to walk around thr London city and he was very attentive. He didn't rush us at all. The jouse was very clean and tidy. There no dust at all and everything was there and prepared with utensils and washing machine and netflix none! everything is good
