- Fatima (9/5): The place was good, clean, and suitable for its price. - The place was good, clean, and suitable for its price. We stayed there for 3 nights as a group of 4 people. The beds were very comfortable.
The shower was good, but it would be better if you could replace the shower curtain. The kitchen needs a bit of organizing, and adding a coffee table would be a nice touch. The parking was quite tight, but still manageable.
Communication with the host was excellent—they responded quickly. We had a small issue with the Wi-Fi, but they sent someone to check it, and it turned out to be a very simple problem.
Thank you very much. Hopefully, this won’t be the last time I book with you. I just hope you take into consideration the points I mentioned that need a little attention. The shower was good, but it would be better if you could replace the shower curtain. The kitchen needs a bit of organizing, and adding a coffee table would be a nice touch. The parking was quite tight, but still manageable.
- Liz (5/5): - Local shop very handy. Was also pub and takeaway nearby (but didn't use).
Beds were comfortable.
Also, it was not a 3 bedroom as described. The kids had to share a bed which we were not expecting. There are 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. Some of the Towels provided were very smelly. Only 2 bowls were provided, we had to do breakfast in shifts. Limited kitchen equipment. Can opener not functional.
- Mark (3/5): Disappointed - Should have been 3 bed rooms but were only 2
- Emily (6/5): Adequate for our requirements - Parking included, good location for our needs, and versatile sleeping options One sofa was badly stained so we didn’t use it, we all fit on the other one fine though. Kitchen wasn’t particularly well equipped, only one wine glass, no cheese grater and no colander for example. We made do with what was available though, so again it was fine. There were plenty of towels but would have been better if they were larger. Quite a lot of black mould on the bathroom ceiling and cracked floor tiles on the bathroom floor.
- Artis (7/5): - The price–performance ratio was very good. The apartment is genuinely spacious for London standards – two separate bedrooms plus a living room with a sofa bed and WC, and a kitchen on the ground floor. Very comfortable layout.
We especially appreciated that the property is well thought out for families with children. It felt very safe – there are safety gates, raised door handles, and child locks on the cabinets. Thank you for that.
Individually adjustable heating was also a big plus. There was an unpleasant smell in the kitchen, possibly from grease, as the gas boiler is also located there.
The hygiene standards could be improved. As mentioned, the price matches what you get, but do not expect high standards. The kitchen and bathroom would benefit from some refreshing.
Overall, we were satisfied. If you don’t have very high expectations, it offers a very reasonable price–quality balance.
- Simon (5/5): All ok - It was ok A bit old all stuff
- Pilar (6/5): Bien pero no lo que esperaba - Creí que cuando decía 3 habitaciones literal y no 2 y 1era la sala. Solo había ropa de cama para los 2 cuartos y paños insuficientes
- Ayesha (1/5): Stay Away From This Property - Unfortunately Nothing Unfortunately, our stay was filled with multiple issues, and due to the amount of money we had already paid, we could not afford to move to another accommodation.
Upon arrival, the shower hose was lying loose in the bathtub, and there was no antibacterial soap in the bathroom. We had to use soap from the kitchen instead.
The couches were extremely dirty and visibly stained, making them unpleasant and unhygienic to use.
As mentioned in a previous review, the washing machine is faulty. Before booking, we specifically confirmed with the host that it was working properly, as this was one of the main reasons our family chose this property. Unfortunately, it does not function correctly. Once started, the cycle never stops running and does not drain or spin.
On the nights of December 24th and 25th, there was extremely loud music playing next door throughout the night, continuing until 6–7 in the morning. At the same time, the heating furnace was not working, leaving the house very cold. As a result, we were unable to sleep due to both the cold indoor temperature and the constant noise.
In addition, the water heater was not functioning, which resulted in us being unable to shower for two days. We contacted the host regarding these issues, but the host did not respond and completely ignored our messages.
Overall, the condition of the property, lack of basic amenities, excessive noise, cold indoor temperatures, and poor communication did not match what was advertised or confirmed by the host. This was a very disappointing experience, and we would not recommend this property to others.
- Mark (9/5): - The layout is different. Large rooms and comfortable.
- Karen (9/5): Lovely apartment, ideally located for public transport and theme parks. Slept 5 people comfortably, we thoroughly enjoye - The location was perfect for what we wanted, was spacious and clean. Had dishwasher and washing machine making everything as easy as possible. The drive was a little tight but manageable and could have done with a few more plates, bowls etc.

- Yash (10/5): Amazing place for the price! - The location was really quite and peaceful. The host was really cooperative and helpful. Overall had a great time here :)
- Roberts (6/5): - Close to stations and convenience store was below us. Could have done with some more crockery when catering for 6
- Naylor (10/5): Excellent - Everything Nothing
- Alba (10/5): -
- Sorin Alexandru (10/5): Excellent. Very recommended -
- Eoin (8/5): - Great location A hair dryer would have been great too👍
- Jeries (8/5): -
- Sherran (10/5): - Comfortable beds, very spacious. Quiet area. We were easily able to visit London. We also took our grandson to Legoland only 30 minutes away. No issues
- Hornsby (8/5): - It was very handy to where we needed to be and value for money It was a little tired and dated
- Ingrid (7/5): Good space and location for us. - Space, location and value 👌 Lack of towels for three adults for almost 2 weeks. We had 4 x small bath towels. Washing machine was faulty. Trees overgrown at entrance
- Eloy (7/5): - Los dormitorios y camas amplias La entrada muy escondida y oscura
- Chris (8/5): Fantastic location and value for money. - The location was excellent for our theme park visits. It was easy to get to. Spacious.
