• Eglė (6/5): Great location - The location of the apartment is excellent! It's in the city center, and not the main street but near it so a bit quiter. The soundproofing could be better, as the main door is plastic, you can really hear everything behind it. Also, some of the equipment could be renewed like pan and hairdryer.

• Jan (9/5): Prima locatie voor een citytrip of korte vakantie. - Het appartement ligt in het oude centrum en dus is alles op korte loopafstand. Meer dan genoeg gelegenheden voor ontbijt, lunch en diner. Haven en bezienswaardigheden op korte loopafstand. Contact met de host liep prima, vrijwel direct antwoord op onze vragen. Weinig, enkel dat het appartement op de 2e etage is en je dus wat trappen moet lopen.

• Roberto (10/5): Great location, apartment has all one needs, excellent hostess. - Excellent location, apartment had all we needed (including a clothes' washing machine), and the hostess was specially helpful and flexible with check-in and check-out times (which helped us a lot with the logistics of arrival and departure) All was well.

He said that we need to manage this now with the help of the service from booking. It was not possible for us or the service from booking to talk to him! So rude!

• Mark (9/5): Zadar Oasis - The size of the accommodation and location within the old town. Everything was walking distance. The apartment was really comfortable and a great haven at the end of our busy walking days. The apartment owners tried to cancel our booking on the day we were to arrive. Being in another country this provided angst we did not need! Booking.com helped sort out the supposed issue but it was an issue we did not need. The communication with the apartment representative was poor, but we were eventually informed that we could keep our booking and access the apartment. In saying this, the apartment is excellent and if I was ever back in Zadar I would definitely re-book.

The shower leaked over the threshold and onto the bathroom floor. Wasn’t a problem it just meant a soaked towel to mop it all up each morning.
