• Martin (8/5): Conveniently located large apartment in Split - Very large apartment within walking distance (25 minutes) of the beach and the old center of Split. There's a supermarket at just a couple of minutes walking as well. The facilities of the apartment are good, especially considering the low price. Finding the key in the locker was a bit of a challenge, since we arrived in the evening and it was already dark. We could communicate with our host through whatsapp, which worked very well. Some things in the apartment could do with a 'renovation'; the oven door doesn't close, there was water leaking from the toilet in the bathroom and the bed in the room with just one bed was fairly uncomfortable.
• Valeriia (10/5): Would definitely recommend! - Great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is very convenient, and the place has a nice, cozy atmosphere. We arrived during quite cold days, and the host kindly provided a heater, which we really appreciated. Very friendly and helpful host.
• Zsuzsa Balogh (8/5): Egyszerű, tágas lakás csendes környéken. - A lakás egy 6 emeletes liftes házban van, kellemes parkos lakótelepen, csendes helyen. A házigazda nagyon kedves, segítőkész, rugalmas volt. WhatsApp-on tudtuk tartani a kapcsolatot. Lehetőséget kaptunk korai bejelentkezésre és későbbi kijelentkezésre (az előző és a következő vendég távozása és érkezése miatt). Kora reggel érkeztünk és eljött értünk a busz pályaudvarra is. Nagyon szépen köszönjük. <3 A lakás 3 hálószobával, nappalival és konyhával rendelkezik, fürdőszoba káddal és WC-vel + külön WC. A konyha jól felszerelt, hűtő fagyasztóval, tűzhely, vízforraló és a szükséges edények, tányérok, poharak rendelkezésre álltak, rendszeresen főztünk. A lakásban klíma biztosította a nappali melegét, a hálószobákat hősugárzóval kellett fűteni. A lakás a 80-as években épült, de megkezdődtek a felújítások, új ablakok és redőnyök vannak. Az ár-érték arány kiváló volt. Üzletek, buszmegállók a közelben. Összességében rendben voltak a dolgok.

• Oleksandr (8/5): В целом все понравилось, хотелось бы чтоб заменили сковороду. - Просторная квартира, соотношение цена/качество, наличие всего необходимого для проживания. Квартира простенькая, дешевая мебель и ремонт.
• Hélène (6/5): Déçue par la prestation. - Le salon qui est représenté sur la photo. Agréable et donne un côté propre et moderne à l’appartement. La literie est ok et l’emplacement, proche des plages et à 25 mn à pied du centre. Tout n’était pas propre et pas forcément rangé. Il y a eu une fuite dans les toilettes.

• Sandra (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and spacious apartment. The owner is a very kind and accommodating person. We were there in a cold period and she brought us extra heaters because the air conditioner couldn't heat the space.The place is great for larger families or a group of friends.
