• Joshua (9/5): Wonderful and peaceful stay amongst nature, with a fantastic view! - Amazing view from a very nice and large balcony, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was very nice and the location is excellent (very close to Beau Vallon and even closer to one of our favourite beaches on the island). Facilities were great, cleaning was done every day, and we had all the basic amenities we required during our stay. Overall a wonderful and peaceful stay. Nothing we didn’t like!

• Radoslav Stankov (10/5): It was a great experience. The staff was very kind, and the room view was one of the best I have eve - 1. The view from the room 2. The room 3. The staff 4. Having a hidden private beach nearby 5. The food for dinner 6. Have a store near by the villa The villa is on a hill; we needed to do around 2-3 minutes of walking, which was fine, except for one day when it was very hot. My recommendation is to avoid going out around 1-3 PM in the afternoon or take a taxi. The hotel can arrange one.

• sandra (10/5): Heerlijk! - Het fantastische uitzicht! Omgeven door natuur , vogelgeluiden en een prachtig zeezicht ! Ontzettend behulpzaam personeel en geweldig ontbijt! Dat er geen zwembad is, maar; dat komt eraan!!!

Но лучше всего - отношение персонала. Чувствуется индивидуальный подход и забота. Late checkout, пожелания на завтраках, уборка в номерах в любое время. Рано утром у нас была экскурсия и хозяйка вечером принесла нам сэндвичи, потому что мы бы не попали на завтрак. Да нам даже машину помыли когда мы уезжали) В общем место прекрасное, хозяйка и персонал- супер. Рядом есть норм пляж и до бо валона недалеко.

• Raphaela (10/5): Hotel war ein Traum für unsere Flitterwochen - Das Personal ist super freundlich, wir haben selten so hilfsbereites Personal gesehen. Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren fantastisch. Das Zimmer gross, sauber und wunderschön. Das Hotel liegt an einem Hang, der kleine Strand gerade gegenüber der Strasse ist ein Traum. Ist mit dem öffentlichen Bus gut erreichbar. Würden wir sofort wieder buchen.
• Aser (10/5): - The hotel rooms were spacious and airy, with large balconies, and everything needed was nicely available in the room. The hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful. I really liked the customer-oriented approach — if you want to rent a car, even just for one day (which many rental companies don’t offer), you can do it directly through the hotel. You can also have breakfast and dinner there if you wish, which is very convenient. Another thing I liked was that there are many bats around the hotel, which are interesting to watch, and just across the road from the hotel there is a great beach for snorkeling. The views from the balcony on the mountainside are wonderful, but getting to the hotel requires walking a bit uphill if you’re not arriving by rental car. That said, for younger people it’s easily manageable and makes for a pleasant little walk.

• Mikhail (10/5): - Великолепнейший отель на острове Маэ! Это просто восторг, нам всё очень понравилось! Расположение очень удачное, район Гласи, не далеко от пляжа Бо Валон. Рядом, в пешей доступности есть магазины, заведения типа take away, если же хотите большего разнообразия - можно за несколько минут доехать до района Бо Валон, там любые магазины и заведения питания. Сами виллы расположены очень удачно - на горном склоне, с видом на океан из всех номеров. Вид потрясающий, красивые закаты каждый вечер. Номер очень большой и удобный, большой балкон, даже скорее терасса. Кровать удобная, сантехника работает исправно, большой холодильник. Отдельной похвалы заслуживает кондиционер! Расположен очень удачно - над входной дверью, а сама дверь в глубокой нише в краю комнаты. В итоге, можно нас роить кондиционер так, чтобы он охлаждал, но не продувал до простуды, это очень комфортно, никогда раньше такого решения не видел. Завтраки одинаковые (можете выбрать способ приготовления еды), но очень вкусные, а главное на завтраке вас ни на секунду не заставят ждать. Кофе довольно вкусный. Очень заботливая и доброжелательная хозяйка отеля. Также по предварительному заказу вам могут приготовить ужин или ланч - очень вкусно, необычно и не дорого, по сравнению с ресторанами. Рекомендую однозначно! Персонал, убирающий номера, упорно не менял полотенца и не выкидывал мусор в ванной, как будте этой комнаты не существует )) в основной комнате, при этом, уборка на 5+

