From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and genuine kindness. The team had beautifully decorated our room with roses after learning that my friend is getting married soon . Such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture that instantly made us feel so special. The service throughout our stay was truly outstanding. The staff went above and beyond every single day, always attentive, friendly, and happy to help with directions, recommendations, or simply stopping for a lovely conversation and laugh. A huge thank you to Mohammed, Waleed and their sweet manager Inji, who made us feel incredibly welcome and created such a warm, positive atmosphere throughout our stay. We also want to give special recognition to Kalthum, who cleaned our room every day to absolute perfection. Coming back to such a spotless, beautifully refreshed room each evening was amazing and definitely did not go unnoticed . Thank you for your hard work and care! The hotel itself is stunning, modern, and clearly recently renovated to a very high standard. Everything felt fresh, stylish, and comfortable. We especially loved the thoughtful touches like the complimentary hot drinks and water available in the communal area, umbrellas for guests to borrow, and the fresh bottles of water replenished in our room every single day. It’s the small details like these that made our stay feel extra comfortable and genuinely cared for. And the location could not have been better! Just a short walking distance to Taksim Square, with easy access to buses and the metro, making it incredibly simple to explore the city and get around Istanbul effortlessly. This was our first time visiting Istanbul, and thanks to this wonderful hotel and its incredible staff, we had the most unforgettable 4 days full of fun, laughter, and beautiful memories. Absolutely nothing negative to say.
• Arash Dehghani (9/5): - The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Waleed and Muhamed, who helped us with some stuff during our stay. The rooms were very clean, included daily cleaning service, and matched the photos accurately. The internet speed could have been better, and it would also be nice if they offered room service or breakfast. The only minor downside was that the room was not soundproof, as mentioned in the description. Although the neighbourhood was quiet overall, we could still hear some traffic and outside noise at times. It was not a major issue, but worth mentioning.

• Matteo (10/5): A place I would call Home - The staff at Peradise hotel are not just friendly, they go well beyond to make your stay as much confortable as possible. During the trip my friend wasn't feeling well, he needed to talk to a doctor; the sweet young lady who manages the hotel was so concerned, took as to the local pharmacy, explaned the situation to the doctor, got the medicine, and prepared a light lunch for my friend, he then recovered well. She kept checking in with us on how he was feeling - that's for me is not just a simple friendly staff but a homely place where you feel secure and confortable when things go not as planned, especially when in a foreign country. Aber durch den Bodenbelag im Flur sehr laut, wenn Gäste kommen/gehen od am Samstag Renovierungsarbeiten stattfinden. Flughafentaxi muss mit 45€ bar in Euro bezahlt werden. Es gab aber kein Wechselgeld.

It was very neat and clean room with all facilities and the staff was also very friendly especially Inji and Waleed who are very welcoming towards the guests. Highly recommended stay if you are coming to istanbul as i stayed here for three days on my trip. Looking forward to come again InshAllah!

Das Hotel ist frisch renoviert und wirkt modern sowie gepflegt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Lage: Die Istiklal Caddesi ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar, gleichzeitig liegt das Hotel ruhig, sodass man keinen Lärm wahrnimmt. Am besten hat uns definitiv die Lage gefallen – zentral, aber dennoch entspannt.

• Parvin (10/5): Newly Renovated Hotel in a Great Location - I had a really good experience at this hotel. It’s only about a 5-minute walk to İstiklal Caddesi and Taksim Square, which made it super easy to get around and explore. The hotel has been completely renovated, so everything feels new and clean. The room was simple but very comfortable, and the bed was great. Even though it’s close to busy areas, the hotel itself was quiet, which I appreciated after long days outside. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed something. Overall, it’s a nice, clean place in a great location. I’d stay here again.
• Cosmos (10/5): Best stay ever! - This was my first time in Istanbul and I’m really happy that I chose this hotel. Hotel’s location is really amazing, 5 minutes to main Istiklal street. Staff is also very helpful and amazing. Rooms are clean, service is impeccable. Guys at the reception helped us almost in everything. They guided us where to go and what to do. Definitely coming back with my family next time. Everything was great.

• Touqeer (10/5): Takseem Peraduse Hotel - Good Professional Staff - The staff specially Inji and Waleed was very cooperative. They are super professional in their business and knows their responsibilities very well. They guided me for the tour and trip planning, help me in returning back to airport as well. The hotel is newly purchased and some renovation work is already inprogress but it worth the money. All facilities are available except Microwaves.

