• Andrea (6/5): - Die Lage und Aussicht ist hervorragend. Einfacher check-in mit Schlüsselübergabe, freundlicher Empfang und gute Erreichbarkeit der Vermueter Es hatte kaum eine Ausstattung in der Küche. Nicht einmal eine Flasche Wasser hatte es bei der Ankunft.

• behrouz (7/5): Amazing view, but extremely poor cleanliness - amazing view, location, spacious , helpful host, early check-in This accommodation urgently needs a deep and professional cleaning. I genuinely do not understand how it has received such high cleanliness ratings. If guests leave inaccurate or overly positive reviews, future travelers are misled and end up disappointed. We all want to support local hosts, but that should not come at the cost of ruining someone else’s vacation. The host should seriously consider changing the housekeeping service or providing proper training. The level of cleanliness was unacceptable — the bathroom, bed, fridge, and kitchen were all very dirty. I have photos, and the condition was far below what is reasonably expected.

• Irina (10/5): Exceptional - Very beautiful and big, price is cheap for this A staff member entered my room without knocking, apparently to pick something up — he opened the door himself while I was inside, which really caught me off guard. I truly hope it was an accident and not done with bad intentions, but it made me uncomfortable. After this experience, I’ll be more careful and selective with the hotels I choose. If u are men or not solo traveler so this is ok, but for women I can’t recommend.

The host is responsible and helpful, always in touch to help. Location is great, near the ocean and cafes. Apartment was very clean, everything worked well. No reason to complain. They were extremely nice and helpful during our stay.Thank you🙏🙏🙏 The apartment is situated by a beautiful beach but it is "no bikini" for the locals so it is practically unusable for a daily visit.

• Kannan (7/5): Okay for a transit stay, or if you were to stay there and do day trips to nearby resorts. - The location is beachfront and there is sea view from the common balcony (not sure if the balcony was public though). A fully furnished common living room and common kitchen adds value to the offering. The staff was helpful. It is difficult to find the location (no name boards/ signs) unless you have a local mobile number and can contact the staff directly or ask for directions well ahead of arrival. The shower/ toilet area is small and right on the bedside - again affects privacy.

Some areas of the room was a bit dirty, when it was raining the water would leak onto the window frame and the window was pretty dirty. The bathroom smelt like urine when we first entered and the hot water wouldn't work properly in the shower. Also there was a dustbin in the bathroom that was rusting a lot and rusted on the floor.

Our room was impeccably clean and featured luxury tier mattresses along modern appliances, adding to the comfort and convenience. There was a stylish shared kitchen, perfect for chat over a cup of coffee. The access to the property itself was seamless, and the security was superb, making us feel at ease throughout our stay. The host was exceptionally kind and went out of his way to help us get to the property, ensuring we had everything we needed from the moment we arrived. We are also grateful for restaurant recommendations (the food was out of this world)! Can't believe how lucky we got with all that. Not to mention, the property is located right by the ocean. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Hulhumale. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

• Martinmv81 (9/5): Amazing experience with seaview - We booked the Master bedroom. The room was large in size exceptional compared to most properties in Hulhumale for a reasonable price. Surely the amazing sea view, chandeliers, large smart TV along with a jacuzzi in the room are the strong points for the room. There was a share kitchen free to use for meals with free coffee. Only thing I would like otherwise was if the balcony was located outside the room and not accessible from the living room.
• Dulamdorj (10/5): EXCELLENT - Super nice and very helpful host who was always available via Whatsup and answered all questions and helped with the transfer. The flat is very modern (to my taste) and tastefully furnished. Everything necessary is available. Therefore i will give an excellent rating. The airport can be reached by taxi in about 10 minutes. I just want to mention that the flat is located in a residential neighbourhood that is under construction all around. I didn't necessarily mind the location as I just wanted to spend the night there comfortably and in clean facilities. The furnishings inside and the courteous host made it to a very positive experience.
