• Moyagabo (10/5): - The fact that Rutendo called me way before check in , easing me to let me know they are perfecting out room before arrival. When asked if l can check in early she promised to call and indeed she called. Welcomed me with a warm smile even though l arrived way later. Explained everything even giving permission to call her at anytime should we need anything...l am definitely coming back in Spring

Location nice and close to canal walk mall for dinner etc Not very relaxing, dogs next door barking like there is no tomorrow. Came here to have a good night sleep couldnt even do that due to the dogs barking. Right through the night starting from around 6 pm and still continuing at 8.30am the next morning. Not good, if i knew this was going to be the case i wouldnt of booked im afraid 😕🫩

• Snazo (10/5): It was lovely in overall ,the host was friendly ,it’s was clean and the pool was Fantastic - The space was so lovely the pool was fantastic ,the host that welcomed us (Rutendo) was so friendly and so accommodating the room was clean and very homiey,the neighbourhood is so quiet My only critique would be the amount of time we waited to be welcomed and there was a hassle with getting ahold of the host as the numbers kept on rerouting us to a different accommodation ,however this was sorted and we really enjoyed our stay .would definitely recommend ☺️ Not getting through to the appropriate accommodation and having to wait for 30min to be welcomed
• Selena (8/5): 很好 - 这家民宿的位置在商圈周边，走路到century city20来分钟，周边风景也很美，房间空间比同价位酒店要大一些，很整洁舒适宽敞，每个房间都有微波炉、小厨房吧台，餐具齐全，也有暖风机，冬天来住不冷，服务也很体贴周到，管家随叫随到，也有洗衣机，烘干功能衣服直接洗了就能穿了，很方便。点外卖也方便，也可以临时免费寄放行李，非常友好为旅客提供便利。我很推荐这家民宿 两个房间之间只是用一个全封闭的木门隔断着，这在隐私隔音和安全感方面还是有些不方便。房间的入户门锁不太利索，不太好所，比较旧了，建议换新和增加防盗锁来加强客户的安全感，两卧室的卫生间的百叶窗blind不太好用，有时会卡塞，就会影响卫生间的使用

• Jonique (5/5): - Good facilities and nice pool. Very modern. Couch had an awful smell. Carpets had dirt underneath and the bath and shower was dirty. I’ve also found previous guest eyelashes on bathroom floor. Walls needs a wipe. Green pillows also smelled very bad, even the ones on the bed .

• Chabo (6/5): - The care taker Rutendo was very attentive and very friendly. The sound proofing between the 2-bed and 1-bed has been partitioned using a board. We traveled with kids using the 2-bed however we could hear all the "sounds" coming from the 1-bed in the early hours of the morning which was very unpleasant. The owners need to brick up that opening or install some sound proofing.

The towels are no longer in good condition, especially the gray ones. The grater in the kitchen is old and has rust.

• Sithole (10/5): Cozy Gem in the City - My family and I felt at home, cozy and welcomed. We got exactly what we booked for to a T, 5/5 stars! The place was immaculately clean, and the hosts were super responsive and friendly. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the house was equipped with everything we needed.
