- Eduardo Torres (9/5): Muito bom o custo benefício! - Localização muito boa e tranquila. Perto do Shopping Costanera. Prédio seguro e moderno. Apartamento bem montado e prático. Bom custo beneficio. No ultimo andar tem piscina, academia e uma vista muito boa da cidade. Perto do metrô, bares e lanchonetes. Falta ítens simples como toalhas extra, tapetes nos banheiros, tem apenas 1 rolo de papel higiênico em cada banheiro, pano para cozinha. Mas no geral vale muito a pena a hospedagem.

- Elizabeth (5/5): Great location. Nice building. However, unit/booking/management company is not great. - We enjoyed the neighborhood - it was safe, lively, and lots of good places to eat. We would not recommend this unit. The host provided an outdated WIFI network and password. Despite asking for help, this was never resolved so we never had WIFI (we were there 3 nights). No flexibility with early check-in (unless you want to pay) - The room was ready, but we had to wait until 4pm. No shampoo/conditioner. Very limited kitchen (2 mugs, no cooking utensils). The room was not very quiet, and we could hear some neighbors "enjoying themselves" very loudly in the middle of the day.
