• Katarzyna (9/5): Bardzo zadbane miejsce, świetna cena za jakość! - Świetny apartament. Bardzo czysto i wygodnie, sporo dodatkowych udogodnień: kawa, ciasteczka, kapcie. Bardzo klimatyczne miejsce, wygląda dużo lepiej na żywo niż na zdjęciach. Właściciele pomogli nam w zorganizowaniu transportu na lotnisko o 4 nad ranem. Lokalizacja świetna, blisko centrum a nadal cicho. WiFi działało słabo i za to głównie daje minusa.
• Lizi (8/5): - The location was great, property was quite clean and cozy. the shower could have been better, and the beds are a bit squeeky but still very comfortable.
• Aleksei (10/5): - Отличное расположение. Дом спрятан в глубине зелёного сада, поэтому звуки города не долетают. Хозяйка сразу расположила к себе радушием и приветливостью, без проблем предоставила нам раскладушку. Кухонька тесновата, среди посуды недоставало хоть какой-то кастрюли, поэтому яйца варить пришлось в сотейнике.) Зато набор остальной утвари впечатлил, и все необходимые бытовые приборы были в наличии. Скрипучие полы матрас в одной из комнат.
• Maksim (10/5): - Неожиданно отличные аппартаменты вблизи центра Кутаиси. Просторный зал, 2 отдельные спальни. Кондиционер, Wi-Fi, ТВ. Приятная цена. Хозяин так лично с нами и не встретился. Ключ был в замке, деньги оставляли на столе, а аппартаменты открытыми.

• Me (5/5): لن ارجع لهذا المكان أبدا - نظيف وواسع لقد قمت بحجز غرفتين وصاله وكان هناك متسع لافراد عائلتي لكن صاحبه المكان قامت بالدخول علي دون استئذان وتعاملت مع أطفالي بطريقه غير لائقه حيث ذكرتم في الحجز ان الاطفال دون الثامنه عشر لهم حجز مجاني ونحن عائله اربع بالغين وأربع اطفال وقامت بطلب مبلغ إضافي كانت تتعامل بغرابة جدا وبطريقه غير اخلاقيه من رفع الصوت والدخول دون استئذان

• Rosanne (9/5): Hele fijne plek! - Mooi ruim appartement in het centrum van de stad. Het appartement is schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De airconditioning werkt goed en er is een wasmachine aanwezig. Je kan vanaf het appartement lopend naar de bezienswaardigheden. We kregen een fles wijn cadeau van de eigenaresse. De bedden liggen niet heel lekker maar verder is het top.

• Azaliya (10/5): Comfortable and quiet place at the center - Great location near the center, it is just 5-10 minutes walk. Despite the building itself is old, the apartment is exceptional clean and comfortably furnished. It is very quiet and nice place, has a view to smal inner garden. The apartment has everything for long stay - wide cosy beds and all the appliances according to description. We really enjoyed our staying there and defenitely will choose this apartment again. Just one thing that could be better - one of bedrooms needs more lightening.

• Philip (9/5): Excellent location, lovely owner but shower needs fixing - The location was excellent, only a short walk to many restaurants, cafes and money exchange places. The apartment was clean and tidy and there was good wifi. The owner was very friendly and very helpful and gave us a lovely bottle of her homemade wine which was very good. The owner also arranged a taxi to the airport early on New Year's day at a very reasonable price. The heating the property was great especially as we were there during the new year. We were in two minds to give this property 8 or 9, this is because there is an issue with hot water in the shower, it was quite frustrating to get hot water. We decided to give the property a 9 instead of the 8 but I would recommend that the owner sorted the hot water shower issue out so it works properly as I think some of her guests would not be so kind in the reviews. Another issue was the mattresses were quite noisy and probably could do with replacing. Also, if you have problems with climbing steps, then note the property is up a shortish hill but there is one set of steps up to the apartment that is on the first floor.

