• CELIA (4/5): Disappointing, dirty, not maintained - Nothing particularly Our apartment was very dirty. The bedsheets had many stains, and hair the aircon was shockingly dirty and inefficient. On the positive side the aircon got serviced and cleaned after we reported.

• Kuanlong (4/5): Some comments at the homestay - Location not bad. The swimming pool looks bigger than common condominium/apartment. 1. The initial price for booking.com looks valuable.... But the booking page has a sort of hidden "cleaning fee" of RM150 which does not appear at the first place of making the booking...i personally overlook this and only notice after payment made. Comparatively, paying close to Rm500 for 2 nights in Melaka at apartment and excluding breakfast I would say REALLY NOT WORTH. 2. The check in time is strictly 3pm. The admin only provided the booking details and check in guideline at 2.48pm.. checkout time strictly before 11am.. For those who wish to check in slightly earlier, you may not want to consider this. 3. The swimming pool is overloaded with people during weekend. 4. I didn't see gym facilities here. (Perhaps I'm wrong)

• Mirfa (10/5): Splendid, totally recommended! - Perfect! it's spacious, super clean, good facilities, you have it all, nice and responsive host, good value for money. easy access to carpark, pool is enormous but you have to book your slots earlier. fast checking and deposit return. definitely gonna come back, and definitely recommend JJHome, thanks a lot for making it memorable for us :) maybe you can consider provide in-doors slippers for elderlies as the unit is completely non-carpeted. another thing, the checkout time is 11am, so we hv to add some to extend our stay (pool is opened at 9am so we checked out at 12pm that day) check in details is around 2.30pm (understandable)

• Roslina (10/5): Enjoy the stay in the spacious and cozy rooms with complete facilities. - Easy to locate the property Came with three families and that means 3 cars but only allowed 2 cars for parking and the third had to park outside the premise.

• Winnie (5/5): Passable - Location is reasonable with access to many food options. Please beware and read policies clearly as owner is very rigid (no flexibility granted) and can be very late in sharing instructions for access. Expectation of cleanliness not met despite a cleaning fee imposed as unit was not cleaned properly (debris on floor and dust when adjusting curtains). Also on the third room, please beware that it is an area cordon off with a sliding door (sharing aircondition with the hall) and have only a wall fan can get very hot in the afternoon/evenings rendering it almost unuseable for rest in the daytime). In response to your feedback, it was not a super late check out as I requested for 12pm as oppose to 11am neither was it a super early check in as your team has messaged that I can check in at 2pm (ai have shown you the message as proof) but the unit was not ready until 3pm. Second point on cleanliness, you did not bring me to view the unit beforehand nor did I inspect the place prior to check in and agreed that all is well. Please accept honest and constructive feedback.
