- Carla De Godoy (3/5): Não recomendável. - O local do prédio é ótimo, mas o apto tem vista para o morro do Cantagalo, informação suprimida no anúncio que indica que a vista é para o jardim. Das pessoas que gerenciavam a locação do apartamento que tinham postura bastante estranha. Anteciparam o Check in sem nosso pedido expresso e queriam q saíssemos antes no Check out. chegaram 10 minutos antes das 11h e pediram para entrar no apartamento. Não tem as habilidades mínimas para lidar com pessoas. A 3.a pessoa não fica bem acomodada. Sofá cama muito sujo, duro, sala muito clara, com janelas antigas que batem à noite inteira quando venta. Aos sábados tem baile funk no morro e o barulho vai das 22h até as 6h da manhã seguinte. Um colchão no quarto resolveria a demanda. Cobraram taxa extra de 300 reais pelas toalhas e roupa de cama q tinha fronhas rasgadas e eram bem velhas.
- Lara (10/5): Best apartment I've stayed at in that area - The apartment was clean and cozy. They allowed me to use the laundry machine, which was very valuable for me! Generally, the apartment has many thoughtful details and charme, and I hope future guests will look well after it. The location is close to the metro station, which is practical if you use public transport. There was a bit of confusion about payment for cleaning services: I extended my stay and had to pay for cleaning 2x because it was automatically included. And i was asked to leave the qpartment clean, so i also cleaned it myself before leaving. But this might have happened because of how the platform works and the language barrier. All in all it was still worth the stay.
