Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön, sehr modern und äußerst gepflegt! Das Apartment ein Traum👌, mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick- ein Ort, wo man nicht mehr weg möchte!! Die Gastgeber sind überaus zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, ich habe mich SEHR wohl gefühlt- herzlichen Dank für alles!!!🫶🌅🧘🏻‍♀️🌊
• Zsofia (10/5): Perfect getaway in an amazing location. - Everything is superb. Built and equipped with style, seafront view, modern, beautiful garden, parking, owners exceptionally kind, made us feel at home.
• Massimo (10/5): Speri che il tempo si fermi lì - Incantevole panorama ... su uno specchio d'acqua che ti regala dei tramonti meravigliosi ... si intravedono, ma si distinguono il Castello di Miramare (5 km) con alle spalle la città di Trieste (12 km) che di notte si illumina e rende tutto più suggestivo ... tutto letteralmente incastonato nella scogliera con tanto verde ed addirittura limoni pieni di frutti sapientemente curati ... purtroppo la giornata finiva presto in città a Trieste perchè non volevo rinunciare di vedere il tramonto in terrazza NIENTE Posso non essere obbiettivo perchè gli arredi e le soluzioni scelte dai proprietari, Fabio e Rosy, persone squisite che ci hanno risolto problema meccanico all'auto di sabato mattina, corrispondevano ai miei gusti, tutto minimale ed elegante ad incorniciare e valorizzare lo spettacolare panorama , ma penso che è il posto dove vivrei volentieri

• Grzegorz (10/5): Pobyt od początku do końca był wspaniały, polecam - Praktycznie wszystko od początku do końca. Nawet techniczne trudny zjazd na parking był wyzwaniem, które z małą pomocą gospodarza szybko ogarnęliśmy. Zażartuję że w apartamencie brakowało lornetki do obserwacji morza i statków na redzie portu. Ten apartament nie ma słabych punktów

• Sandra (9/5): - Der Blick von der Terasse und die direkte Lage am Meer waren traumhaft. Man kann entspannen bei der Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Leider kann man nicht am Wasser entlang spazieren gehen, nur oben an der Hauptstraße. Auserdem ist auf ein Auto angewiesen. Zum Einkaufen, Restaurantbesuch usw braucht man einen Pkw... von der Hauptstraße bis zum Parkplatz muss man eine längere , sehr steile und kurvige Zufahrt schadenfrei überstehen. Für Pkw ab Größe Passat unzumutbar.Auch zu Fuß ist das Appartment nur per steiler Treppe erreichbar. Dies hätte im Vorfeld von den Vermietern in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden müssen!

• Ernest (10/5): Perfect relaxation with amazing front sea view - Amazing view, silence (no noice from the nearby road) full comfort, exceptionally friendly host(s) Only one (of two) bedroom with sea / outside view. Some might find the driveway to the property scary - personally - I took it as a nice challange.

Our family is very active but we enjoyed the house and the beach so much that we barely left the property during our stay. Perfect place for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. We will most definitely return.
• Michal (10/5): perfect - thank you a thousand times for a wonderful relax - Everything in perfect order, upon arrival at the place I had a technical problem with the car - the owner Fabio and his daughter Stefani immediately arranged for a repair in nearby Trieste. On welcome chilled wine everything perfectly accommodation very sheltered and a wonderful view of the sea. Who wants to experience paradise on earth - welcome aboard the Seaside Resort.
• Maria (10/5): Magical place - Beautiful spacious apartment, very clean, full of natural light and with ecxellent kitchen facilities. The terrace overlooking the bay comes not only with a spectacular view but also with its own barbeceue. Secluded private beach with comfortable deckchairs. Our hosts couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. A la prossima, Fabio e Stefania!

