• N. (7/5): Prima appartement (centraal gelegen) voor kortdurend verblijf in Londen. - Een zeer vriendelijke verhuurder, we mochten onze bagage al in de ochtend in het appartement zetten. Voor ons was het appartement prima, omdat het enkel onze slaapplek was. En een leuke bijkomstigheid: pub om de hoek en speeltuin aan einde van de straat. Boodschappen 5 minuten verderop te koop. Er zijn veel puntjes die aandacht nodig hebben, eigenlijk zou het appartement grondig gerenoveerd moeten worden. Hier kan je ook doorheen kijken en dan is het prima vertoeven.

Lo peor es que el salón es habitación también, pero e - Situación, camas cómodas, apartamento amplio, fácil comunicación con el propietario Había unas sábanas que no estaban limpias pero como había lavadora, pudimos lavarlas

• Mickael (5/5): Séjour correct mais à revoir sur certains points - La situation géographique est top. Le logement manquait de propreté (sous les lits), le logement est assez « abîmé » , manque d’entretien. Il manquait le lit bébé.

• David (6/5): Great location. - Convenient location. Stayed all weekend without needing to use public transport. Walking distance to Theatre-land. Multiple rooms and beds able to take group. Advertised as 4 bedrooms, one was actually the lounge. Small bathroom, small kitchen. Property appeared ’tired’. Had to finish washing/drying provided towels on arrival.
• Sidra (3/5): Apologies but have to give a honest review. I Would not recommend again.but appreciate the communication from the host - Not too far from central It was not very clean. Ants in the bed, spiders on the wall. Blinds full of dust. Bathroom smells. As well as this, bought food from Tesco and there was ants in it, after a hours off. Looks tidy but not clean.
• Stuart (8/5): Great accommodation for central London in a nice quiet area - Plenty of room across the four bedrooms, we were a group of six. Beds were comfortable and a well equipped kitchen and two bathrooms, one being a shower room. Excellent location in a lovely quiet area with plenty of facilities nearby ie shops, bars, cafe Sliding door on to balcony was stiff but I have informed the owners about that. Nothing else we didn’t like
• David (4/5): Disappointing - Good location, very responsive host Property needs to be updated and improved. All rooms in need of some TLC, with the bathroom being particularly disappointing.

• Angela (4/5): Disappointing - When we arrived we entered apartment and it was smaller than I thought. The beds in two of bedrooms were different to what was advertised. In one room it said there was a single bed which would have been great for my autistic grandson but it was a double bed, so he had to share. I got in touch with host because there wasn't enough beds for people we had booked, he said staff hadn't put sofa bed down in lounge, sheets for this bed were still in washer, we had to put them in dryer before we could make bed. The main bathroom was still dirty and tiles around the toilet hadn't been replaced properly. In the kitchen lino had been laid over stone tiles but by door it had been cut short and edge was sticking up, my eldest daughter is partially sighted and a couple of times she tripped over it thank goodness she didn't fall. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with this apartment.

• Ian (8/5): Very serviceable apartment in convenient location. - Great location. Very comfortable apartment. Great for families and groups. Mattress in main bedroom was very hard.
• Cara (5/5): Nice location with short walk to tube to access sites but I wouldn’t want to stay for more than a few days here and pers - The property was located only a 5 -10 minutes walk to the tube station which took us straight in to London central area which was excellent. The little pub across the road was lovely for an evening beer and the shops to get supplies was only a short walk away. The property was clean enough but the main bed was so hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom was old with tiles falling off the walls and there was a nasty smell that kept permeating up the system. The property was advertised with a full kitchen however there were only 3 bowls available and 1 fry pan and 1 massive saucepan. So don’t expect to make meals yourself . Also the fridge had leftover open milk from the previous person. There was no plug for the kitchen sink making it difficult to wash up and whilst the kitchen had a washing machine and dryer both of these were full with the sheets and towels from the last person (they were cleaned at least) so we could use them to do a wash ourselves.
• Sheena (8/5): Great location for a group stay. - The location was brilliant. Easy walk to Euston or King's Cross or into Central London. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby as well as mini marts. Lots of beds and bedroom combinations for a big group. Clean bedding and towels and relatively comfy beds. Good shower with plentiful hot water and apartment was lovely and warm. Two toilets (Although only one bathroom.) Quick response from owner to any queries. Easy and secure access. Bathroom vents and tiles a bit dingy and tired although mostly clean. Old sponges and cloths in kitchen but we found new ones and plenty of cleaning products in the cupboards.
• Karolina (5/5): Passable - Location and price was really great Rooms was just fine, it’s all I can say. But in whole apartment was really cold and we had to sleep in hoodies. Bathroom was totally disgusting and dirty, so we just gave up on bathing.

Unusual configuration of rooms and beds. Tiling in bathrooms very bad and falling apart. Can lock yourself out of your room.

• Ian (4/5): Good location. Should be advertised as a dormitory as individual locks on each room. Wasn’t cleaned as we would have exp - Location was in a nice safe area. Close to public transport and great for seeing everything. The kitchen was used and very untidy. The washing machine was left full of sheets and towels. More dry towels were in the dryer. There weren’t enough towels in the room for the 8 guests. Cups were left out and not put away. The shower was unsafe. If any tap or toilet was flushed, the shower temp was scalding hot. Very dangerous. We made a mistake and thought we had paid for 2 nights. The price we paid would have been acceptable. However through our mistake, it was actually only 1 night. This made it expensive in our view. Beds were uncomfortable
