• FOUAD (7/5): - L'appartement était spacieux, dans une rue calme avec une belle accueil de la part de Khadija. Il y avait de la moisissure dans la salle de bain, pas assez de serviettes, une des chambres sentais l'enfermer et le ménage pourrait être mieux.

• Marianne (10/5): - Le calme ! L'appartement est propre, grand et confortable. La cuisine est très bien équipée. L'absence de vue sur l'extérieur.
• Valérie (7/5): À améliorer ! - Appartement propre. Retiré de la médina donc au calme (mais il faut une voiture). Accueil rapide donc n’a pas pris le temps de nous donner le code wifi. Pas de télécommande pour le chauffage dans une des deux chambres et nous avons eu froid. Appartement pour 5 personnes mais uniquement 3 tasses et 1 bol (qui fuit) donc obligé de déjeuner les uns après les autres. Heureusement que nous avions des serviettes de toilettes car il n’y en avait que 2 plus une petite pour mettre au sol. L’équipement est vraiment à compléter… Il vaudrait mieux mettre un tarif un peu plus haut mais avec un vrai équipement !

• KONIECZNY (7/5): - La grandeur de l'appartement Maison froide et très humide surtout dans la salle de bain de l'humidité constante sur la faïence, le sol et un plafond moisi. Pas de chauffage .Vaisselle spartiate et vieillot. La literie très dure.

• Oana (7/5): - Apartamentul în sine arata bine. Bucataria si camerele sunt mobilate și utilate bine, inclusiv cu pătuț pentru copii. Umiditate foarte foarte mare în casa, probabil din cauza faptului ca soarele nu bate deloc in apartament, ferestrele au vederea intr-o mica curte interioara, iar pereții sunt dați cu vopsea și nu ,,respira" deloc. Se vedea apa cum curge pe pereți, în camere, în bucătărie, living, mai ales în baie. Totodată nu are caldura. Un mare minus pentru aceasta perioada când este destul de răcoare. Dacă nu ar fi umiditatea aceea în casa, am reveni în acest apartament.

With a very conveniënt lay-out of the different rooms including two bedrooms with very comfortably matrasses. Also the hospitality of the owner was lovely. We have had a great time staying is Maison Othmane. Thank you very much to the owner.

• Liz (9/5): Comfortable apartment at a good price - Clean, tidy and comfortable property in a side street. I had a car and it was about 5 minutes to drive to the beach. It is also very handy for Carrefour supermarket which is about 2 minutes drive away. It is located on 2nd floor but even though I have reduced mobility I managed it ok. It’s very good value for money. Nothing but there were just a few things that I think would improve the stay. It doesn’t have air conditioning and so a few fans would have been useful and also bedside lights would be a good idea so that people can read in bed without the main light on.

• Abderrahim (5/5): - The apartment was spacious, quiet and no noise from outside and neighbours. The toilet was a little bit stinky, no toilet paper and if it is, it get wet because of shower, no towels. Apartment has no view, it was dark

• Patrick (5/5): Dated place that needs a redesign to make one feel more comfortable. - The location was ideal for the various facilities around us,such as the bus depot and the beach. The apartment was within walking distance of the places which we wanted to visit. The bed was ok and both rooms were spacious. There was enough space to place bags and clothes. The kitchen was a good size and the layout was generally very adequate. The host who welcomed us to the apartment was pleasant and quickly showed us around the apartment. The apartment was dark and there were no view from the windows that were in the property. They opened onto a brick wall which ultimately did not give sufficient light to what could be a beautiful apartment. There was no microwave, which is important in modern day living. The kitchen was dated and the cooker was not fit for purpose. In fact with some redesign and re-allocation of furniture this could actually be a decent apartment to rent. We were not able to use the crockery because they generally did not appear to be clean or to a standard where we felt comfortable to use them The apartment is on the first floor and this needs to be highlighted to customers. There were no instructions for the tv and it was difficult to navigate it. It was disappointing that there was no toilet paper or towels. Lucky we had brought our own.
• Peeter (7/5): Good - A large and spacious apartment, suitable for people who value privacy. I liked that there was no noise from the apartments next door and it was quiet. The criticisms of other visitors are true. You can't keep paper in the toilet because it gets wet when you use the shower. The shower faucet is worn out, which is why the water pressure is weak. You can't use the stove because there's nothing to light the flame with. A more thorough cleaning of the apartment would be helpful.

• Liz (10/5): Very good value apartment- ideal for family stays - Booked this property for Moroccan friends. They were happy with the apartment and said it has everything they need and was clean and tidy. The owner and the lady who looks after the property, Khadeja, were both helpful and friendly. It was good value as there were 5 family members staying there. The photos are an accurate representation of the property. Nothing. Perhaps a little far from the centre but they had a car so it wasn’t an issue

• Maria (7/5): Good for the price - It was clean and spacious and well located We stayed to nights but not consecutive, the first day, we had the impression that the place could have a deeper cleaning, however, the second day this had improved. Also, in the first day we arrived and the person was not there to give us the key and we needed to wait for around one hour, the second day we didn’t have this problem. None of the two days there was toilet paper
• Maria (7/5): Good place - The property was ok, spacious and clean. It was a little difficult to control the hot water, sometimes it was too hot and no way to make it colder
• Isaac (7/5): Super quite chill space and neighborhood, lots of space - Very quiet, local neighborhood vibes (not touristy at all), walkable to food areas and the Medina , lots of space inside, simple humble Beds were super firm, cleanliness was ok but certain areas could use a deep clean, overall a fresh coat of paint would do a lot to change the feel.
