• Kenneth (8/5): - The proximity to Termini train station is excellent. The area is quiet. The apartment is not a true two bedroom.
• Mahima (6/5): Overall the location was good and it was worth the money. - It was in a great location and the host was super responsive. The only issue we had was the hot water didn’t work much during our stay.
• Julian (8/5): - Convenient location, clean and our host was very attentive in the communications! A hot shower would’ve been nice, but maybe perhaps we didn’t turn on the boiler for it?

• Sergio (10/5): - Muy buena ubicación, practico para la gente que viaja desde el aeropuerto en tren, a 15 minutos del Coliseo a pie.
• Diego (9/5): - Trato muy amable y atento por parte de Alessandro. El piso con buena ubicación, se puede ir andando a muchos lugares y con paradas de metro muy cerca. Estaba todo bien

• Akram (6/5): - Emplacement proche de la gare Termini et hôte agréable et serviable. Apparemment mal aéré avec matelats pas confortables. Il ne s agit pas d un appartement a deux chambres. Il y a une seule chambre et les deux autres lits sont dans un espace avec salon et cuisine.

• Rebecca (9/5): Great host, Perfect location and wonderful apartment - Alessandro was a fantastic host and the apartment was perfect for what we needed. Location was excellent—close to Termini and easy to get around. Air conditioned in a heatwave and beds were very comfortable. I wish we stayed there longer. The shower was a little tricky to figure out but probably would have worked it out if we were there for more than one night.

• Taylor (6/5): Pleasant - The location is perfect. The unit was clean. The bathroom has been recently renovated. The 'second bedroom, twin beds' were in the kitchen with a screen that moved. The kitchen chairs need to be replaced. One snapped with husband on it. The hot water in shower was great when you got it going , but was a little difficult to operate. Some new crockery is required for kitchen
• Ches (8/5): Would stay there again. - We had a great time. Perfect location with a nice place to stay. Plus, everyone we talked to regarding the property was very nice. The house provided everything we needed. It didn't disappoint. The beds just weren't comfortable. Haven't slept on a spring bed in years. Certainly, didn't take away from our experience.

• Ian (7/5): Well located apartment close to the train station. Suited us perfectly. - Apartment location was excellent. Host was very friendly. He met us at the door on arrival. Communication was very good. The apartment could have been cleaner. Some mould in the bathroom
• Caroline (8/5): Fantastic host, very clean in a super-convenient location close to loads of great restaurants - Location was excellent , host extremely welcoming and great communication. Accomodation was very clean and beds were very comfortable. There was quite a lot of noise during the night from people coming and going in the apartment block - not the fault of the property but did mean we didn't sleep too well.
• Iyer (8/5): Good place to stay if you are new to Rome and it is in the centre so makes commute easier. - The host was amazing! Alessandro was very welcoming and very accommodating.

Very close to Rome Termini, grocery store, Fassi Gelateria, and walking distance to most major attractions 1. Second bedroom is IN the kitchen. 2. Wifi was poor at best for our entire 6 night stay. 3. Kitchen amenities were lacking. Would have been very nice to have a kettle or even a microwave instead of using a pot with a lid that didn’t fit to make tea 4. Washer is out of order. 5. Cleanliness was an issue (see pics)

• Athina (9/5): Perfect host and location! - The location was excellent to explore Rome by foot or use the public transport as the property is located 3-5 mins for the train, underground and bus station. It is nicely located near the Maria Maggiore church and a nice neighbourhood. We had a selection of breakfast at the termini and I was surprised with the cleanness of the place and the food options. Our host Alessandro was amazing and very helpful. We were stranded at the airport as our flight was delayed and we missed the last bus (prepaid). Alessandro came to pick us! The shower was a bit detrimental but we did managed to work out the water temperature.

• Yiping (8/5): Very good - good location, host is very nice. He waited for us to check in at midnight and gave us a bottle of champagne. single beds are too soft, big room poor sund proof, no washing machine and no place to hang up washed clothes if you stay several days.
• Shakyra (5/5): Would not recommend. - Close to the train stations. Not clean. Every piece of the furniture is either broken or fixed with tape. Neglected.

• Ievgeniia (8/5): short stay in Rome - Super location, next to the Termini train station, easy to find. Very friendly and caring staff; we were allowed to store the backpacks before the check in, this was nice. We enjoyed a complimentary bottle of prosecco too. The apartment is comfortable for 4 people, kitchen is organized in the larger room, equipped well, has a table and chairs to dine. Bathroom needs some attention. We had a little problem with flush, well things happen for zero floors. An electric kettle would be nice to have. Otherwise all good.

• Terézia (10/5): Recomend :) - Alessandro was extremely kind and helpful host. He left us a gift in the room and recommended places to eat. The location was great, the Termini station are literally across the street and there are restaurants and shops nearby.

Excellent welcoming from the host. - It’s located just 3 minutes walk from the main terminal station of Rome, which was wonderful for our Italian trip. It was really easy to get there from the Fiumicino airport and then continue our trip to Florence after our stay in Rome. The area is full of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. Indeed, it was great for us because we made breakfast at the apartment, the kitchen was full equipped with pots, dishes and basic ingredients to cook. The property was also very clean which me and my friends really appreciated. Termini is definitely the best location if you want to be in a central point of the city. Additionally, Alessandro gave us a wonderful welcoming to Rome and answered every doubt we had !
