• Linda (9/5): Spacious comfortable villa in quiet location - Lovely spacious villa with everything we needed for our stay. Very well equipped with crockery, kitchen accessories, towels (bath and beach), appliances etc., (though a couple of bbq tools would be useful!) A short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants and about a 15-20 minute walk to the main square. The villa is very comfortable, private and in a quiet location. Welcome food/wine was a very nice touch. We had a great stay and would definitely consider returning. Communication with the host was excellent and they were very efficient and helpful. We loved it! Everything was great, but 6 sunbeds would be nice in a villa that sleeps 6 (there were only 4, but probably because of limited space ... however there were plenty of sunbed cushions and chairs, so not a massive problem). You are asked to remove all rubbish, but bins are not very close by (or if they are, we didn't find them) and it took us a while to discover where they were, so better instructions/directions would be useful. (We had to leave a small bag of last minute rubbish as our taxi arrived early ... sorry!) Very small gripes that definitely wouldn't stop us coming again!

• Helen (10/5): A perfect holiday location in a beautiful town - The property is beautiful. Light, bright and modern. There is every thing and more than you could ever need. The pool is a godsend and was kept clean and maintained weekly by a lovely guy. The villa is in a peaceful neighbourhood yet only a 2 minute walk to some bars and restaurants. It was a perfect holiday - thank you. This property is perfect - I have nothing negative to say!

The property is absolutely stunning – spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday together with an amazing pool that the kids loved. The attention to detail is incredible, from the comfortable beds and kitchen to the little touches like a welcome pack that made us feel right at home. The location couldn’t be better – peaceful and private - yet just a short walk about 10 minites or 3 minute drive to local restaurants, beaches, and bars. Our hosts were exceptional – Padhraic was friendly and always happy to help. Their hospitality made our stay even more special. We’ve stayed in many holiday rentals, but this one truly stands out. If you’re looking for the perfect blend of comfort, and tranquility, look no further then Casa Pateicio. We can’t wait to return! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Highly recommended! Nothing.
• Octavio (7/5): Sin aire acondicionado en plena ola de calor. - La amplitud, la distribución de las habitaciones y los diferentes espacios de los que dispone la villa. En mi habitación no funcionaba el aire acondicionado con el agravante de que estábamos en plena ola de calor. Después de comunicar esta incidencia, nos dijeron que no podían solucionarla. Así que dos de los clientes nos vimos sin aíre acondicionado durante todo el tiempo que estuvimos alojados. No entiendo por qué no nos advirtieron de este tema antes de instalarnos ni nos compensaron de alguna manera por este hecho.
• Lisa (10/5): Excellent Villa, Home form Home stay. - Excellent Villa, had everything we could of needed. Good location, 10 mins walk to the beach, good selection of souvenir shops and small supermarkets. (Would recommend going to the bigger ones for cost and selection). We hired a car to explore the island but here are plenty of companies offering excursions. Taxi was approx. 30 euros from the airport. We hired our car in resort.

• Christine (8/5): Suitable for short stay - Location and pool area mainly. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and glasses. Very clean and smells fresh. Mattresses need changing. Unfortunately the owners had just renovated the ensuite and removed the bath which is a feature we like. The new shower looks lovely but it leaked every time we used it onto the floor which made it treacherous to walk on (even went into the bedroom). It needs to slope towards the drain. A dryer would be useful to give softness to washed towels.

• Janet (8/5): 3 bedroomed villa with heated pool - Well equipped villa.Easy access with keycode. Great size with 2 bathrooms. Heated pool. Suitable for children. 7 mins walk to well stocked Spar and a few restaurants/bars. Then another 10 mins walk to main restaurants/bars and beach. Would definitely return once issues below have been addressed. Sunbeds x 6 could do with being replaced. Plastic snapped underneath. Damp issues in main bedroom on ceiling, paint/plaster dropped onto bed head during the night.Musty smell in front bedroom. Better welcome pack needed highlighting WiFi code and light sensor switch for kitchen pelmet. Both very tiny and not really noticeable at present. Information required re : location of recycling bins.

• Grant (9/5): Superb - Nice location, can walk to everything you need within 10 minutes. Villa lovely has everything you need including a heated pool! Three bedrooms and two bathrooms perfect for our family.
• Leslie (9/5): Amazing Villa great location beach and restaurants with walking distance - This villa is a great property, it’s the 3rd time we have stayed here now. There was a change in the property manager which lead to confusion with an early check in, I would advise you double check before you arrive.
• Christine (9/5): Ideal for a do nothing stay - This was our second stay at this villa. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Location ideal. Pool area perfect. The villa is just a little bit dated and could do with an update I.e., new mattresses, bedding and not so much “brown” furniture. Blackout blinds in lounge and main bedroom needed.

• Lucindabaird (10/5): Great holiday. A private pool and everything you need for a lovely holiday away from it all! - Lovely stay at Villa Patricio! The pool was especially nice to have and very private. The walk to the beach was barely more than 10 minutes, there were some restaurants within 5 minutes and the larger area with a dino supermarket was only a 10-minute walk away. All of it is easy to get to. Don't let the location worry you at all! The villa was simple but had absolutely everything you needed. It was spacious, easy to find, easy to get into and very comfortable. We had a lovely time sunning ourselves and escaping it all! I would certainly recommend it and will be back for more winter sun! Nothing, it was a really straight-forward and easy holiday!

• Andy (10/5): Great Villa perfect for families and very peaceful. - The Villa was perfect, it had everything you would ever need and it was absolutely spotless and clean. Supermarket 2 mins walk as well as some bars/restaurants. It was so peaceful and quiet, the heated pool was great also. We are going back over next month as we enjoyed it that much. The owner is very helpful and easy to deal with. Nothing.
