• Denise (9/5): Mooie ervaring en goed verblijf 😊 - Leuke ervaring! Veel dieren om je heen en je kan sterren zien in de nacht vanuit je bed, en als je geluk hebt wat vuurvliegjes :) De eigenaar en het personeel zijn ook heel aardig en behulpzaam. Ik vond het in de avond soms wel eng om er te lopen vanwege de buffalo’s en de honden die meeliepen. Maar goed dat hoort erbij haha. Verder niets op aan te merken, alles was top.
• Natalie (10/5): a peaceful touch to your holiday 🌴🌺🥥🤍 - we decided to be a bit adventurous for the last couple of days of our stay in siargao, so we booked a two nights stay. it’s a fair distance from the more crowded part of general luna, but still conveniently close enough if you ever want to leave for the day. i do recommend to pack a little lightly if staying since it’s a bit of a walk to the bubbles from the main road, but there are staff that can help if you need help with your bags! (YOU GUYS ARE A GODSEND 🫶🏼) the bubbles are amazing, the facilities are clean and very unique and the views are so so worth it. the breakfasts are also amazing, esp the calamansi juice so you MUST try! the staff are also super friendly and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. definitely for nature lovers— we loved every minute of our stay here, and the very friendly cats kept us entertained!

Wat wij geweldig vonden is dat je lekker buiten leeft en tot rust komt in je eigen tuintje, om daarna ‘s avonds lekker knus de bubble in te kruipen en vanuit hier sterren te kijken. ‘S nachts is het qua warmte goed te doen met de ventilator! Daarbij ook nog superlieve eigenaren + personeel dat ons goed in de watten legden. Fantastisch! -

• BENOIT (1/5): Fuyez ! Annonce mensongère ! - Absolument rien ! Les photos et le descriptif sont mensongers. Les bulles se situent au milieu de nulle part. Seule compagnie, des buffles. Les bulles sont sales et vétustes (il y a un système de sas dans les bulles, si vous ne fermez pas bien la première fermeture éclair, la bulle peut se dégonfler sur vous). Nous avions pris une bulle pour deux, nous avons eu un matelas 1,2m. Le matelas en question était un futon à même le sol. Il n’y a pas de réception, pas de chaises, pas de tables, pas de restaurant. Chaque bulle a un espace de vie d’un mètre carré max à même le sol. L’expérience fut cauchemardesque. Nous ne sommes pas restés, même pas une nuit. Nous avions convenu avec le propriétaire qu’il nous rembourse les nuits qu’il arriverait à relouer. Il est arrivé à relouer 2/4 nuits réservées. Sauf, qu’il nous a fait du chantage : lui mettre un 10/10. Vous pouvez être certains que la note qu’il a sur Booking est complètement fausse. Le lieu est miteux. Après cette expérience cauchemardesque, nous avons pris un autre hôtel dans le centre ville (Bulan) qui était top et sa note était inférieure aux bulles, ce qui est impossible. Je tiens à préciser que j’ai signalé cette situation à Booking, envoyé les photos réelles versus les photos de l’annonce. Ils n’ont absolument rien fait et je n’ai jamais eu de réponse après plus de 10 relances et un mois qui écoulé alors que je suis un client Genius 3. Booking soutient des annonces mensongères. J’ai toutes les photos et captures écran des messages de chantage du propriétaire ainsi que les mails et relances envers Booking, comme preuve. En toute amitié, fuyez cette annonce ou vous dépenserez une somme exorbitante pour dormir à même le sol au milieu de la gadoue et des buffles.

Very friendly owner Johan on hand to help with anything you need from tuktuk drivers to the best restraunts in town to hotel transfers. This is a must experience when in sairgao even if it's for one night.

