• Sanja (9/5): - Gemütliche Ferienwohnung, modern eingerichtet, Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. U-Bahn zu Fuß in 3 min. erreichbar. Haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

• Sabeta (10/5): - Sehr netter Gastgeber, hat immer schnell geantwortet! Die Unterkunft war sauber, super Lage, alles Top! Würden gerne nochmal dort übernachten.

• Irene (7/5): - Die Lage ist perfekt. Alles in der Nähe was der Mensch so braucht, aber ruhige Wohngegend. Die Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert. Zuwenig Sitzplätze im Wohnzimmer. Wir waren 4 Personen, jedoch hat es nur 3 Sofa/Sessel.
• Marion (9/5): Super Lage, sauber, nette Vermieter. - Das Appartement ist sehr sauber, hat 2 abgeschlossene Zimmer und ist optimal für bis 4 Personen, die Kontaktaufnahme lief problemlos und sehr nett (& sehr schnelle Antwort) und die Lage ist sensationell und gut angebunden an den ÖPNV. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
• Gerd (10/5): Angenehm und gut gekühlt an heißen Tagen - Unkomplizierte Kontaktaufnahme, z.B. als wir einen weiteren Schlüssel benötigit haben, war es kein Problem. Die Wohnung war angenehm kühl - auch ohne Klimaanlage. Der Fernseher mit den Angeboten hat funktioniert (was nicht in jeder Unterkunft zutrifft)

• W. (8/5): - Die Wohnung ist viel heller und geräumiger als erwartet (die Fotos sind eher unvorteilhaft). Einrichtung ist modern und alles sauber. Gute Lage, in der Nähe vom Meidlinger Markt und U-Bahn. Das Apartment befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, ist aber trotzdem recht ruhig. Die Sitzecke ist bestenfalls unbequem, der Fernseher hängt in Neckkrampf-Höhe (den haben wir dann auch nicht mal eingeschaltet) und die Matratzen waren leider gar nicht gut. Es ist wenig Geschirr vorhanden (damit kann man leben) - und das Wenige kann man leider mangels entsprechender Textilien nicht abtrocknen. 1 einfaches Geschirrtuch wäre toll!

• Darko (9/5): Confortable, well positioned apartment for most kond of stays in Vienna. - Very clean, new, conveniently located just couple of minutes walk from a metro station, and then couple of stations from Westbanhof and downtown Vienna. We were staying in December, so it was cold outside and we loved the apartment’s floor heating, making the place feel even cozier. Nothing, all was perfect…ok, if I have to be picky: the TV is set too high on the wall :)
• Kokyok (9/5): Can recommend - Very nice, cosy apartment in a good location. Exceptional value for money for a group. The beds in the smaller bedroom are a bit hard - but that's just personal preference.
• Ondřej (10/5): Exceptional - Very friendly and helpful owner. Really beautiful and stylish place, perfect design. Masterfully crafted flat, perfect for family or couples. Very good location.
• Dora (9/5): Superb - Nice, modern, according to ictures. Opens directly from street, so only one stair to manage. Clean. Shower drain was blocked, but my husband is good with diy so started the stay dismantling and deblocking it. Could have reported it to host but was quicker like that. On sidenote to host though: you may want to check it more regularly. There is no real cooking facility, only microwave, toaster and water kettle. You will need to rely therefore on restaurants nearby, which are plentiful. This is not a bad thing, just good to be aware. A surprise for us that shops opened from 7:40. That is bit weird for us. Anyway, you can sleep in if you want fresh rolls :)
