My room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated with all the amenities I could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I especially appreciated the quality of the linens and the plush pillows. The bathroom was spotless, with high-end toiletries and a great shower with excellent water pressure. The hotel’s location was perfect—close to the Pyramids . I had breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant, and it was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the exceptional service. They scam you whenever they can and there’s nothing you can do about it. when you booked with booking.com you expect that the price is the same but once you there. they find excuses to make you pay dubbel amount. I don’t the hotel staff and there mentality. don’t go to this hotel. it’s not worthy unless you don’t mind spending extra money.

Hüseyin (1/5): A scam hotel with very bad conditions - - I checked into the hotel and paid $44 for 2 days. When I went to the room with my family, the condition of the room was so bad. The room was so dirty. Also, the area around the hotel was unsafe. I couldn't stay in the hotel with my two young children. I immediately made another reservation through the booking.com application. When I left, I asked for the money back for the day I didn't stay. They said they would have put it back on my credit card. But they didn't. They gave me a refund slip. When I called the bank, the bank employee said there was no such refund. Because they canceled the refund after I left the hotel. This hotel owner is a scammer.

Karla (8/5): Very good - The hotel is new, the room is spacious and clean and the view from the rooftop is spectacular, you can see the 3 pyramids and the sphinx, moreover, the food is spectacular and Samy is the best. Great breakfast and great dinner, delicious! I couldn't sleep because men get together out in the street from 9 pm to 2 am and scream a lot! it happened the 2 nights I stayed, sunday and Monday. I thought they were fighting but not, is just what they spend their time on.

Yuanbo (5/5): If I ever return to Cairo, I certainly won't choose to stay here again. - Location: Near the pyramids, far from downtown and the airport, both the Sphinx and Cairo International Airport. Price: Affordable, especially during off-peak seasons. Food: Average, there's a rooftop restaurant. Room: Clean, but lacking WiFi in the rooms—only available in the lobby. Service: 1. The restaurant service was quite overwhelming. A man named Samy frequently interrupted our conversations asking for tips. We ended up paying for water, food, and tips after each meal. During checkout at 6:00 in the morning, we were presented with a bill that included two bottles of water priced at 50 Egyptian pounds. With an early flight to catch, we reluctantly paid to settle and leave. It was a very unpleasant experience. 2. Yasser was exceptionally helpful. We had pre-booked an airport pickup service the day before, and despite the receptionist assuring us multiple times that the driver would arrive on time, we ended up waiting until 6:40. Yasser assisted us in contacting the driver and ensuring our timely departure. We were immensely relieved to have caught our flight. Truly unbelievable.

Anna (10/5): Breathtaking views of pyramids. - This hotel is the most amazing hotel in Giza. It also has the best view from roof top tarrace looking over Pyramids. It looks like you’re so close to the pyramids you could reach them from the window. Breathtaking experience. Amazing breakfast, amazing staff super friendly people will organise all of the touristic attractions are highly recommend if you would like to spend a couple of days and see the most beautiful places in Giza. Beautiful atmosphere that I’d definitely come back next year 🙏🏻 thank you for heaving me and my mum I felt safe and looked after well.

Korollos (10/5): One of the best places I have visited so far - Everything was nice tye stay was so amazing I enjoyed looking at the view the stuff were helpful the food was nice above all the room was always clean. The recipient the guy was not wearing formal I was worried a bit that the room will not be clean but everything was perfect over all.