The warm lady Cecil and our host Ishaq were amazing. The welcome dinner was so hearty, felt like home. I would visit again. The view from the villa outstanding, the small and cosy beach just 5 min walk, breakfast was good- we got every morning plate of fresh fruits, eggs or pancakes. We also order one evening dinner- we enjoyed dinner, service, and food. The owner lady- really nice and warm person, makes us feel welcome. Overall -nice place to stay. Would recommend 💯 %
• Angela (10/5): Sauber, freundlich und wunderschön - Wir haben diese Unterkunft als Basis für unsere Hochzeit und verschiedene Ausflüge gewählt – und hätten es nicht besser treffen können. Das Personal war einfach außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wirklich jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter hat sich Mühe gegeben und war jederzeit herzlich. Sogar der Hund Snow hat zur guten Stimmung beigetragen und war immer freundlich. Das Hotel selbst ist wunderschön gestaltet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail – man entdeckt überall kleine besondere Ecken. Auch die Qualität ist durchgehend top. Für uns war wirklich alles perfekt. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder! Alles perfekt
• Peter (10/5): Wir genossen entspannte Ferientage in einer wunderschönen Unterkunft mit äusserst freundlichen Gastgebern! - Die Sunbird Villas überzeugen rundum: eine aufmerksame Gastgeberin, äusserst freundliches und jederzeit hilfsbereites Personal, schöne und geräumige Zimmer und eine sensationelle Aussicht! Dazu ein wirklich gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück. Unbedingt zu empfehlen: das Abendessen, welches qualitativ hochwertig ist und sehr leckere lokale Gerichte mit Fisch und Fleisch bietet, dies zu einem sehr fairen Preis.
• Angela (10/5): One of the most welcoming places I ever stayed - Everybody is extremely nice and friendly! We felt welcomed from day one! The manager, the housekeeper, and all the rest of the team are unbelievably nice and helpful! Whatever you need, they are there for you! The breakfast is amazing - eggs the way you want it, bread, butter and jam, a beautiful fruit platter, pancakes, oatmeal,… so many things! You can also have dinner which tasted soo good!!! Our room was beautiful with an amazing view on the ocean where we could sometimes see dolphins. The garden is also beautiful! I would absolutely recommend this place if you stay in Mahé! I loved everything

Прекрасные виды с вил, в которых всегда чисто. Очень хорошая локация, в округе несколько отличных пляжей, а также недалеко основной пляж Бо валон, до которого можно добраться как на машине так и на автобусе. Вкусные и насыщенные завтраки и ужины, так же в округе есть неплохие рестораны. Провели незабываемый, волшебный отпуск в том числе благодаря выбору этого отеля.

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war leise, die Betten eher hart aber bequem.

• Simon (10/5): - We had an unforgettable stay at Sunbird Villas and honestly can’t recommend it enough. The room is cozy, well maintained, and extremely clean. It also has air conditioning and a balcony, which we really appreciated. Beach towels and regular towels are provided and changed regularly. If needed, you can even have your laundry done for a small tip, which is very convenient. The service and the staff are flawless — incredibly attentive and always helpful. Breakfast is generous and very tasty, and we also tried the dinner option once, which was good. The warmth and flexibility shown by Cecile and her team during the currently challenging political situation cannot be emphasized enough. They truly go above and beyond for their guests. We also really liked the location. Beau Vallon, with many restaurants and food options, is only a short drive away, and Tusculum Beach is even within walking distance for a quick swim. The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking. Staying here is a 10/10 experience from start to finish and leaves nothing to be desired. We would come back anytime.

We appreciated the efficient and caring service from the staff and loved chatting to Cecile and finding out more about the history and life in the Seychelles. Highly recommended. The road was steep! But a good stretch for the legs after dinner!

The beach that is underneath the villa is almost like a private beach, and you have access to another beach close by, which was 5min walk away from the first one. The hotel is a bit secluded, so we would definitely get a car next time to explore the island more easily. You can always take a bus, but the car offers more freedom.