• Lisa (10/5): - Meest bijzondere plekje waar we ooit overnacht hebben. Zo dichtbij het centrum maar zo een andere omgeving met heeeeel veel rust. Overdag is het te warm voor de bubbel maar je hebt een lekker plekje om buiten te relaxen. Als de zon onder is is het er goed uit te houden, al helemaal met de airco. Sochtends werd het ook pas warm rond 08:30. Savonds zagen we de prachtige sterrenhemel en zelfs vuurvliegjes vanuit de bubbel, zo magisch. Niks!
• Ussunova (10/5): Soggiorno unico e speciale, da ricordare per sempre ❤️ - Ci è piaciuto assolutamente Tutto! L’alloggio ha superato nettamente le nostre aspettative!!! Anch’io sono un Host dei B&B e capisco benissimo il settore e ho apprezzato molto ogni minimo dettaglio curato e creato da Johan questo alloggio fantastico!!!! Credetemi che ha fatto un lavoro incredibile per ottenere questo risultato!!! Il tipo di struttura è assolutamente unico, perfetto per vivere l’isola di Siargao con la sua natura bellissima e selvaggia fuori dal caos di General Luna, però essendo molto vicini nel caso di bisogno di andare nella città o altri punti dell’isola. Ci hanno accolti in modo molto familiare e molto empatico e ci hanno spiegato tutto dando anche dei consigli molto preziosi per le nostre esperienze programmate sull’isola. E’ stata un esperienza davvero unica e anche una delle più belle della mia vita perché dormire sotto le stelle con le lucciole che si vedevano di notte, essere connessi con la natura perché la zona del nostro alloggio con terrazzo privato, bagno, doccia fantastici sia al livello di design che al livello di piante erano molto naturali. Svegliarsi con la luce del sole, con rumore della natura selvaggia attorno, dove non ti vede nessuno tranne aquile, lucciole, uccellini e aironi è stato incredibilmente in contatto con la natura. Johan ci ha aiutato di avere motorino con consegna e riconsegna in hotel a prezzi veramente ottimi, transfer da e per aeroporto, vi consiglio molto anche il massaggio e colazione in struttura perché sono delle esperienze uniche da ricordare. Vorrei che altre persone potessero rivivere quello che abbiamo vissuto noi in questo luogo speciale. Perciò a chi piace connettersi con la natura, con massimo di comfort e esperienze uniche e molto vicini alle comodità e le città di Siargao consiglio vivamente di pernottare qui. Non ve lo dimenticherete mai ❤️ Niente. Era tutto oltre le mie aspettative

Not really practical for oldies

• Roman (10/5): A special night in a special place - Our stay at Siargao Bubble was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived in the afternoon, we felt like we had stepped into our own private little paradise. Surrounded by jungle and overlooking beautiful rice fields, it felt as if the rest of the world disappeared and it was just the two of us in nature. The setting is incredibly peaceful and intimate, perfect for slowing down and simply enjoying each other’s company. We spent the afternoon relaxing in the hammock, listening to the sounds of nature and soaking in the beautiful weather. The hosts were so warm and welcoming, and their cats were some of our favourite company! The bathroom was stunning, and the outdoor shower made the whole experience feel even more special. But the most unforgettable moment was at night — lying together in the bubble, watching the stars above us while fireflies danced all around. It truly felt like something out of a dream. Seeing the fireflies in their natural habitat was a highlight of our stay. Waking up to the sunrise was the perfect start to the morning, followed by a delicious breakfast enjoyed in the middle of nature at our bubble. It was romantic, peaceful, and unlike anywhere we’ve ever stayed before. A truly unforgettable experience. Nothing!

• Alina (10/5): Tolles Erlebnis! - Es ist wirklich ein einzigartiges Erlebnis. Nachts hat man die Sterne und Glühwürmchen durch das Zelt beobachten können. Die Outdoor Dusche war sehr cool. Alles war sehr sauber und auch die Kommunikation hat einwandfrei geklappt. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

During the day the bubble gets quite warm, during the evening this is not a problem. To get to General Luna you'll need a bike, since it's too far to walk.
• j.catala07 (8/5): Alojamiento muy tranquilo en la naturaleza - Nos quedamos en este alojamiento durante 5 noches, toda nuestra estancia en Siargao. Está en un ambiente muy natural y tranquilo, además de la propia burbuja tienes un espacio exterior para ti, que incluye la ducha al aire libre y una zona con mesa/sillas y una hamaca. Es una experiencia, y el personal es muy amable. Nos gustó la tranquilidad que tiene el sitio. Tiene ciertas incomodidades, la habitación es básica, sin armarios ni sitios donde colocar ropa. Y de día ten en cuenta que hace calor en la burbuja, aunque puedes estar en el espacio exterior y lo normal es que estés fuera de ruta. Cuando llueve entre la suciedad de la burbuja y las nubes tampoco ves muchas estrellas. Si te pones malo y tienes que ir mucho al baño, es un poco incómodo salir y entrar.

