• Dušica (8/5): - Idealna lokacija, na 5 minuta peske je od svake znamenotosti. Nalazi se bukvalno iza Teatro Masimo. Stan ima sve sto je potrebno. Zgrada je malo mracna i stan je na cetvrtom spratu sa vrlo uskim stepenicama.
• Anne-Cécile (8/5): - Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec mes 2 filles dans ce loft. L'emplacement est top et la vue est superbe au petit déjeuner. L'appartement est au 4è étage un peu raide, attention aux grosses valises ;) Cuisine bien équipée, salon agréable...

• Żaneta (5/5): Obiekt lepiej sprawdzi się na krótki pobyt niż na dłuższy wyjazd. - Na duży plus zdecydowanie zasługuje lokalizacja. Obiekt znajduje się w samym centrum, dzięki czemu wszędzie jest blisko i można swobodnie poruszać się pieszo. To ogromna wygoda, szczególnie przy krótkich wyjazdach. Mieszkanie jest wyposażone w niezbędne rzeczy, niczego nam nie brakowało. Doceniam również wystarczającą liczbę kosmetyków oraz ekspres do kawy z kapsułkami, co było bardzo miłym dodatkiem i uprzyjemniało poranki. Niestety, są też minusy, które mogą zniechęcić do dłuższego pobytu. Najbardziej uciążliwy był nieprzyjemny zapach wydobywający się z toalety. To zdecydowanie element wymagający pilnej poprawy. Brakuje również szafy na ubrania – stara komoda była zajęta różnymi rzeczami i nie nadawała się do użytku przez gości. Dodatkowym utrudnieniem jest czwarte piętro z wąską klatką schodową i stromymi schodami, co może być problematyczne przy większym bagażu. Jedno z łóżek jest zdecydowanie zbyt małe dla dwóch dorosłych osób, co wpływa na komfort snu. Jest to mieszkanie dla trzech dorosłych osób nie dla czterech jak w opisie.

• Emanuele (8/5): - Era davvero carino, molto accogliente, abbiamo con piacere speso del tempo anche all’interno dell’appartamento! Abbiamo trovato un po’ di difficoltà con il sistema di riscaldamento, ma va ammesso non ci abbiamo studiato troppo.

• Leandro (5/5): Necessaria più cura dell'appartamento - La posizione dell'appartamento ti permette di raggiungere il centro Palermo, il mercato di Ballarò e altre attrazioni in poco tempo. È situato al 4° piano permettendo di avere un bel panorama L'appartamento è posto al 4° piano senza ascensore e bisogna fare delle scale strette per arrivarci. Il letto è posizionato su un soppalco raggiungibile con una scala a chiocciola poco stabile, perché non attaccata più alla ringhiera in legno che di conseguenza diventa anch'essa instabile e dondolante Dal bagno fuoriusciva continuamente puzza di fogna E anche il frigorifero aveva un cattivo odore L'appartamento è carino tutto sommato, ma queste pecche hanno reso il soggiorno meno piacevole del previsto. Andrebbe fatta più manutenzione considerato che si tratta di un vecchio appartamento.
• Petra (10/5): - Predivan pogled, na katu kod kreveta ima TV gdje se moze namjestiti Youtube, kava iz aparata je odlična i imaju 3 vrste kave, čak i matchu. Kuhinja je skroz opremljena sa svim potrepštinama. Općenito jako lijepo uređen objekt.
• Andżelika (10/5): Zachwycające mieszkanie, chętnie bym do niego wróciła. - Niesamowity wystrój, lokalizacja, klimat. Cena bardzo korzystna. Polecam serdecznie! Obiekt jest stary, więc nie ma windy i trzeba się trochę powspinać w tym upale. W niczym nam to jednak nie przeszkadzało.
• Francesca (8/5): Consigliato - Posizione perfetta. Vicinissimo al teatro Massimo. Pulita e accogliente. Vista sulla città. Per arrivare all’appartamento bisogna fare 84 scalini. Ottimo per smaltire le arancine ma con le valigie può essere un po’ complicato. Purtroppo non c’è stata la possibilità di depositare le valigie, nemmeno fuori dall’appartamento, al check out per poter girare qualche ora la città prima di andare via.

• Irene (9/5): Nice stay - I was able to do the check in at 11:00 with very clear instructions. The apartment was very clean, it's very comfy. The kitchen is fully equipped and it has basic ingredientes to cook. The location is great, felt safe and it's close to everything. Thank you!

• Petra (10/5): Exceptional - beautiful and cozy loft, perfect for romantic Italian evening with a glass of prosecco. Host was amazing, simple and easygoing. Helpful and flexible. loft is located between busy touristic area and small tradition Italian streets with locals and street food. Recommend to anyone who would like to experience real Italian atmosphere. One small tip for all the travelers with big suitcases ( like me ) the apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator and the staircase is very very narrow. This is not a negative point, since is real traditional Italian style. but I had difficulties with lifting heavy bags.
• Juan (8/5): Cozy apartment with beautiful decor and views - The location is magnificent with stunning views right in the heart of the old Town. All commodities that you expect and more. Very clean apartment, stylish and spacious, really nice decor, super comfy bed. The bathroom and kitchen are really well equiped, tidy and clean. We have a little issue opening the door but the Host help us straight away. It s located in a 4° floor without lift, so no recommended for people with reduced mobility. No washing machine, although we were guided to find a laundry place and i would add the spiral stairs between the main floor and bedroom are not specially comfortable to climb up/down.
• John (6/5): Lovely flat, great location, very disappointing and stressful checkin experience. - The location was excellent - in a central part of town, but also quiet and full of character. Check in was hugely disappointing. The day before, the hostess sent me a message asking me if I was happy to use an App to check in by myself. This was irritating, but I felt I had no choice. It was very stressful to download it on poor wi-fi while travelling on a train to Palermo and spoilt the relaxing journey. The app itself was incomprehensible, and when we arrived at the address (after many messages with the hostess via Booking.com) we discovered she'd sent us a photo of the key safe inside the building, not the one outside. So we were stressed that we could not get into the building, and had to message her again. When we eventually got in (after she did it remotely via the app, we presume), we were pleased to find a delightful flat -- but with hardly any useful information about the location of nearby shops etc, just a couple of notes on a blackboard. We also discovered that the open fire (as illustrated in the advertisement that had appealed to us) would cost us an extra €25! This was really irritating and felt dishonest. Overall, we felt it was a great flat in a great spot, but we had been misled about the fire, were disappointed by a lack of useful information about the facilities nearby, and were very stressed indeed by having to rely on an App that didn't work, because the hostess was not there to greet us face to face.
