- Gail (10/5): Excellent - The apartment was well furnished, neat and tidy. and comfortable there was also a tv in the bedroom which was a bonus. The host was very accommodating and we will definitely return for a longer visit to Nautica

- Gudani (4/5): Either than poorly kept accommodation and the accommodation being far from main Cape Town attractions we enjoyed our fam - The view matches the pictures on the booking site, and the location is near Strand Beach and Gordon's Bay Beach. However, it is not close to the city center where many activities like visiting the V&A Waterfront and Table Mountain take place. To reach these attractions, one would need to drive for about an hour one way without traffic, and up to two hours if there is heavy traffic. This long commute was not well received by e-hailing drivers, and there are limited alternative transportation options nearby if none. Upon our arrival, we were not directed to the correct gate, leading to confusion as there are two gates at the location. The address provided on the booking site directed us to the wrong gate, causing inconvenience for our driver who had to reload our bags after offloading them. Additionally, we were greeted by a strong smell of drainage/sewer and encountered dirty and smelly carpets in the second bedroom. The extra blankets provided were also dirty and emitted an unpleasant odor. Despite arriving at night and making do with the situation, we found that the place was not thoroughly cleaned. Furthermore, the dishwashing cloths were not separated, leading to concerns about using cloths that appeared to have been used for cleaning the floor. We had to request additional electricity units (47 units was loaded prior our arrival) as the apartment operates on a prepaid system, a situation we had not encountered in our previous travels. To add to our disappointment, we were only provided with one toilet roll for a seven-night stay for three adults. The kitchen was not fully equipped as advertised, lacking essential items such as frying pans, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher tablets. The uncomfortable couch, covered with a dirty blanket, added to our discomfort. Despite a previous negative review by Lorene, the issues mentioned had not been addressed, leaving us regretting our decision to book this accommodation.

It is a great place to stay and safe it's got lovely views with shops nearby we even took a walk at night to go to the shops.

The hospitality we received was unbelievable and our deepest gratitude for the shuttle services by Danny to the university on two occasions.. We did not find only the best accommodation but most importantly we found a place where guests are given royalty treatment. Keep up the good work guys... The fact that we had to leave. Wish we could have stayed longer.