But it‘s clear that you can‘t install an AC there. not something the host is responsible for: we got a really bad motorbike by the bike rental company, the lights were almost not working, that was really an issue when driving back from general luna at night.
• Mercedes (1/5): Calidad precio exageradamente caro - El concepto esta bien, y la primera impresión te parece bonito. Esta super lejos de todo, mala comunicación para tuk tuk, e incluso con moto porque la dejas aparcada en la carretera y tienes que andar hasta llegar al alojamiento. Por el dia no hay mucho problema, pero cuando oscurece llegar allí es una pesadilla y más si llueve, porque no esta NADA literalmente iluminado, todo a oscuras por mitad del campo y el camino es por la maleza entre la hierba. Como dije el concepto no esta mal, pero necesita invertir en mejoras, ya que para los servicios que ofrece es carisimo. Encima contratamos el desayuno y como lo sirven tarde no lo pudimos comer, y la solución fue que se lo reclamasemos a booking, y esto en ello. Y por último la ducha habria que mejorarla, y la ventilación de la burbuja igual.

• Mazyad (9/5): تجربة لاتنس - جميل وتجربة مختلفة تماما الفقاعات الخيام لايوجد بها تكييف من السلبيات لايوجد فرشاة ومعجون اسنان ولايوجد سليبر دورة مياه عذرهم حفاظاً ع البيئة وهذا شي سيء لانه في مكان بعيد يجب توفيرها حتى لو كانت لمرة واحدة فقط المكان جميل لمن يريد تجربة جديدة ومختلفة بعيد عن السنتر حنرال لونا بحاجة الى دراجة نارية تقودها بنفسك الانترنت بطيء احيانا وضعيف واحيانا زين لايوجد شبكة للجوال فقط واي فاي المخيم يقع بعيدا عن الشارع الرئيسي لابد من المشي حتى تصل حمل الشنط اصعب مرحلة ستمر عليك من تعب السفر الى الوصول الى الدخول متعب جدا حمل الحقائب ايضا لايوجد استقبال كله تواصل عن طريق الواتس اب. الافطار كان بسيطا جدا بيض وقطعة توس وعصير ليمون وصحن صغير فواكه هناك قطتان مزعجات بعض الشي خاصة اذا كان هناك اكل المكان للتجربة الجديدة والمختلفة يستحق التجربة لكن لن اعود لانه فقط لتجربة مرة واحدة وقد اقمت لمدة ليلتين بعيد عن وسط السنتر جنرال لونا لايوجد استقبال

Aunque esta aislado del centro y algo alejado, la realidad es que te sientes seguro puesto que tienes servicio en las instalaciones que te brinda una excelente atencion. Nos ofrecieron varios servicios, entre ellos un masaje y desayuno, ambas experiencias increibles; ademas contaba con transfer al aeropuerto y si lo querias te ofrecian pedir delivery. But I really recommend live the experience. Maybe the access to the bubble, you have to walk through a road well illuminate it, so prepare if you are heavy of stuff or luggage. • Alexis (10/5): Exceptional - As dreamy as the photos make it look! And even better than I had anticipated. The outdoor bathrooms, my main concern, were very clean and afforded plenty of privacy. The bubble is locked with a small lock, but being so remote, it felt quite safe. There are also beautiful white curtains for extra privacy within the bubble. An extra shout out to the hosts for being so friendly and welcoming, easily helping with making multiple arrangements for a moped and airport drop off. Note that there is minimal cell reception, but the wifi was fast and reliable. So happy to have found this!

My stay at the Bubble hotel was delightful and truly unique; it was my first time experiencing such a special hotel. Located just a 10-minute motorbike ride from the city center, the Bubble hotel is set in a lush, green area surrounded by nature. A charming stone path welcomes you to the property, letting you immediately immerse yourself in the beauty of local wildlife and expansive green fields. We were warmly greeted by Johan, the owner—a wonderful host who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Even before our arrival, he knew we’d be coming after a long flight and had arranged for a meal. His attentiveness and excellent communication made all the difference. The breakfast was fantastic, and the hotel was well-equipped with everything we needed—chilled water and delicious snacks were always available. Although I was initially worried it might get too warm at night, the hotel proved to be very comfortable (though it might be a bit warmer in the afternoon). The tranquility of the place was simply amazing. The soothing sounds of wildlife and the breathtaking green landscapes created an enchanting atmosphere, while the thoughtful design and attention to detail added a touch of elegance. For me, every moment was worth the price. Watching the moon and fireflies illuminate the night through the hotel’s unique structure provided a magical and romantic experience. I’m truly grateful for this adventure and highly recommend the Bubble hotel to anyone looking for a one-of-a-kind getaway. Thank you so much! Nothing

The individual cabins probably aren't, as we didn't have a modernized bathroom like the one in the picture, but rather an old one, and everything gets wet when you shower. In the morning the bubble warms up very quickly. Only cold water for showering.