C'est l'un des meilleurs repas que nous avons mangé ici ! En plus très copieux. L'emplacement est idéal : plusieurs petites plages juste en bas, une supérette au pied de l'hôtel, et une superbe vue. Nous sommes vraiment contents du rapport qualité prix pour cette semaine aux Seychelles.
• Marcel (9/5): Voor ons was dit het perfecte hotel op de perfecte lokatie (wel met huurauto) - Prachtig hotel, gelegen op een heuvel met schitterend uitzicht op zee mits je een kamer met zeezicht hebt. Het personeel is uitermate vriendelijk en de kamers worden dagelijks netjes schoongemaakt. Een groot pluspunt van dit hotel is het restaurant. Tegen een redelijke prijs kun je er vrijwel elke dag uitstekend dineren. Persoonlijk vond ik het eten zelfs beter dan wat in de omliggende restaurants wordt geserveerd. Daarnaast zijn er op slechts twee minuten loopafstand een supermarkt en een geldautomaat, wat erg handig is. Een voordeel dat ook een klein nadeel kan zijn: Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van een strand, wat erg prettig is. Maar als je andere stranden wilt bezoeken of naar de boulevard van Beau Vallon wilt gaan, heb je wel een auto nodig. Heb je een huurauto, dan is de locatie juist ideaal: binnen tien minuten ben je in Beau Vallon voor wat levendigheid, en wil je weer rust, dan rijd je eenvoudig terug naar het hotel. Het hotel beschikt over parkeergelegenheid, al is de weg omhoog wel even spannend.

Super Frühstück über frische Säfte, Eierspeisen, Pancakes, Obst und Marmelade etc. aufgeräumtes Zimmer mit viel Platz. Nahegelegenen ein perfekter Strand zum schnorcheln. Gleich unterhalb des Hotels ein Supermarkt.
• Tom (9/5): - Über allem steht eine wahnsinnig herzliche Gastgeberin sowie sehr freundliche und jederzeit bemühte Angestellte. Es wurde oft nach Wünschen gefragt, während den Mahlzeiten gab es jederzeit die Möglichkeit, nachzuordern, Fragen zu stellen oder Hinweise zu geben. Die Hanglage mag für Personen, die weniger gut zu Fuß unterwegs sind, schwierig sein. Für uns allerdings gar kein Problem, die Wege sind gut ausgebaut und man hat es wahnsinnig dicht zu den nächsten schönen Stränden.

Pyszne śniadania ze świeżymi sokami owocowymi, opcje kolacji - duży wybór dań, wszystko pyszne i takie domowe. To, co czyni to miejsce wyjątkowym to Cecile i jej team, którzy dbają o gości w każdym calu. Dziękujemy za niezapomniany pobyt!

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und das Personal, vor allem Cecile und der Herr, der unsere Koffer getragen hat, sind so tolle Menschen! Das Abendessen war köstlich. Die Chefin kocht hier noch selbst mit. An einem Abend kochte sie nicht, da ihr Sohn zu Besuch war, offerierte uns aber, uns zu einem anderen Restaurant zu fahren. Wir hatten allerdings einen Mietwagen, haben dennoch bei besagtem Restaurant 10% Rabatt bekommen, da Cecile dort Bescheid gesagt hatte. Es wird stets geholfen. Perfekter Aufenthalt!
• *Константин* (10/5): This was our fourth accommodation in Seychelles and it was the best. - Everything was just wonderful. Hospitable hostess, friendly staff. Very tasty breakfasts. But the room was especially wonderful. Very spacious, beautifully decorated. With everything you need. We had two bathrooms, lots of tables, places to sit. Large comfortable beds, huge windows and a balcony-terrace the size of the entire room, where you can spend the evening with a glass of wine. And what a view from the balcony! In front of you is the ocean, in the distance are forested mountains, songbirds and flying foxes are flying nearby. A heavenly place, created with taste and care. There are no disadvantages

• Nadia (10/5): Wonderful! - Cecile was absolutely incredible. She was great with communication in advance and during. The villa was clean, comfortable and had an beautiful view. Cecile went a above and beyond to organize expeditions and to make sure that I was comfortable. I would really love to go back!

Lovely and friendly staff so helpful and kind. Steep entrance to park (if you have hired a car - be careful!)
• Marco (9/5): Superb - Amazing place with an almost private beach down the road. The dinners organized by the staff were really good, totally worth the money, we ate there every day. The views and the sunsets from the balconies are simply perfect. The place might not be as polished in the fine details as some other "fancy" locations, but it is clean, well-kept, and with a good vibe. Worth every penny. Location is also really good, out of the town and tourist confusion, allowing a really good and relaxed experience.