Plenty of sofas, comfy beds, wifi, tv. Shops for all we needed , even a Chinese takeaway.
Great communication from owner. No hairdryer, some flooring and ‘finishes’ a little tired but great value for money.
I’m used to a busy road, possible paper shop delivery 5.30 am but good to comfortably snuggle up and sleep on. Back bedroom very quiet. Neighbours bins at back overflowing and a great shopping source for Mr Squirrel 🐿
- TimHart54 (7/5): - The space was more than enough for what we needed The floor was dusty and the toilet didn't flush every time, had to wait a bit between flushes
- Macca (8/5): - The location was great and very quiet The bathroom could do with updating
- Pauline (9/5): -
- Lee (3/5): Brilliant location but wouldn’t stay again - The location was brilliant for Thorpe park just a 15 min drive The kitchen had a funny smell and the whole place needed a better clean, unfortunately we all got bites on us,my partner even killed a flea that jumped onto her
- Lorena (7/5): -
- Marie (8/5): Very good - The location was very good. Close to train station for a trip into London. Close to theme parks. Chinese takeaway on the doorstep. Convenience store below. We shopped at farm food 5mins drive away. The kitchen was we equipped with washer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and an oven. Its always nice to have a hot bath at the end of the day too. The stairs are steep which was difficult for my son with mobility issues. The driveway is tight but we managed with a good sized car. We had problems with the WiFi and tv but they're both getting sorted.
- Claire (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, clean, comfortable and great value for money.
- Julie (3/5): Poor - Beds were comfy Shower curtain mold on it
Totally un useable dishes including cooking pans
All kitchen was dirty
Fridge dirty
Inside drawers had black hairs in them
Dirty dishes in cupboard
Says 2 sofa beds but only 1 set of bedding so if you have 5 people staying they are not always couples
Wifi does not work even after switching it off and putting it back on
TV needs Ariel looking at as reception isn't that good
Not any cooking items like fish slice or tongs no oven gloves
- Sam (7/5): Good - The host was prompt to answer his phone when I had some questions and he's was good to speak to. I had few issues with the finishing and setting of the place, it seem so ordinary and doesn't feel like a place that's in business, i honestly feel he need needs to put in some work, there were cables in the living room, TV didn't work and internet wasn't working. There were some positives, good heating, location is good not far from Heathrow and close to shops.
- Akor (4/5): The host is an exceptional guy but I’m afraid, my expectations met based on ratings. - Good sofa and kitchenette… 1. The bed
2. No smart TV, an out dated kind of…and lacking a lots of modern features e.g. Netflix, YouTube etc
3. Garden not clean enough. In fact the cleaner should be fired for doing a shabby job.
4. The bedsheets should be replaced and preferably white - not that black or navy blue stuff
- Maggie (8/5): Ideal location for us - Host was very responsive to questions during our stay, also let us stay a little longer than normal check out time. Location for us was perfect and within walking distance to where we needed to be There wasn't enough crockery for 6 of us if we all wanted to have breakfast together as there weren't enough breakfast bowls. The main entrance door lock was a little loose and temperamental and needed some TLC to work it each time
- Shelley (10/5): Exceptional - Stayed for the weekend with my partner and children, really comfortable home, everything we needed, felt safe and secure. Lovely and warm, beds were great, loved the area and it was easy to get into London and surrounding areas for day trips. Really impressed overall, absolute value for money and then some, we will be returning! Nothing to complain about.
- Andrew (7/5): Good -
- Rhian (6/5): Pleasant - Owner was incredibly helpful and was able to support quickly and easily with an issue. Flat was basic but suited our needs. Parking was safe and found easily with instruction from the owner. Space is fairly small, but with careful parking, we managed to park our estate.
Would advise that the third bedroom listed is the living room sofa bed. Flat has two other bedrooms. A ten minute walk from train station and 45 minute.ride to waterloo made this a great location for day trips to London using travelcard. Hampton Court Palace a short drive away as well.
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - The flat was very comfortable and well set out. Lewis was very accommodating and talked me through how to put the heating on. My car broke down twice and he let us stay for 4 extra nights at a reduced price and also told me about local garages I could possibly use.
He also brought us clean towels round when we had to stay longer. Private drive way only good for a small or medium car. I have a 7 seater so a struggle to get out with the turning circle.
- Ron087 (10/5): Exceptional -
- Darren (9/5): Superb - Simple check in. Super warm home. Comfy beds and great details shared with us
- Daniel (5/5): Needs a deep clean - Nice location, close enough to the airport & train station! Free safe parking, great communication from the host! Cleanliness was horrendous. One look under the sofa and beds & there was dust everywhere. Cups and plates etc were like they’ve just been rinsed not washed. Mattress must of been either really cheap or 20 years old. Not a good night sleep and also the shower was awful to say the least, even had a slug going up by the toilet, just generally felt very dirty and that the cleaners didn’t bother. But the owner had great communication so and it it a nice place despite the cleanliness. If this was fixed it would be getting 10/10.