• Patrick (10/5): Séjour au top - L’emplacement est idéal ! L’hôtel se trouve à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la tour de Galata, et le pont des Pêcheurs est accessible en 10 à 15 minutes de marche. Le Grand Bazar et bien d’autres sites emblématiques sont également proches. C’est un excellent point de départ pour découvrir Istanbul ! On peut facilement se promener depuis l’hôtel et profiter d’une belle balade à travers les différents quartiers de la ville. Le personnel est aux petits soins pour les clients : si vous le souhaitez, ils peuvent vous réserver une navette privée pour venir vous chercher à l’aéroport et vous y raccompagner à la fin de votre séjour, pour un prix très correct compte tenu de la distance. Cela évite toute mauvaise surprise avec les tarifs des taxis pour touristes. Notre chambre était jolie, propre et bien équipée. Un sans-faute ! Allez-y sans hésiter, le rapport qualité-prix est excellent
• Maryam (7/5): It was a good price hotel, but I expected more comfortable and clean room. - The staff were friendly. The furniture and the interior design was too old. It could have been more clean as well. The overal location was good and central, but the building itself was in a narrow old street and our room window was facing towards the wall of another building.

• Chantal (3/5): Do not recommend it!! - Good location. Very close to the metro station and to galata tower. - NO elevator - the pipes smell so bad - we've been told we have daily cleaning services. Well, for 2 consecutive days, no one came to our room to neither clean it, nor change the towels and empty the trash. After claiming that, the job was done on day 3. - also on day 2, we came back to the hotel to find the fridge in the middle of our room, unplugged, and with water all around it on the floor. We also had yogurt for our baby in the fridge, that we had to throw away. - the walls are super thin, you can hear every single sound that happens on the same floor. On our first night, we had people checking in next door at 3h50 AM, we woke up hearing them opening and closing the door in a very brutal way and they kept on talking super loud in their room for an hour and a half. It was like hearing them talking in our room. - the hotel is renovating some of the rooms, and the manager decided to check on the work progress after midnight, so we also woke up because of the doors and outside conversation! Maybe they have to consider renovating the walls as well.

• Paolo (6/5): Stairway to Pera - The hotel is placed in a good place of the city, from which you can go quite easily everywhere. Inside the room there is the possibility to make tea. The room was warm and provided an enioyable shower and a phon. The reception was 24/7 open. There were not many power sockets, considering 4 people in the room. The beds were very small, as well as the bankets that didn't cover both the people on the bed. Moreover we asked an additional blanket but they didn't have. The stairs to the room (third floor without elevator) was very steep. The room was not very clean and they didn't clean it up during our stay (3 days).

It was only a few minutes walk from the isteklal street and 25 minutes from taksim square. I loved staying here due to the above reason No lifts and I noticed that I was not given complimentary coffee/teabags/water after day 1.

• Buzzroll (10/5): Totally like & recommend! - The stay was just great. The room turned out to be really awesome: super clean, cozy and comfortable. The staff was helping and caring. Everything was really clean, convenient and well organized. The location is basically just in one of the main historical and touristic centers of the city, the famous Galata Tower is like in 5 mins walking, one of the most touristic streets İstiklal Avenue — in 15, the Taksim square in 25. I'm really willing to go back and stay there next time.

• William (5/5): Rude staff - Location is not bad. The staff were not helpful or reasonable. We booked a deluxe room for 4 nights but when we arrived they said there was flooding in our room so they had to move us to a budget room for 2 nights. The budget room was tiny, smelly and had mould. We had to get our stuff out of the room at 10am and couldn't move to the new room until 3pm. We understand that there can be issues and we are generally pretty flexible, but the staff did not seem to care or understand the inconvenience to us and made it feel like it was our fault. They offered us breakfast instead but we didn't want or use the breakfast. We asked for a refund for the price difference between the rooms and they refused. The whole time they were defensive and didn't even apologise for the issue.

• Gérondal (7/5): We had a pleasant stay at the Peradise Hotel. The room for two was comfy and met our expectations - The hotel was relatively well located, close to the Galata district and next to the Sishane metro station. The area was quiet in the evening, and you had to walk a bit to get back to the lively Galata district. Be sure to mention the hotel's name to your cab driver at the airport, who will almost certainly take you to the Paradise Hotel, located a little further up the street.
• Londa (8/5): Very good - The location is great, close to 2 different metro stations, so you can get around easily. The reception staff was nice and helpful. Rooms are spacious, bathroom is good size too. The hotel itself needs some renovations here and there, but overall it's fair for that price.
• Laura (3/5): Disapointing treatment - The hotel was very good located. We had a broken window in the bedroom that could not be closed. We reported it in reception for several days and the problem was not solve, even if they promised they would. When we came back home we reported to booking and the property said they would not take any responsability and that we were never reporting the problem. In summary, we were for one week in a hotel with an open broken window, and when we report to booking, because we did not get a solution during our stay, they were saying we were liers because we did not report it in reception. (Attached the picture of the tower that my partner had to build to try to mitigate the noises coming from the street at night. With a window open there is cero isolation.)

They even helped us with our lugagges to walk to the metro and whenever we had questions they helped, they provided us useful info how to move around, recommended us places to go and tours to take.
