• Matthew (5/5): Won't be going back as our sleep was regularly disrupted - Beautiful property with comfortable main bed The property is on top of a communal car park with ca. 6-9 vehicles per day coming and going which was very disruptive. On top of that there is a storage unit for fish at the end of the block of houses which was loud in the morning.

• Penny (10/5): Exceptional - The property is beautifully finished to a high standard, and is very well equipped - even plastic plates and cups for younger children. Wonderful welcome touch with the hamper full of delicious treats, great entertainment - we enjoyed Monopoly Cornwall Edition! It felt like we were staying in someone's home, or with family (not just a rental). The location is perfect for the town of Newlyn, which is full of lovely places to eat, the bustling fishing port, and the gallery. It's also a good spot for reaching other areas of Cornwall. The only downside is the parking, but that's not unique to this property, it's the nature of the town. As suggested in the details, we spoke to the harbour master, paid £20 for a parking permit, but when we found the designated car park it was quite far away over the hill at the back of the harbour. We found this too inconvenient, so stuck with shuffling the car into the street parking bay for the evening and car park (both at the end of the road to the property) for a couple of hours in the mornings before we headed out for the day. A bit of hassle but less so than the alternative!
• David (10/5): A perfect choice in a fishing hub of Newlyn, just few minutes from Mousehole and Penzance. - The location of the property, just between Penzance and beautiful Mousehole. The spacious apartment with all the equipment you need for your stay. Very fast wi-fi, a great TV programme selection in case you want stay a day in-door while raining. Sometimes it can be challenging to get a parking space.
• Mark (10/5): Exceptional - Very spacious and comfortable accommodation in a historic part of Newlyn, close to the restaurants, takeaways and shops. Definitely raises the bar in terms of the quality of accommodation we have come to expect in this area. We found it ideal for a young family of four and a wonderful base for an Easter break in our favourite area of Cornwall.
