• Agnieszka (7/5): I was on vacation in Sicily, and this was the most neglected apartment during my two-week stay. The lack of cleanliness - Location The apartment was very dirty – the floors were dusty, and the bathroom and kitchen were neglected. The stay was uncomfortable, and I definitely do not recommend this place.
• Loredana (5/5): Per due notti può passare, ma non per più giorni. - La posizione molto buona, vicino al centro. Dimensione giusta x 2 persone. Buona la comunicazione con l’host. Arredamento non curato e non molto pulito, soprattutto il bagno. L’appartamento avrebbe del potenziale ma deve essere abbellito e reso più accogliente. Suite Cecilia è al secondo piano senza ascensore

• Graeme (1/5): Awful do not use this apartment. - The location was good and central. When we pulled out the sofa bed there were bugs everywhere and no bed sheets so could not use it if we wanted too. The shower tray was cracked in multiple places and no proper drainage plug for 2 days out of 4 we had no hot water. The cupboard for to the fridge was Brocken We contacted the owner and asked if we could move out and get a refund only to be told no refund and that there was sheets and that we were lying about the hot water and bugs in the sofa bed. This has been the biggest disappointment on our trip touring Italy and Sicily.
• Ingrid (8/5): - Die Wohnung hatte eine tolle Größe. Die Lage ist toll. In wenigen Minuten ist man mitten in der Fußgängerzone. Das Bett war sehr bequem und es war sauber. Auch die Waschmaschine war toll. Mehr Küchutensilien hätten wir uns gewünscht. Auch eine Kehrbesen wäre hilfreich. Leider konnten wir erst um 17 Uhr ins Appartement. Da wir schon sehr früh (5 Uhr früh) mit der Fähre ankamen wurde der Tag sehr lang und mit dem Gebäck mühsam.

• Francesco Antonino (7/5): - Appartamento davvero carino, ben arredato e accogliente. Perfetto per qualche giorno di soggiorno, con tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa. La posizione è comoda e tranquilla, e l’ambiente è pulito e curato nei dettagli. Un punto a favore è sicuramente la presenza della lavatrice, molto comoda per soggiorni più lunghi. Tuttavia, segnalo che la centrifuga non funzionava correttamente durante il nostro soggiorno, quindi i vestiti restavano piuttosto umidi. Non è stato un grande problema, ma è qualcosa che può essere migliorato. A parte questo piccolo inconveniente, l’esperienza è stata assolutamente positiva. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e host disponibile. Ci tornerei volentieri!

• Anthony (8/5): Almost perfect - It was lovely clean spacious flat with a nice view and not far from the center :) The shower was badly designed with a shower head that was too big for the glass cabin and a glass cabin that was too small for anybody bigger than a small person to fit in … and the cabin door was too close to the bidet and it’s a pity because with a better designed shower there was plenty of of room in the bathroom for all … and the holder for the shower head was broken … the guy who was running it was not very friendly …
• Milda (10/5): Great stay in Palermo - Cute and cozy flat close to the city center. Very clean and had all the essentials. 2 toilet rolls for 3 nights seemed a bit stingy

• Gabor (10/5): Apartment with nice views in the heart of Palermo - Nice apartment in a good area of Palermo. The all-round view from the windows/balkonies is fantastic.
• Cristian (8/5): A good place to stay for a few days if you are a couple and want to be closed to old town. - The apartment is located in a renovated and very clean building, in contrast with the rest of the near-by buildings, walking distance from the center / historical area. The apartment was equipped with all the basic (coffee-machine, refrigerator, microwave, etc.). The host (Gabrielle) was really helpful into solving our issues. For a family of 3 people, it was a bit small. There is no way to heat the bathroom, it was quite cold in there. The room had an AC that we used for heating but it was a bit noisy. The furniture looked old and cheap. The neighbourhood was really creepy, very noisy and miserable. The Saturday night was a no-sleeper, some guys put loud music in the streets almost all night.

• Iuliia (8/5): Good apartment situated 7min walk from downtown with friendly and helpful host - •Apartment has enough space inside, bright in general equipped well with all basic necessary things you need. Shower indeed could be a bit small for a tall person. But in general for price they charge I think it is good apartment with friendly and helpful host. •It is located in renovated building ( which is really happens in Palermo) 7 min walk to the city centre. I was a solo traveling woman, and I have found this location pretty much save and a a good thing it is far away from down town chaos and extreme noise. In the street where apartment situates is a lot of light in the evening. However, if you really searching for quiet and kind of silence place to live it not really quite. There are a lot of noise from outside even in the night. Especially during Saturday night I couldn’t slip even with closed windows. For me this noisy part was a bit of a problem because I am sensitive for noise. But nothing you can do about it because it is noise from outside which is common in Palermo in general I guess. •The host Gabriele very friendly and will definitely help you with issues which you find difficult to manage your self. •Parking: there are some free parking available just near the apartment building, but I NEVER saw a free place there it is always overpacked with local cars (during my 7 days stay) Gabriele helped me to arrange paid underground parking nearby (35 € / per night) And better to order it in advance otherwise can be no place. •If you need a taxi you can use Uber in Palermo. From this apartment to the Central Station it is approx 15-17 €. Noise from outside during the day and during the night also. But may be it is just Palermo vibe.

• Adam (8/5): Big, comfortable with some issues - Very ,very clean, light and spacious apartment. The hosts responded very quickly to an issue we had with the lock. The street didn’t feel too safe at the beginning BUT after just one evening we changed our minds. The locals were good. La Gondola restaurant (less than 100m away) is superb. We went 3 nights. Bus stop is close by plus you can walk to just about all attractions of Palermo without any problem. We enjoyed our stay. The street is very noisy from early in the morning. A small, quiet bar across the street emptied their glass bottles into a large big every morning at around 6:30. All windows and doors are double glazed but…we didn’t want to use air conditioning at night and having the windows/doors open was not an option. Access to the very small shower is no good at all.
• Marek (10/5): Very good time - Great City, appartment close to the attractions, very nice to relax with everything You need. Good wifi, iron, and so on.. It was great to be there. And altough is close to the city center in the same time generally is apart from crowds and city noizze. Only friday and saturday is sometimes very loud because of street party at nearby square till midnight. But like Italian - every local is familiar with this weekend funzone;) and windows in apartment with sunshades are almost soundproof;) - my wife and kid sleeps so it depends how is your sleeper type;)
