• Hamza (7/5): Good place overall. - Walking distance to restaurants and malls. Helpful, friendly staff from receptionists to cleaners. Very quick to solve any issues. When we had to change our check-in date at the last minute, Gulberg Suites was very accommodating. Allowed us to checkout at 3 pm. Electricity would go off for a minute around 4 times a day. Annoying when watching TV or guests were around. Toilet seat was loose. In the shower cubicle, the water easily fills to your ankles after 5 minutes of showering even though the drain wasn’t blocked in anyway. This meant that that the 2nd guest had to wait a while before showering because the water from the first guest’s shower had to drain away first.

• Maira (4/5): Not great - Well located A lot. Basic amenities were not stocked. There was no attention to service. There was o refrigerator, hair dryer, room service. There wasn't even an intercom to communicate. We got everything that we asked for, but only after asking. Opening the toilet drain, getting warm water, getting trash picked up. We expect a serviced apartment to have fully stocked amenities and service. But everything had to be asked 3-4 times before the kitchen was stocked with utensils, the bathroom drain, cleaning and everything. Our stay was not stress free

• Sohail (3/5): Disappointing stay — poorly maintained and not good value for money. - The staff are doing their best with the limited resources available, and they were all courteous and respectf This is a low-grade motel. There is no air conditioning in the hallways, the linens did not appear freshly washed, and the towels are no longer white. It seems that management is cutting corners at every opportunity. The property photos feature the front, but the actual rooms are located in the back. I normally overlook a poor experience, but this place felt horrible. It really seems like the management or owners are clueless about how to properly run the property. Overall, I did not find it to be good value for the money.”

There was no room inspection when we checked in, but during check-out, they carefully checked every item in the room and didn’t even let us go to the lobby. Also, a baby crib was promised at booking but was not provided. Very disappointing experience.

Location central however signage needs to be better as entrance is at the back of the mall.Did ask for extra towels but they said it wasn’t available til the next day. Some rooms the showers had no trays or seal so the water from the shower leaked all over the bathroom. Needs to be fixed. Breakfast should have more options.

• Salman (8/5): Very good - Good value for money especially for families. Nice clean and spacious rooms. The bed linen was clean and new. AC was working excellent. The apartment had a kitchen with all necessary appliances. Location is excellent. No menu for in-room dining. They tell you the choices verbally. Breakfast was very basic and took longer than expected to be served in the room. No restaurant on site. I requested for late check out at 2pm but was informed by reception desk that they will have to charge me for extra day. So I asked to speak with the manager which the receptionist talked with himself and then they agreed to my check out at 2pm.

This is a great spot to spend your vacation at and the location is amazing, right in the heart of Gulberg. View could have been better, but it's understandable as there was a lot of construction going on around the property. New luxury condo's being built so once that's completed I'm sure it'll be a great view.
• Ighsaan (10/5): Perfect stay , 100% recommended - The location was perfect. Central to all the places I needed to visit. The staff was helpful and very friendly. They also arranged my taxi to the airport. The rooms were spotless. The area is safe and i could walk around till late at night, solo. Plenty of food options to choose from as you exit the hotel. nothing, this will be my place to stay should I visit Pakistan again.

• Arif (6/5): A low-cost option if you dont have high expectations - The kitchen was well equipped & rooms were comfortable and roomy. The location was superb. It seemed like good value for money despite the odds. Staff needs to be trained better. It's a new facility and needs to have basic amenities available, eg, among other things, one towel for a couple, additional soaps, and probably a blanket as well. Although new but cleaning staff needs to be effective as there was dirt everywhere. There is no dining facility or room service except water. The hallway was smelly. Remotes of TV/AC need to be requested. Room making up is very very slow so must request room make up 4-5 hours in advance and dont expect much.
