• Liliana (7/5): - Appartamento ampio, presenza di due bagni e vicinanza al centro Pavimento rumoroso, scricchiola al passaggio. Non è possibile lasciare i bagagli in caso di arrivo prima dell'orario di check in.
• Himilce (8/5): - El apartamento por dentro es muy cómodo, limpio y agradable. Nada que ver con el portal (viejo, lleno de humedades y sucio) ni con el barrio (un poco problemático). Pero lo importante es estar cómodo y a gusto y nosotras lo estuvimos. Por el precio que tiene está bien.

• Beatriz (9/5): Maravilloso , cuando volvamos no dudaremos en elegir la misma estancia - Muy amplio , bonito y limpio , mucho más grande de lo que parece El único problema que tiene es que se oye bastante el ruido de los vecinos de arriba , parece que pasean por nuestra casa , pero por todo lo demás maravilloso

• Melani (9/5): - El apartamento no le falta detalle todo perfecto El barrio un poco chumgo pero si tú no t metes con nadie nadie se mete contigo vecinos un poco molestos
• Alex (8/5): Agusto, muy agusto, llegando a sentirnos como en casa. - La casa está muy completa para una familia, cómodas estancias, ubicación cómoda y parking cercano. Muy bien aislada del ruido de la ciudad, cerca de estación de metro, tren, bus. La vivienda tiene un deterioro evidente, pero cabe darle la responsabilidad a los usuarios, ya que se ve que está puesta con mucho gusto, y mucho cariño, y que estos espacios que no dejan de ser compartidos por muchas personas, debemos cuidarlos. Habitaciones amplias, cocina muy bien equipada, aseos cómodos.Y un salón grande. Restaurantes de distintas culturas muy cerca, comida muy rica

• Rebecca (6/5): Central location with great facilities - The location in the city was great - San Francisco St is a little like the Wild West at night but not too bad, and this place is really near the old town and the train station - brilliant The stairway up into the apartment smelled DISGUSTING the whole time I was there - no idea why and obviously this isn’t under the control of the apartment but it was pretty awful - don’t book if you’re sensitive!! There is also NO KETTLE - it is NOT a thing in Spain. If you want hot water you need to use the saucepan!
• Otelo Nuno (8/5): - Estaba bien ubicado. La entrada fue fácil, todo automático. Tiene 2 baños. Tiene lavadora y secadora. Algo había en las sábanas, creo que el producto con que las lavan/desinfectan que era como si no se hubiese aclarado bien la ropa y olia muy fuerte. El sofá olia a humedad y a polvo.
• Danielle (7/5): - Ruim appartement, 2 grote slaapkamers. Ligging is zeer centraal. Goede sloten en beveiligings systeem, geeft je een veilig gevoel. De bedden zijn nogal zacht, met name die in de en suite badkamer.. Tevens zat de klep van de toiletbril los. En spelling in de wasbak kraan. De wijk in oke, er loopt bijzonder volk, maar geen overlast van gehad. Bovenburen kan je wel goed horen. Lift is smal maar een kleine buggy met 1 persoon past er net aan in.

La verdad que súper bien las instalaciones, limpias cómodas, fácil acceso, amplio, las camas muy cómodas, todo muy bien. La ubicación 50/50. Muy céntrico a 7min andando de las 7calles y casco viejo pero zona aparentemente insegura sobretodo por la noche… ufff. (Si llego a saber la ubicación no lo reservo) La tapa del wc estaba despegada. El espero de una habitación roto.

• Sergio (7/5): - Estaba muy bien equipado, el piso está recién reformado y está espectacular, es muy amplio. Además te informan muy bien de cómo acceder al alojamiento. La zona en la que estaba ubicado, a pesar de que estaba cerca del centro se ubica en un barrio poco seguro.

To be fair, though, we saw no aggressive behaviour at all and had no problems
• Jennifer (7/5): Enjoyed our holiday in this apartment even though everything was dark - Lovely spacious apartment with lots of storage space. Very clean It was dark. The view from the windows was poor. The stairs and hallways were dark and needed a little brightening. Quite a poor area of town
• Shunichiro (5/5): Never park the car nearby overnight! - Located in very unsafe area. My car encountered the car break-in. Towels and sheets were wet. No air conditioner, but if open the window, too noisy and flies. Ants in the kitchen.

• Konrad (8/5): Very good - Comfortable, clean and spacious apartment. Close to Bilbao center and old town. We were warning that area San Francisco is not safe (comments in internet) however everything was good, even when we came back late at night.
