• leoneri 2012 (6/5): Soluzione buona ma non adeguata alle mie esigenze. Costo nella media ma per me eccessivo. - Titolare gentilissimo, accogliente e disponibile ad ogni domanda ed esigenza. Pulizia impeccabile, arredo nuovo e di qualità. Posizione ottima, centrale ma silenziosa. Parcheggio libero in strada immediatamente davanti. Facile accesso con codice elettronico. Aria condizionata silenziosa ed efficiente. Notte silenziosa e confortevole. Bagno valido e moderno. Premesso che i motivi del soggiorno erano professionali, per me è inaccettabile che in una camera di livello alto non sia presente una sedia e un tavolino per leggere e scrivere. Era presente solo una poltrona inspiegabilmente bassa (seduti quasi a terra) oltretutto senza una illuminazione sufficiente per leggere, stretta vicino alla finestra. Il letto aveva i cuscini esageratamente alti. Illuminazione naturale scarsa per i miei gusti. Davanti alla camera vi è il locale colazione, per cui si viene svegliati dai primi che si alzano. Colazione minima, con poca scelta. Comprendo che vi sia il vincolo dei prodotti sigillati ma almeno si poteva fornire un solo prodotto per celiaci. Ho potuto quindi fruire solo di una tisana. Camera sostanzialmente piccola. Comprendo che la zona sia altamente richiesta e che quindi i prezzi siano corrispondenti, però allora preferisco al limite spendere venti euro di più per stare bene.

• Sharlene (9/5): - Rooms are spacious and everything was very clean. The breakfast is a packed one. The sofa bed was not that comfortable. For breakfast I would have preferred some fruit and fresh pastries of bread.

• Muhsina (1/5): - I was late getting to the hotel .We emailed the hotelier around 6 pm, saying we will arrive around 11.30pm .The owner was not accomodating saying that we had to arrive before 10pm. We did not get accommodated for that night and stiil had to pay for it. The worst thing was the fact that we saw three people leaving the premises the following day, leaving the possibility that she rented the room out to someone else.We also found a cockroach at premises.

• Loren (8/5): good for airport overnight only - Good for an airport overnight stay. Would not stay for vacation. Very clean and quiet to get a good night sleep before flying out of Rome airport. I would recommend booking a $15 shuttle through the b&b. Otherwise you are going to pay a lot for a taxi each way. The neighborhood wasn't really nice. But, felt safe.

The hosts are very gracious and they picked us up and dropped off at the airport, making the transfers super smooth. There is a small breakfast to-go you can grab too! :)

• Rex (10/5): A would like to commend the staff(Maria) whom was cleaning at the time of our arrival. She was mother-like and sweet and - We've been in three countries and three hotels. This had been the best out of the three. Best bed, best sleep my wife and I had during this short vacation. Best shower room and comfort room, clean and with provided amenities. The closet with hangers and drawers, badly needed and they have it. Heaters in the room and AC hot/cold also. Heater in the shower room, love it. TV as well, nice. Breakfast- satisfied. Coffee available and free bottled water,AWESOME! Security of the place deserved to be mentioned as well,NICE. There are few but I'm only gonna say this for improvement purposes. At least the way I see it. 1. Would be nice if you also provided disposable toothbrush with toothpaste. 2. Disposable sleepers. *number 2 & 3, you can buy in bulk so that you can less the cost. 3. I'm not a coffee lover. I'm a tea kind of guy. It doesnt cost much, as far as I know. You can buy in bulk as well to less the cost. 4. COMMUNICATION. To communicate with your clients round the clock is important. You are in the hotel industry, people around the world are constantly coming and going. PLEASE, reply ASAP. You cannot reason that you're not available at the time you got the message or whatever it is will not be acceptable. 5. A template message that includes instructions how to get to your place from the airport, together with links of what to do in Rome, usually websites where to buy tickets to places that need one. Also a link how to order a taxi. Instructions how to use public transportation. All these you can include in the template you already have here in booking.com

• Ppavelino (9/5): Great owner help, good to sleep one night. - It's a short drive (taxi or bus) from the airport, once you find one. But the owner saved me and picked me up personally, which was fantastic, as it was impossible to get the taxi or uber - everyone is driving to Rome. For one night oversleep it's great. There was a great set of restaurants walking distance from there.

The place is very close to the airport, the host is very accessible and helpfull. The room is very clean and cozy. I did a self checkin very easily and there is a lot of places to eat aroud the place. For the proposal that i had it was everything fine!

• Vendula (10/5): I recommend this 100%! I will definitely get back! - All was amazing, I liked that we had kitchen and air condition. Also it was really easy to get everywhere by bud Cotral. There was nothing that we didnt like, maybe on breakfast if there was a choice to have some salty food but its nothing bad!!😊 And i got stuck in the bathroom 3 times, but it was fun for me and my boyfriend 😂

They offer shuttle service to airport at arrival and departure for a fee. Nice restaurants near by …..specifically fish…fresh fish of the day! Pillows need to be replaced. Rock hard made it very uncomfortable to sleep, other reviews said the same too. Breakfast was packaged sweets and hard toast. Coffee machine was not easy to operate, had to go grab coffee elsewhere

It wasn't so easy to find the entrance :) But it's not a problem actually - the host is quite kind and met me in person. Also, if you're travelling from the airport, take Uber, don't stay in the taxi queue - that queue is for Rome, not for Fiumicino.

• Jennifer (10/5): An excellent experience and we would stay again! - Great place to stay! We had an overnight lay-over at the Rome airport and the room with Paganino rooms was perfect for us! The communication was excellent and the room fulfilled our needs of a good shower and a comfortable bed. Breakfast that was provided included packaged pastry and an espresso and bottled water and we really appreciated that. We also appreciated the ride to the airport the next morning at a very reasonable cost. Thank you for this very good experience and we would absolutely stay there again!

But it wasn’t breakfast we were there for. The area ended up being incredibly nice and there was a nice walk along the marina and lots of shops and restaurants. Pillows… The pillows were much to large and hard.