• Giuliano (10/5): Great place, exceptional view, super friendly hosts - The location is spectacular. Located directly at the adriatic sea, with view from a big balcony. The apartment was very clean, well equipped with everything you need and comfy. The hosts were super nice, meeting us with the keys, giving us info about Trieste and places to have a good meal. The gate is located at a busy main street and a little easy to overlook. The way down to the apartment is extremely hilly, yet safe. But it takes a good driver to get down and up with the car. However, it felt like an adventure every time 😁
• Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Views were fantastic! Spacious accommodations and clean. The attentive service was wonderful; very kind and generous hosts! Would absolutely return and stay again! Just a quick note on incline at resort: be prepared to walk up steep incline to get to main road for taxi and bus service.
• Ilker (10/5): Magnificent property and hosts. Highly recommended. - Fabio and his family made our stay at Seaside Resort a magical experience. The property is beautiful in terms of views, access to the water, spacious and has all you need for short stay. It even has a BBQ. The driveway going down to the car park area is very tight and steep. Large vehicles will have issues.
• Jelena (10/5): We enjoyed our stay, it was a fantastic holiday. - The owners met us personally and explained where to park the car. It was pleasant to get two glasses of prosecco from the owner, while we were lying at the beach. The whole property has a nice design. We had a room with grill equipment, we used it one day. It was nice to have a shower on the terrasse. We will be back soon :)
• Matthew (10/5): Fantastic appsrtment with great view and access to sea - Just like the photos - paradise. Everything brand new. Fabio the owner although having limited English was very friendly. We got invited to his wife’s birthday party and he offered to take us out on his motor boat. Swam every day, remember to take rubber shoes as my feet got cut a few times on the rocks. Very steep road going down to property. After about 3 times I got the hang of going up - get everyone out of car to reduce weight and do not stop. Connecting door between flats 3 and 4 too thin so could hear phone calls and TV from next door. Fabio should add a second door like you have in hotels.
• Gabriela (10/5): Fantastic summer holiday - New, clean accomodation with beatiful view with beatiful clean turquoise-blue sea, with perfect friendly and helpfull owners... This is amazing place near Trieste for them, who are finding good privacy😉. .... super relaxing holiday for us with magic evening-grilling on terrace or evening-walking in Trieste (10 min. with car). We are happy that the next summer we will be there again👍🏝🌞. We recommend this place for each who is finding privacy near the sea with possibility on the other side to go to the big city with shopping mall, harbour, delicate restaurants and different attractions🙂

• Oksana (10/5): This is what I've been dreaming of all year :) - Our vacation in the Seaside Resort was relaxed, calm, family and filled with the sun and sea of Italy. A bit details: - The host meets us and helped to deliver the luggage to the apartment, - The apartment is new, big and modern. In ours were 2 bedrooms and living room with kitchen, - The main advantage is a huge terrace with grill, sun loungers, a shower, dinner table and sun umbrella, - The kitchen has everything for mom who get used to cook every day homemade meals :) - Every room has air conditioner, - The sea is just under your terrace, about 3 minutes down stairs, - The down stairs and the beach are rather not for toddlers. But for older children it's ok. In any case I recommend water shoes for swimming even for adults. The sea is clean and warm in August :) - Supermarkets and restaurants are about 10 minutes by car, - The nature around the Seaside Resort is beautiful. Even not only Seaview, but also pines, flower and cozy places for rest in the resort garden, - About 15 minutes by car is Trieste, the capital of the Friuli Venezia Giulia region, the port city with amazing architecture special atmosphere. I recommend to visit there the seafood markets and buy some fresh fish or shrimps. Also there are a lot of places with fresh pastry and ice cream, - About 25 minutes by car is Grado, former fishman village, the one of the oldest tourist locations now. You can find there family beaches, beaches for dogs, restaurants and shops, - Vienna is about 1,5 h by car, one of must visit place - Many thanks from us to the owner for understanding and help with our special request

We felt very comfortable and we'll come back for sure. Also the support during the stay was great! Thanks! The road from the main road to the apartment was a challenge but due to the support and assistance from the host no problem!

• Paul (10/5): Stunning views - Wonderful hosts - Lovely apartment - The apartment was very well equipped to a high standard and of modern design. Fabio, Rosy and family are the friendliest and most helpful hosts we have ever encountered in all our years of holiday home renting. The view of the Gulf of Trieste from the terrace is simply stunning. The private pebble beach is very close by and accessed by a series of quite steep steps, which "older" people, like myself, may initially find quite intimidating, especially the climb back up :-). That said, it is well worth the effort and the sea is clean and crystal clear. The beach area is equipped with sun-beds, loungers and paddle boards for the more adventurous.

The villa is a paradise with a fantastic sea view, a private beach and everything you need is here. The staff is also charming and friendly. Recommendation 100%!!! It was the best vacation of our life.