• Sadık (10/5): Amazing! - We stayed for 7 nights and the only thing I can say about Sunbird Villas is that it is outstanding. There are wonderful beaches within walking distance. The owner of the hotel, dear Cecile, her employees Pıyal and Alina took care of us kindly in every matter. It contributed to all the plans we made during our trip. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to stay on the island of Mahe

• Ioana (9/5): Superb - Great value for money. The room was spacious and had a nice view (could be better by the upper room). The breakfast was the same every day but sufficient: eggs cooked by choice, crepe, fruits, toast with banana jam. The personnel were very nice and the room was cleaned daily. The room was missing some attention to details like the lights (only the light bulb in the ceiling) and some outdated arrangements.
• Eva (10/5): Accommodation with a breathtaking view - The accommodation was spacious, clean, there was a seating area on the terrace with an amazing view of the ocean. Cleaning was done every day, clean towels, everythink perfect! Breakfasts were tasty, pancakes were delicious with banana jam. The staff was friendly, helpful, we felt very comfortable there. Thank you for a wonderful 3 days of accommodation on Mahé!

• Andreea (10/5): Perfect stay - The rooms are big, clean, they offer water and bug spray, shampoo, safe, beach towels fast wi-fi. The view from our balcony wasi splendid. We are on our honeymoon so we really appreciated their welcoming. The staff was so helpful and very nice to talk to. The owner as well. Food was also very good. We like to try local food so we often chose curry that came with salad and side dish. Both my husband and I were so impressed with the place, the nature that was so well taken care of, how clean everything was and how helpful the staff. We travelled a lot but this is the first time we had nothing to complain about. Mind that the road to the hotel is a little steep but we enjoyed the exercise.

• Asha (10/5): Marvellous stay - Honestly, this is one of those places I stayed that was top notch. Such a terrific stay! Getting there was easy, requested for a taxi pick up from the airport- like many Airbnb places with a gorgeous view, this was on top of a steep hill (beware if you plan on driving), the room was immaculately cleaned every day with little flowers dotted around the room, the facilities in the huge room included your usual- kettle (need to be a little careful when pouring hot water as it leaks but I didn’t get a chance to report it), tea/coffee sachets provided, a mini fridge, smart tv, toiletries and beach towels! A room with a grand view. Next to talk about the food- it was simply marvellously delicious, home made and tasty. There is also sufficient guest parking should you have a car. The staff are very attentive and caring. Wifi was fast, and one when there was a router issue, the staff swiftly provided their own separate wifi router / alternate wifi- this was very much appreciated. The beach is down the road and one can swim. There’s also an offie (store) where you can buy snacks/ beer or other supplies, at the bottom of the hill. Overall a superb stay! We struggled to remember if we had any concerns, then one came to mind. It would be nice if they provided a spare thicker bedsheet/ blanket in the wardrobe - to feel cosier at night with the A/C on. Nature is great at finding food on the table quite quickly ;)

There is nothing I would complain about. The driveway is a bit tricky but if you need support, Cecile’s team is there to give you a hand :)

The host is the most caring and accommodating owner that we know. She took care about every little thing and made sure that the stay was amazing. The staff named Aashiq was super friendly and made sure our needs were met throughout the stay . The host, Ms Cecile was so supportive and helpful during the entire stay . My wife doesnt eat meat and seafood , the host made sure we got dinner of something that she was comfortable with. Everything that the host does is with so much love and care which you don’t get even in a 5 Stat hotel property. The entrance is very steep Lizards due to the mountains Not a lot of options for breakfast.

Cecile and the hotel staff took great care of us. They had a very sweet and personal approach and were very helpful. It was also very interesting to talk to all of them. Everything about this hotel was great, the cleanliness, the very sweet and cozy design. The food was great, traditional Creole home cooking. The room was spacious and the view was very nice. We also enjoyed the location. The hotel has a steep access to the rooms, but that was just a small beneficial exercise for us. We also enjoyed taking the bus because we could learn more about the locals. There is a restaurant with a very nice view about 700 meters from the hotel and a shop right next to the hotel. We loved everything and were glad we stayed with Cecile. She and the cute hotel made our stay very relaxing and peaceful. Nothing

• Aaron (10/5): Exceptional - We absolutely loved staying at sunbird villas. Cecile and her team are welcoming, attentive and kind and will go out of their way to make sure you have a wonderful stay. The room was beautiful- a large room that was clean and had everything you need and a massive outdoor balcony that faced the ocean was the view was to die for. The breakfast served daily was tasty and at night time they will also serve delicious home cooked meals for an extra charge- we highly recommend. We really liked that our room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels and also beautiful local flowers placed on your be. We highly recommend staying at Sunbird Villas