We loved all the stuff there. The apartment was good located, very cozy, clean, quiet, and equipped with everything necessary for living. The view of the church is very charming. Nothing to say.

• Gulrez (10/5): Exceptional - Location, separate entrance This place is ideally located in the city center, with most major tourist attractions within walking distance. Nearby conveniences include supermarkets, McDonald’s, the Green Bazaar, the cable car, and the White Bridge. The host was exceptionally welcoming, even though we arrived around 11:30 pm. The accommodation is well-equipped for a short stay, featuring a washing machine, gas oven, fridge, crockery, and hot water. The only minor issue was some road construction, which caused slight difficulty for taxis, but this did not detract from an otherwise excellent stay.

• Nabila (10/5): it was a wonderful stay with the assistance of the owner you wont feel that you are a foreigner - there is no breakfast meal offered with the initial booking but never worry a few meters away at the corner there is a bakery have delicious breakfast you can have and also there's a lot of coffee shops around and restaurants with the easy and fast access i will definitely go back to stay in the same place especially the owner and his family they are very welcoming people and helpful nothing at all as everything was perfect the cleanness and tidy and cozy and everything you need is available in the apartment in addition to a lot of towels and detergence to be used in addition to the coffee and the coffee machine too

• Surabhi (7/5): Good - Good location. Good size apartment. Comfortable and clean. There are basics in kitchen. Arranged transport for travel. Daughter was only one to communicate with in English. Communication was a huge problem. I didn't know how to access the apartment as they didn't answer msgs, and spoke mostly in local language . Hot water not available consistently. Cobwebs in bathroom. worst was the non working charging points. I thought I had a problem with my charging, only to find out after the lady came after a long wait, that problem was with the points themselves. This should have been pointed on initially itself.
• Iryna (10/5): We were happy with everything! - Clean and cosy place a couple of minutes from the city-centre. Very friendly owner, nice garden, view from porch at Bagrat's temple. You can keep in touch with owner all the time. Inside the flat everything was really amazing, just come and see, it's worth to, that's a pity we've stayed just for one night, I would like to spend more time at Mari's place. Next time in Kutaisi for sure we'll spend at your place!) It was a little bit cold in the bathroom but it was early spring so we understand everything :-)

• Ruchi (9/5): Comfortable and centrally located - Property was beautifully kept and had all the things needed for comfortable stay. The apartment was beautifully and cozily decorated and it was a pleasant experience to stay here. It was centrally located, with all conveniences near by. The hosts were very responsive and helpful Not the fault of owners, but there was no water when we checked in, as municipality had switched off water. The owner was sorry and sent 6l of water bottle as an apology. The water did come by in 2 hours. One aspect which could have made property a 10 was availability of hot water - we later realised in morning that hot water heater was outside the apartment. If the heater had been switcher on in time, we would’ve had hot water in bathroom. Otherwise the stay was exceptional and we felt cared for

• Cristina (9/5): Amazing Apartment and Quiet Place - The Apartment is huge and it is very near the center. The owner is very helpful whatever we ask she will give it to us if it is available. The cleanliness and the complete house hold of the apartment. If you are big group this apartment is perfect you can cook and wash your clothes.

Very hospitable hosts Salome and Bacari and brand new apartment with 2 bedrooms and fully equipped with all you need. We stayed 3 night as a family and enjoyed our stay to maximum while hosts did arrange us airport pick up and our travel acc. to our needs for a good price. Recommended! nothing
• Eugenia (10/5): Incredible place well worth its money - Amazing place with very amicable hosts and wonderful location. Very close to the centre of the city but also hidden from the road. The apartment itself is very clean, looks new and shiny, it’s a separate house so it’s also quiet. The furniture and utensils – everything you might need and we also got some wine as a present! There were 5 of us travelling and this was the most comfortable stay of all we had during the trip The only little thing is applicable if you’re allergic to cats – there’s a very gentle cat living nearby and it can get into the house if the windows are open. I wouldn’t mind it at all otherwise!
