• Antonio (6/5): bello ma non lo rifarei - la struttura è molto bella e il proprietario è disponibile non mi è priaciuto il fatto che io e la mia compagna pensiamo che qualcuno si sia introdotto in casa durante la serata, avevamo lasciato la finestra con la ribalta abbassata ( parliamo di un finestrone grande) prima di scendere e al nostro ritorno l’ abbiamo trovata chiusa con una terribile puzza di fumo in casa.
• Loredana (7/5): Peccato starci un solo giorno - la casa e' accogliente e ben attrezzata. Per 4 persone , specie se sono ragazzoni 2 alti 190 e' un poco piccolo il divano per ma per quanto dovevamo stare e' andata bene. Graziosa e il proprietario cordiale e super efficiente la struttura si trova fronte strada e il parcheggio e' difficile da trovare ma se si ha fortuna ce ne stanno anche vicino appartamento a gratis.

• Pierfrancesca (10/5): Consigliato per una gita a Napoli. - La pulizia, la posizione centrale . L'appartamento si trova a una decina di minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Pietrarsa e in venti minuti arrivi a Napoli con il treno Comodissimo. La colazione ( c era tutto il necessario) . Nulla
• Alessandra (10/5): - Host gentilissimo e sapere disponibile in caso di bisogno, a nemmeno 2 minuti a piedi si trova un amplio parcheggio custodito a solo 10€ al giorno ( compreso il notturno). La posizione ottima perché dista pochissimo dalla fermata Petrarsa per dirigersi direttamente a Napoli centro. L’appartamento amplio, ben attrezzato e ben tenuto. Ci è stata lasciata anche un amplia scelta per la colazione. Niente da dire, se non che sicuramente ci ritorneremo per il prossimo soggiorno. ☺️

• Romy (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft für Kurztrip - Modern und gut ausgestattete Wohnung, sehr bequemes Bett, Fernseher im Schlafzimmer und Küche, sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Mit Glück parkt man in derselben Straße kostenlos am Straßenrand. Nette Cafés in der Nähe, sowie eine super Pizzeria, die uns vom Inhaber empfohlen wurde. Nach Neapel fährt man lieber mit der Bahn, fußläufig in ca 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Inklusive Frühstück bedeutet abgepackte Snacks/Hörnchen, Getränke im Kühlschrank. Vollkommen okay, sollte man aber klarer kommunizieren.

• Stephany (10/5): - Nos gustó todo el apartamento, la decoración, la cocina tenía todo lo necesario, el baño estaba limpio y con lo necesario y la habitación estaba muy bien El apartamento está un poco lejos de la zona céntrica y el transporte no funciona muy bien, después de las 18:00 era un poco complicado llegar al apartamento. Y por eso es bueno para los que visitan por primera vez Napoli, percatarse de los transporte publico antes

• Borut Trbovc (9/5): Sladki spomini na Napoli - Zelo lep osebni sprejem gostitelja. Predstavitev stanovanja je bila prijetna in hitra. Polno opremljena kuhinja, hladilnik, pomivalni in pralni stroj. TV sprejemnik je imel Netflix in odprto programsko shemo. V kopalnici je bilo zadosti brisač. Na voljo tudi rezervna posteljnina in odeje. Velika in lepa kopalnica. Topla voda - plinsko ogrevanje. Ločevanje odpadkov. Celotno stanovanje smo imeli zase. Čez cesto manjša lokalna trgovina, kafana, pekarna in picerija. Okna dobro tesnijo in so protivlomno zaščitena, saj je stanovanje v pritličju. Video nadzor vhodnih vrat. Hrup vozil z ulice se pod vhodnimi vrati sliši v stanovanje. Vhod v stanovanje je direktno z ulice. Parkirno mesto ni zagotovljeno, če imate rent a car. Do metropolitanske železnice MET Trenitalia je 15 min peš.

• Vidal (8/5): - L'appartement est spacieux, très propre et fonctionnel. L'hôte a répondu à toutes nos sollicitations par WhatsApp. Nous avons été surpris par le bruit de la rue car beaucoup de circulation puis nous nous sommes ensuite habitués. L'hôte nous a proposé un parking sécurisé payant mais j'ai trouvé facilement des places gratuites dans les rues avoisinantes.

