Majed (5/5): Nice getaway for a couple but the area isn’t serviced well - The view, and it was a clean place Welcoming staff and good breakfast Nice relaxing vibe in general old furniture and not comfortable with lots of insects and ac unit was not working. Also, no guiding signs on the road. Grab and taxis might be hard to arrange for such location , and that applies to all resorts in the same area.

YV (10/5): - Staff was attentive to our needs. Enjoy the room as well as the dinner and breakfast. The breakfast set up and food was really nice. Would be great if more shampoo and shower gel is provided, though we managed to get more in the end. Access road, probably not owner's control was narrow, can be challenging if there are more cars/ traffic.
Ruzelind (8/5): - Friendly staff, the view surroundings, the breakfast. The room with 2 single beds is quite hot. No blackout curtain and no air cond in that room, only thin curtain and a fan.

Neil (6/5): Very relaxing jungle stay. - Superb location and nice room, good steamboat dinner. It has great potential with some further development. Some areas look like a construction site. Could benefit from some facilities ie on site food other than dinner / breakfast. Room rates are quite expensive.

The eating place with great mountain view was fascinating. Friendly aunty. The steamboat was great and price was good. Quiet and serene. Good for a getaway. Nothing actually. Internet no connection on and off.

Nazzatul (10/5): Siapa kata Negeri Sembilan takde apa apa - It was a peaceful, full of serenity, and safe area. We book on the same day of check in. But they manage to prepare it up to the expectations. Mind you, this villa is currently the highest located at the area (yeay). You'll be able to enjoy the picturesque view and the fresh air . The staffs are very helpful and accommodative. We would like to extend our heartiest thanks to Eyqa, Ms.Pang, Salafi and those who we didn't get their names ❤️ Other things to appreciate; Walkway ✅️ Seat along walkway ✅️ Reading area ✅️ Cute doggos ✅️ ✅️ Netflix ✅️ Wifi ✅️ Kettle, Towel Slippers, Comb, Toothbrush kit etc provided Info: (Be prepared) The toilet is open air concept 😂 The bathroom is using transparent glass 1 Queen bed plus 2 futon on the floor Tips: It is located at the highest point of the area. Please ensure you're able to drive all the way there (Not for faint- hearted) You may encounter a narrow road where you'll have to honk to alert the opposite side and take turn to pass each other. Drive carefully and slowly because some of the roads are in poor conditions. Dented/Pothole everywhere. Please ensure you have sufficient food/drinks if you don't plan to go out because it takes 10 to 15 min just to get off from the secluded (private) area. You may not be able to have grab/food panda rider to accept the service but some say you may. If i'm not mistaken there's no lamp to accommodate the road at night (not sure, didn't go out at night) These are all expected & worth ✅️✅️✅️ the serenity and calm ambience P/s: Hi management, maybe next time can provide more coffee sachet. We only have 1 pre mix coffee and 1 green tea bag for 4 adults (understood it was a last minute arrangement)

Room service was poor, breakfast was just packed food food from a stall somewhere, no toiletries, no fridge, no signage to the resort, air conditioning would be helpful since it’s too hot during the day.

Didn't welcome with a smile, just wanted us to follow her to our villa, without any explanation, and not helping us to bring our things. She literally walks so far from us, let us bring our heavy thingy.. Upon arriving at the villa, she didn't give any explanation about the villa, i asked her, but she didn't know what to explain... Just gave me a blank stare... There were sooo many insects. Its so disturbing Unfortunately on our second day, there was no electricity 😟😟

Eja (4/5): Disappointing - Nice room with wooden concept. It looked new. Kids enjoying private pool. Spacecious I like the balcony very much. Staff don't even ask for luggage help. Coffee Tea provided, but no sugar🤦‍♀️. The worst you're breakfast is just in polystyrene with all sambal nasi lemak mixed all together. Unlucky im paying Rm550 for this. Maybe others get cheaper than worth it. I did ask thru wapp about the facilities for dining, but there was no response. Do prepare your extra meal before climbing up
