There is a GS7 store downstairs Our room was by the elevator and our neighbours were very loud. I still give 9 out of 10 because the hotem communicated about it promptly to the loud guests

- Grzegorz (1/5): Bad experience - It was close to metro so you can easily reach other places. Room was dirty, there was used condom under the bed. We were unable to turn off the floor heating so it was 29-31 degrees in the room all the time. Our food got melted and it was burning our feet. Customer service did not react at all. Hotel is on party part of the city so if you want to wait a day for a plane or rest i do not recommend it.

The hotel is minutes from the subway and bus station as well as restaurants and a large shopping market. The TV only provided Korean channels and pay movies. A choice of free movie channels with older movies or shows would be a nice added touch.

We did not take advantage of the self-laundry or shared kitchen, and we did not explore nearby. Four free waters in the fridge and fhe CU downstairs were much appreciated.

TV is extremely big and wide and Netflix was also available for free. I would definitely visit this hotel again when I need to stay in Incheon-Songdo for business again in the future.

- Michael (9/5): very good. clean and tidy facilities with a helpful and responsive staff - very consistent cleaning staff, also restocked room amenities like water bottles frequently which was super nice the ONLY thing is that the kareoke on the top floor can be heard. so it was regularly in use until around 1AM which was normally fine. it isn’t super loud or anything just the vibrations of the drums and some of the lower frequencies could be heard with your head on the pillow.
- Heikkinen (9/5): Sleeping the jetlag away - The staff was helpful. Check in / check out was made easy with an automated machine at the entrance. The location is good for travelling to different areas in Incheon. Mountaintop is also in a walk distance if you want to get a better view of the city. There is a CU downstairs to grab everyday essentials. The room was spacious and well kept. If you are a light sleeper, then you should prepare earplugs since the hotel locks make quite a lot of noise.

Awesome location in incheon, bus stop literally a 1 min walk or less. Also a clean and very cheap but amazing convenient store on the bottom floor of the hotel. There aren't many reviews or stars on booking.com. Maybe because it is less of a tourist spot, being based in Yeonsu, incheon. But I'd definitely recommend and stay here again!

Easy to self check in & check out. 5. There's a karaoke and club rooms on the upper floors - wanted to check out the karaoke room but it was already booked. considering it's $30+ per pax per night (3-person room), pretty value for money! if you're looking for a fuss-free, quick 1 or 2 nights stay, this is not bad! 1. Walls & ceilings are pretty thin, we could hear next door and upper floor neighbours e.g. baby crying, footsteps, knocks and stomps. on the Friday night, we could hear music at midnight from either the nearby club or the club on the upper floors. Just to note if you're sensitive to noise... 2. Toilet with the translucent glass - a bit awkward for some group of friends. 3. The shower area is not segregated by a curb so water can overflow to the vanity area if not careful.

I had to stay an extra night 😁 - So clean, easy checkin, amazing room set up, had charging cables too, clean bathroom, great ac, and having a CU on the first floor was really nice. We had a big group, so having the 8th floor to hangout on was great for announcements or just to hangout. The staff were incredibly accommodating! They let us leave our luggage on the 8F after checkout. And when i booked an extra night stay at their place, and I requested to keep the same room, they let me leave my things inside and cleaned the room for me! Also, they give like 4 water bottles which is really nice. It's only a 6 min walk from the yeonsu metro line which is very convenient as well!

- Robert (9/5): Very nice facility close to metro stop. - Very comfortable room and the common food storage, prep and comsumption area is large. Close to metro stop. The automated check-in kiosk hiccupped but with a local SIM card I could call and get immediate attention, in English. Not management's fault, but my navigation app NAVER couldn't pinpoint and I had to park then wander around to locate.
