• Maria Emma (10/5): Il signor Luigi persona molto gentile e disponibile…ha reso il soggiorno molto confortevole - Struttura moderna ,molto spaziosa e accogliente,climatizzata,pulita ,molto confortevole e dotato di tutti i confort…con una bellissima vista sulle colline… A noi è piaciuto proprio tutto…nessuna fatica a raggiungere l appartamento che si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore….

He was always kind, attentive and genuinely cared about our stay. The apartment is located in a charming little town and it’s simply perfect: spacious, very comfortable, spotless and modern. • Radosław (10/5): Excelent time in perfect small city and very nice apartment. Beautiful view, good equipment in apartmen, good parking so - Everything Nothing, or maybe one- located on third floor with quite steep stairs, but it is not a problem for average form person.

We spent three nights in San Miniato, a perfect location for exploring cities like Florence, Siena, and Pisa. Luigi is an incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming host. A clear recommendation for anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Don’t let the Google Maps street view photo from choosing this place, once you’re up the stairs and looking out across the valley you’ll get it. Ridiculous to say, but we care about recycling and compost, please just put labels on the various bins.

• Nova (10/5): Beautiful apartment in the Centre - The property was gorgeous, very big and spacious. The bedrooms are large, with good mattresses and big cupboards. There is air conditioning in every room. The kitchen/dining area is also large, and a lovely little balcony with a view out to the countryside. The host was very nice and good communication. There was a good washing machine with detergent and a clothes rack to dry. They even left us a bottle of wine on arrival. Nothing. Only small recommendation is for a coffee machine but otherwise it’s perfect!
• Maddie (10/5): Luxury and comfort in picturesque San Miniato - I wish I could rate this accomodation higher. Within this historic, picture perfect village is an implacably modern, well furnished apartment with incredible views. Everything is pristine and in brand new condition. It is very luxurious, super quiet yet within metres of the town centre. It is even easy to park your car for free at a public car space. Luigi was an amazing host, carried a very heavy bag for us and there was a lovely wine included. If you are looking for a little luxury while gaining an authentic Tuscan experience you need to stay here!!! We loved absolutely everything. People with mobility issues need to be aware there are stairs to access the apartment

Unfortunately, this is not correct. We assume this is simply an error by Booking.com and nothing to do with property owners, who are delightful and very helpful.
• Nicoleta (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing wide open view from the apartment over Toscana landscape, great location, right in the centre of San Miniato. The apartment was bright, flooded with light, modern, cozy and comfortable, the buidling itself was also renovated very clean and noble looking. We also got a warm and courteos welcome, very much appreciated. Would highly recommended and stay there again. Couldn't say.

• Kim (10/5): Exceptional - I had a wonderful stay at Casa Raffaello. As a long-term traveler the apartment had everything I needed to be more settled for a weekend - a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. I got to the town by train and bus with no problems and it was a great location for a quiet weekend. The view from the balcony was amazing and I had many meals from there.
