Yezid (1/5): Bad - Nothing - property took the booking and was already occupied - never responded to our messages. Although confirmed in booking, the property did not respond to our messages and when arrived the property was occupied. Now trying to get the payment reimbursed through booking customer service, but need to first prove we are innocent, as their assumption is that the customer is at fault first and they were unable to contact the property.