• Lautaro (9/5): Amazing apartment in a quieter area - Located in a quiet area, but with some markets and bars located at a walking distance. Spacious and comfortable apartment with great facilities. It’s not close from the city centre which makes it difficult to travel back during the night, but its location also makes the apartment more quiet and safer as well. There’s some noise coming from the street in the living room, but it’s quiet in the bedroom.

• Nikola (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great! The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need. There is a pizzeria nearby (100 meters), the pizza is just amazing! Also the parking spot 2 minutes away is practical and very friendly. All recommendations for the apartment! The contact with Claudio was always very friendly and very quick!

It was very easy to find it and get in, the host was very friendly and attentive, simply just loved this stay :)

He can organize a transfer or provide information about places to rent scooters and cars, as well as tell you where the parking is. Convenient location - next to a coffee shop and bakery, separate entrance to the apartment, good renovation - everything is according to the photo. I recommend! I`d like the mattress on the bed to be firmer.
• Birute (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment is further from the chaos of Napoli (advantage:)), but Napoli centre is easily reached by train in 20 min; apartment has everything you need and the host is just wonderfully helpful
• Sui (10/5): This is a comfort, clean, and safe place to stay. - The apartment is very easy to find and the decor has characters. We can imagine the host loves travelling. Does it contain sweet memories of host or guests? lol It is quite easy to find free parking spaces nearby. As some of previous guests commented, the apartment is rather noisy due to the fact that the apartment is located right on a busy Main Street where there is non stop traffic going by. However, bedroom area is very quiet. During our stay the internet didn’t work. The host explained that some construction nearby damaged the internet line. That caused a bit of inconvenience to us

• Thomas (10/5): Great location for visiting Napoli - the spacious apartment was very comfortable and clean, the bathroom was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. the host was very friendly, the internet worked very well and Netflix was available and worked very well. a parking place is nearby and is €5 for 12h, the train station to get to town is about a 10 minute walk from the apartment. it’s a great location for visiting Napoli all great 👍
• Stephen (8/5): Lovely apartment, location wasn't my favourite place. - This is a lovely modern, one level, apartment with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The owner is a friendly fella who speaks amazing English. The appt itself - Double bed - comfy. Bathroom - modern shower with fancy lighting. Towels incl. Kitchen - modern, clean. Couldn't find a kettle, boiled water in a pan. Lounge area - the lounge/dining/kitchen area is all one space. Decent sized corner sofa. TV with loads of options. Key to get in is in a locked box by the front door. Small supermarket across the street where you can buy basic provisions. There are solid and secure locks on the front door and windows for an extra feeling of safety. We were able to park our hire car on a near by (5 mins walk) street for free. If you are going to book this apartment, just have a close look on google maps at the location - it's not in a tourist spot at all. The road right outside the door is fairly busy, however, the bedroom is at the back of the property, so the traffic noise didn't keep us awake at all. The interior of the appt. is really well presented, however, the exterior is rough and ready, along with the other properties on the street, there is definitely no Italian charm around these streets!
• Jasmina (10/5): We had a wonderful time - The apartment is clean and well equipped. It is very nicely arranged. Wi-fi works great. Breakfast is sweet Italian. The host, Claudio, is very kind and helpful. Thank you Claudio for everything. Secured parking is very close and costs 10E per day. The train station is nearby and has an excellent connection to Naples or for example Pompeii. (The archaeological site is 750m from the station in Pompeii). All in all we had a wonderful time.

Perfectly clean room, tasteful modern style (beautiful tiling in the bathroom :), equipped kitchen, sufficient breakfast, coffee machine, stand for milk foam!, great zebra decoration, imaginative lighting... nice owner, smooth dealings. Too bad we only stayed one night. Everything perfect

The apt has everything we needed for our stay and was very comfortable. Claudio was very friendly and helpful, recommended great restaurants and there was an amazing pizza place down the street. Would definitely recommend and come again!
• Marek (8/5): Interesting experience in a very modern flat - The flat is very modern and well equipped. The technology works great (both, Internet and TV). Air conditioning is very efficient, too and there are several options to eat something nearby. The bed is not most comfortable and it's quite loud around (though the flat is actually well insulated, so it keeps most of the noise out). So the night's rest could be better.
