• Rendy (8/5): 9/10 - It was very nice, clean and pleasant. Owner was very responsive. Good location. The bathroom kinda smells but maybe due to how old the establisment is, but all good.
• Leon (8/5): - Close to Metro stations and Dotonburi. Comfortable for our family of 5. Above a laundromat. The host was prompt in responding and accommodating with our request. While the living area was clean, other areas like the balcony were not. We were not comfortable leaving our clothes to dry there. Fortunately, there is a laundromat downstairs. Road noise as it's close to a main road.

Though there were downside, the comfort and accessibility of the property still made i - The property is conveniently located near the dotonbori area with just around 10 min walk or less. Also, the facility is clean and well-equipped with everything you need- beddings, towels, kitchen utensils, basic toiletries and coin laundry on the first floor. The elevator and lobby has limited space, quite small to accommodate large luggage

• Megane (8/5): - Big and spacious, comfy, lots of equipments. The noises from the road outside, can't really shut the light from outside in the rooms with windows if you want to sleep in.
• Margaret (7/5): - The beds are roomy and comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need and it's nice having a washing machine inside the apartment. Easy to heat with an air conditioning unit in each room. There were plenty of instructions included to help us find the building entrance and retrieve the keys for check in. It is well located near a train station and plenty of great shopping arcades. We tried the ramen store recommended in the house manual and it was delicious, there are plenty of great places to eat nearby. It was quite noisy, the walls and windows seemed thin. The couch was a bit uncomfortable and space is limited in the common area. The check in method to get the keys is a bit finicky, but the owner happened to be there and kindly helped when he saw us struggling. Luckily we only had to do it once when we first came in, then it was easy to enter and exit the apartment.

• Shenayah (5/5): - Location, washing machine and shower The TV was out dated and couldn't be used, no dryer, the linen wasnt clean, finding hair from previous guests, the sofa beds were so hard we couldn't use them. The freezer door was broken so our frozen food couldn't be stored for a long time.

• Lewis (8/5): Very good value and great location - Location was great, it also had almost everything we needed inside. Very clean and comfortable. Also the beds were are very good size. The traffic noise was very loud at night, also the room is not sealed well due to single pane glass so the cold would come through. There was not enough seats for us to sit around the small coffee tables for meals, maybe some fold out stools could help.

• Velian (7/5): Overall good stay with a few minor dislikes. - Great location. Close to subway stations. Within walking distance to Dotonbori, Kuromon Market and Den Den Town. Several conbinis close by. The apartment was big considering how tiny Japan hotels are. There are two separate bedrooms with plenty of room to move around and open up suitcases. Appreciate the fact that the toilet is separate from the shower (however tiny but doable). The beds were very comfy and we like the fact we got more than one pillow per bed. We have a few dislikes but nothing was a deal breaker. The building itself is quite old and could use a remodel. We were on the second floor and heard everything from cars driving by all night to people talking on the sidewalk. There was not a lot of electrical outlets and the ones on the bed backboard did not work (those were quite useless). Could use a few hooks in the bathroom to hang up towels, wet clothes, toiletries, etc. The bath towels were quite small, wish they were bigger. The door knob takes a key and it doesn’t work the best (we kept checking to make sure the door was locked).

El único detalle es en la noche como es cerca de carretera pasan autos y algunos si hacen ruido , no es molesto para nosotros pero puede que sea molesto para alguien mas

• Russell (9/5): Good value for money in Osaka - The location was really nice, just away from the hustle and bustle but within walking distance to most markets and shopping streets (Dotonbori etc.) The apartment itself was very clean, big rooms for comfort and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

• Jeni (10/5): Satisfied Stay for my Family - We like this place so much. Our stay was comfortable and feels like we were at home. We stayed in the fourth floor and good thing they have the lift. They provided complete cleaning stuff. The place is quiet and looks safe. They are super responsive to my queries. If we will be given a chance to travel to Japan again, we will book here again! :) Maybe the least that we do not like is the occasional pungent smell in the toilet though its clean and they have the exhaust fan. About the noise from the main road area, we do not mind it. We just like to suggest to add more mini table for the small stuff.

• Kimberly (9/5): Great location, one station away from Dotonbori - The location was perfect for our friends who participated in the Osaka marathon. It was near a train station making it easier to get around. The host sent a PDF of house rules and how to self-check-in. Keys were in a locked box and the building had a door code. It had the appliances we needed- laundry, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and basic cookware. Shower area had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash - love the smell of the body wash! We tried looking for it in supermarkets but couldn't find the brand:( Floors weren't spotless and the under bed needed some tending to. We found an empty soju bottle, a hair tie, and dirt under the beds. The building was also facing the highway, you could hear motorcycles revving and people talking loudly, but it was a weekend so maybe they were out partying.

• Desunootox (8/5): Nice place with a great location. - Nice location just a few minutes away from Dotombori. The instructions on how to get to the property were extremely helpful as they included subway/train lines and pictures of the surroundings. The apartment was spacious and had all the facilities we needed and were expecting. The level of cleanliness was also good. All in all a nice accommodation! During the night it was a bit noisy as there's a big street right next to the bedrooms and there was some construction as well at the time of our stay but those didn't bother us too much since we had earplugs with us.
• Shiela (9/5): Akimi was good value for money. It was relatively close to Dotonbori which was where we mostly go - Clean, everything is as described. Everything works fine. It is enough for our group of 8 plus a baby. The sofa bed cushions were hard. There were no closet space for the 2 bedrooms. The motorcycles on the road are noisy at night when everybody is sleeping.
• Marko (9/5): Nice family apartment in Osaka - Spacious place with all we needed during our stay. Location was good, close to two train station with good connections, shops and restaurants. Recomend for four adults and two small kids. The instructions of finding the building and entering are really well done and precise. The main street can be noisy for someone, but we didn't care.
• Cisca (7/5): Great location, a little noisy but clean tidy and great hosts! - The location was great but it was a little noisy due to it being located on the main road and the windows were only single glazed. The beds were super comfy and had amazing pillows! The host were kind to let us leave our luggage inside the door before our check in time. The couch was very uncomfortable to relax on and so the only real place to hang out was in the bedrooms.

Narrow hallway, a little disappointing on the outside(from Building entrance to just before entering the room) but impressive when you walk inside the room.
