• Archie (1/5): Stayed out of the apartment as much as possible to enjoy myself. - Parking around the back and location The apartment didn’t look like the pictures was smaller then what I hoped for. Used toilet papers not fresh rolls. Infested with ants all over the kitchen due to not cleaned before arrival, yellow stains on bedsheets, dirt and marks all over kitchen and living area. Bedroom door broken and didn’t close with no noise insulation at front door, woke up by constant doors, footsteps and voices. Incorrectly advertised as garden area is not as expected and is shared and located at the entrance not private. To top it off the host is useless and contradicted all the issues that I brought up to him rather than wanting to help and sort the disgusting quality of the stay. Completely unprofessional and terrible customer service for the price of the stay and the reviews. If you would like a nice place to stay in Cardiff DO NOT BOOK HERE!!

• Tiana (1/5): Had to book another hotel after seeing the state of this. - Nothing The pillows had stains on them, there were ants in the bed, the toilet smelled awful… And yes the ants are three different ants on the photos. We didn’t use the stay at all, came in… and after seeing everything left and booked another hotel. No one issued a refund, not booking and definitely not this place. So DO NOT RECOMMEND.
• Megan (4/5): - Good location. Good for 1 night. Bed was uncomfortable and only 1 pillow each. There are signs up asking guests to be quiet but it is actually very difficult when all of the doors are so difficult to open and close and need to be slammed shut. There is very little noise protection and we were woken up all through the night by people coming and going. This is on the property owners and not so much the guests.

• Joanne (8/5): Small clean flat but take your ear plugs! - The clean environment and easy to reach manager We had a leek under the bathroom sink which they repaired that day which was great. Didn’t realise there are 7 small flatlets and we were on the top floor so four flights of stairs. Anyone with mobility problems would struggle. Also the small court yard with bench would be shared by all. It was very noisy at night with shouting and banging doors which vibrated through to us on top floor. The flat is tiny with no where to put a wardrobe or chest of draws so ok for overnight. The shower room is tiny with nowhere to hang towels or clothes. It has no hooks or towel rail so difficult to dry towels after use. Also we had pots and pans but there was no hob so could not make the dinner we had brought (pasta) There is an oven and microwave. Parking is also tricky we were ok first night but cars had taken our space so we had to park behind them leaving a gap which left our car sticking out and at the mercy of other users.

The mattresses are comfortable in the bathroom you need to have either a foot towel or a small edge to protect against water. when you take a shower, there can be a lot of water in the bathroom

The beds were brutally hard with uncomfortable spring mattresses, nothing like what was described. Absolutely not recommended. Misleading listing and a very unpleasant experience.
