• Vipul (10/5): Perfect property for decent pricing - Premium location with lush green surroundings. Quiet and peaceful. Ultra clean rooms with a hygienic atmosphere. Close to Wanaz Metro station. Easily accessible with lots of variety of shops for your needs. Nothing I didn't like... It is perfect getaway.

Hostess and the helper are very courteous and prompt in taking care of the needs. Few minor things in the room like a table to keep the luggage, exhaust fan in the bathroom, blankets in the winter season would make the stay more comfortable.
• Airody (9/5): One of the best Service Apartment. - Really Value for money. Best located in peaceful region of city. Suits for family stay. Guess, it is even suitable for a short stay on a one day trip to Mumbai and get back, convenient to get out of Poona to Highway. The location is well Surrounded with all the eateries, variety class restaurants. Even though this service apartment does not have any serious Kitchenet or some minor cooking, the location can get anything and everything. The management and also staff is Courteous , friendly & helpful. Mixure for Hold & Cold water in Shower

• नमिता (4/5): Just passable. - Location and easy access from main road Didn’t provide facilities which were listed at the time of booking. Charged extra money for AC. Silan on the wall.
• Mrudula (2/5): Very poor - You have to pay additional charges of ₹700 per day if you want A/C. There was mold on the wall of the room.

Location is convenient and everything is easily available nearby. By far the most comfortable and pleasant stay we've had!

• Vivek (8/5): Decent property for the price. - Location is very good. Conveniently located in Bavdhan around all amenities. The owner should pay attention to small things. Like providing soap and towels in bathrooms. Also the rooms are not air conditioned. This should be clearly mentioned while booking.

• Siddharth (8/5): A nice quiet place with some improvements to be made! - The location was good for us but it is tucked slightly away from the city centre. These are serviced apartments and well constructed. The rooms given to us were sufficiently large with connected balconies. The society where it’s located is peaceful and has a bunch of eateries within 100m. Zomato, Swiggy and Zepto all work. It’s still under construction. While everything worked, some things could have been better. Basic toiletries like tissue paper and possibly hand wash in the bathrooms. An electric kettle and glasses. But most importantly, since the place allows for food to be ordered in - I think a small investment in a set of plates, bowls and spoons would be nice. We struggled a fair bit with the caretaker providing spoons from his personal kitchen.
• Prateep (8/5): Very good - The Location was very nice and in close proximity of the amenities in the surrounding area. I have not received an Invoice of my Payment made at the property.

• Purba (8/5): Beautiful, clean new place & restful neighborhood - The place is a new construction, so everything is new, clean and well maintained. Rooms are spacious. Location too was easy to access and find in Google maps. There is a common refrigerator that can be used for storing water, drinks or left over food. Common seating area is there if people wish to hang around together as family or a large group traveling together. Bathroom has hot water and toiletries. Host is quite warm and kind- even made amazing Khichdi for me- when I was sick. Loved the spacious windows and sunlit rooms. Place and neighbourhood is safe for solo women travelers and families. There's a caretaker family, that helps with carrying luggage or food deliveries & housekeeping. Rooms look exactly like the pictures. Bathroom was missing hooks or hangers for towels and clothes; a bucket and a mug too might help. Newly painted rooms, maybe a pro or con depending on people's perspective or health. Electricity outages happen for a few minutes and the rooms being on third floor- might be something people with health issues may need to think about when staying.
