• Rammutla (1/5): I'm very disappointed with your agency at all. - We booked at Meredale but we were switched to an alternative accommodation that was very dirty. The blankets were smelling very bad. We were had a challenge of getting our money back. We were refunded around 7pm and had to look for other accommodation during that night with kids. Everything about the booking. The host was also not good at all. He took our money eventhough his place was full. This is not acceptable at all.

• Ditaule (10/5): It was great - I did not have breakfast so I cannot comment on that. the place was clean, comfortable, private and I found the staff friendly There was a bit of an incident when I left, my car was almost bumped into by the gate because the lady that was attending to me did not wait for me to properly exit before attempting to close the gate. Perhaps the staff must be inducted a bit on this

I loved the place, ithad that home sweet home atmosphere. The place is clean, and everything is provided. What I loved was also the warm welcome by the workers, their help. I had an exceptional experience, and I wish to come back here. The best lodge I have ever went to. 100% I loved everything.
