• Alberto (6/5): Buen apartamento pero necesita invertir un poco - La ubicación es muy buena y las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Lo mejor el cajón de la nevera, el *super cool". Ideal para las Morettis. Sin duda lo mejor de apartamento Várias cosas. Lo más importante es que el apartamento está en zona ZTL, es decir, NO se puede llegar en coche salvo con la consiguiente multa. (deberían avisar). Tampoco cuenta con una vajilla aceptable como vasos y cubiertos. Hay otras cosas menores pero que cuesta poco solucionarlas: En la ducha se sale el agua, la persiana de una habitación no bajaba, el cubo de basura estaba reventado, el aire tiene limitación de temperatura y la tapa del retrete se caía a cachos.
• Dejan (7/5): Good - Good location, TV, air conditioning, WiFi, kitchen, bedrooms. Charged €40 for late check-in @2:00AM. Welcome kit worth €1. No trash bags. Living room sofa uncomfortable for sleeping. Would not recommend for a group of 4, unless you are couples. Bathroom door too noisy, waking up the whole apartment.
• UMUT ÖZGÜR (9/5): Tekrar Bologna’ya geldiğimde kalabilirim. - Merkeze ve Bologna Centrale’ye yürüme mesafesinde. Güvenlikli bir binada. Konaklama için gerekli ekipmanlar mevcut. Çalışanlar ilgili, yardımsever ve çözüm odaklı.
• Zeynep (10/5): Great apartment - Great apartment ! Very comfortable and also the bed and pillows, big wardrobes, lovely balcony. The 15 days we stayed we felt like home. Very good location.. many cafes and restaurants just actoss the street, max 10 minutes walk to the center and 15 minutes to the train station. The building has an elevator, only 7 steps to reach the elevator. The host is easy reachable and very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our time there. Thank you ☺️ All was very good
• Hegi (9/5): Superb - Location is great, across the street to the market delle Erbe and restaurants, at 5 minutes from Piazza Maggiore. The windows are facing internal courts, so no noise from traffic, but being at 4-th floor was not claustrophobic at all. The small elevator helped after the long walks. We had a folder with information, so it was OK. We went in February, the heating is not dimensioned properly, the rooms are tall, and the windows are aluminium so there was a lot of condensate running over. Frankly I would go back in summer anytime, but in the winter... it was to cold at night, and the temperature control is operated by wire from the office.

• Traci-ann (10/5): Fabulous stay! Comfort, space and location. - The location was great being walking distance from everything. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was quiet. The lounge area was lovely with great recliners and TV. The washing machine was excellent. The shower was good. The kitchen was good. The host was very helpful at all times. I highly recommend. There is nothing not to like here!
