• Laura (10/5): Très propre - Arrivée tardive mais quelqu'un de présent pour nous accueillir avec le sourire. Chambre petite mais très propre. Le quartier est un peu particulier mais grâce au double vitrage on entend pas les bruits de la rue. Prix élevé pour le quartier et la taille de la chambre.

• Hella (8/5): Sauber, einfach und zentral mit tollen Frühstück auf der anderen Straßenseite. - Die Lage war sehr zentral. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig, wir hatten ein Fenster zur Seitenstraße und konnten trotz offenem Fenster gut schlafen. Zimmer an sich und auch das Bad sehr ansprechend und für eine Woche ausreichend komfortabel. Absolut erwähnenswert ist der Frühstücksshop direkt gegenüber. Der unfassbar nette Besitzer hat uns jeden Morgen einen leckeren Cafe, Paste de Nata und sehr leckere Sandwiches zubereitet für kleines Geld - unbedingt zu empfehlen. Die Rezeption ist nur zu bestimmten Zeiten geöffnet, kommt man etwas vor 14 Uhr weißt nichts darauf hin dass man hier empfangen wird. Die Lage ist zwar sehr zentral, abends gibt es hier jedoch ein paar soziale Spannungen weswegen wir nach 22 Uhr nur noch mit Taxi unterwegs waren.
• Carlos (1/5): La peor estancia posible que he contratado en booking - Una estafa en toda regla, la habitacion que alquile por la web de booking anunciada con cama doble, resulto ser un espacio de buhardilla aprovechado como "habitacion" con una cama individual, cuando el anuncio indicaba cama doble claramente. Tuve que irme al dia siguiente del alojamiento al no poder dormir mas de 2h porque entraba el Sol por los 2 ventanales que no tenian ni persianas ni cortinas para oscurecer la habitacion. EL trato, la demora en el checking, la habitacion que no corresponde con lo contratado por la Web de booking, es una verguenza y encima el propietario me dijo por telefono que me haria un reembolso pero luego no lo ha cumplido. Como permite booking y sus estandares de calidad dejar que anunciantes como este engañen a sus clientes ??? Estoy esperando una respuesta del comite de evaluacion y estudio de este caso en booking para que me indique cual es la decision que ha tomado booking al respecto.

• Alejandro (4/5): Lisboa es hermoso, su gente amable, la estadía no fue una buena experiencia - la ubicación , sin embargo , las imágenes son engañosas Recepción fría, fea, la habitación estaba sucia, cambiaron las sábanas , el baño de mal olor. No lo recomiendo, el precio calidad no tiene ninguna relación.

• Louisa (2/5): Very shady accommodation under construction/renovation. Cannot recommend. - The room was clean and it had an AC. The neighborhood is central but I see how one could feel a bit overwhelmed. So where to begin. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this place. First of all when arriving there I already had a bad feeling about the place. It has some shady vibes and I did not feel comfortable there. My feeling got confirmed once I asked for an invoice. The people working there did not want to hand me out an invoice. Only after contacting booking.com and after numerous attempts I was given some sort of invoice. Also the place is under construction or renovations and it feels like a scam! All in all be careful with this place!

• JAILSON OLIVEIRA (5/5): Pra mais nunca!!! - Apenas a modernização do apartamento. O restante é horrível. Um lugar tenebroso, muitos vadios na rua estreita e quase desconhecida. A acomodação razoável, mas o lugar é muito perigoso.

• Dagmar (7/5): Sauber, zentrumsnah, 3-fach Verglasung gibt nächtliche Ruhe, Miniladen neben dem Hotel-Eingang - Die Lage zum Zentrum ist supernah, alles neu und sauber, Frühstück in der Nähe möglich, bis runter zum Hafen sind alle Bereiche zu Fuß erreichbar, 3-fach Verglasung macht das Zimmer ruhig. Die Umgebung ist leicht unbehaglich, da viele fremdländische Nicht-Portugiesen und einige "Penner" anzutreffen sind. "Dicke" Personen passen wohl nicht durch die Tür zum Bad.