• Elena (7/5): Challenging during rainy season - It is as represented in the picture, we liked that the restroom has this jungle vibe and every detail is on point. I wouldn't stay more than 2 nights anyways. Despite the bubble is in the middle of nowhere during Christmas time you will hear music blasted by the neighbors (which is quite annoying at 7am) The way to reach the bubble is quite dangerous during rainy season: it's slippery (indeed I fell at the entrance) and quite challenging if you have luggage.
• Casile (10/5): Perfect for couples - My boyfriend and I stayed two nights in January and it was an enchanting experience. If you want to be at one with nature, this is the place for you. Not only because the friendly kitties Gingerbread and Peanut welcome you to your bubble, but also because you are surrounded by colourful birds, frogs and the -sadly now rare - fireflies. Not only this, but you are at one with bamboo and palm trees and get to sleep under the stars and moon. We had all types of weather and they were all romantic and enjoyable. I slept like a baby, falling asleep watching geckos and bats feasting or seeing satellites go past. The host Johan and all the staff are helpful and have thought of everything. There are hot and cold drinks and snacks which were welcome touches and they are very responsive and helpful with any queries. Best to travel with a backpack than a luggage and you have to feel comfortable driving and renting a scooter as it’s a little far out, but they can and will book the transfer to the airport for you and also make sure you have a moto upon arrival. The fan could be a little less noisy, but honestly I enjoyed it all a lot!

• Lennart (10/5): An unique experience just outside General Luna. - This is an unique experience when you are staying in General Luna. It’s just outside the centre of General Luna, you walk a scenic route to the bubble where you are greeted by some pigs, carabaos and the sweetest dogs how will walk with you to the bubble. Johan, the owner is very friendly and committed in giving you the best experience possible. At night you will have the amazing view of stars and fireflies. We were a bit unlucky with a full moon but also that was amazing to see! There are a view negative comments that we read about it beeing unsafe to walk there, a dirty bubble and unfriendly staff/owner. We can tell you that these reviews are not accurate at all. You will get the most amazing experience beeing there! It can get a bit hot in the bubble during the day and humid at night, but that’s to be expected when you are staying in a plastic ball. One night stay was enough for us to experience this place.

• Ori (2/5): We expected and paid a lot and were very disappointed - A place with the potential to be a gem First of all, the path to the bubble is long and not suitable for large suitcases, and that's how my suitcase actually broke (only after I got to the room they told me they could help me but he's sick today) we found out that bubble number 1 is the neglected one and bubble number 3 is more spacious and cleaner. It's very hot in the bubble even at night, we couldn't sleep. The wifi doesn't work most of the time. And the girl who receives the guests does not hide that she is tired of serving people

It felt like living in harmony with nature—so refreshing! One of the highlights was sharing the space with some unexpected but delightful visitors: cats, chickens, and even a family of geese wandering by with their little ones. It added so much charm and authenticity to the experience. The bubble itself was incredibly comfortable and cozy, allowing me to stargaze at night from bed—a surreal experience! The attention to detail in creating such a serene yet adventurous environment did not go unnoticed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to experience a slice of paradise in a unique, natural setting. Can’t wait to come back!

• Samira (9/5): One night escape from General Luna - We had a lovely day and night at the bubble. The surrounding and outdoor bathroom has a high standard and provides an unique and clean experience. It’s located away from the town and is placed in the nature. There is a little way to arrive at the bubble. I would recommend leaving the big luggage in town to make your life easier. The staff is really nice and provides a tasty breakfast if you wish. I would always come back and enjoy another night under the stars! There is almost nothing negative to say about the Bubble. It could get a little hot during the summer, since there is no airconditioning. For us the provided fan was sufficient.

If you do not care about your safety, you should stay in this property. - Nothing to be liked on this property **Review of Bubble Siargao: A Disastrous Experience** We recently booked a 3-night stay at Bubble Siargao via Booking.com, lured by the appealing pictures and positive reviews from other customers. Unfortunately, our experience turned out to be an absolute disaster. Firstly, the property is located in the middle of nowhere, making it incredibly inconvenient and isolating. There is no electric generator available, a basic necessity that any hotel should provide. The room itself is essentially a plastic bubble inflated by air, which becomes unbearably hot during the daytime due to the lack of air conditioning. Our ordeal continued when we returned to the property at around 9 PM after a beach stroll. The pathway leading to the property was pitch dark, and to our shock, there were carabaos and pigs roaming on the road. There was no caretaker available to assist us, adding to our sense of unease. To make matters worse, there was no electricity, and we couldn’t contact the owner, Johan, as there was no cellphone or WiFi signal. Fearing for our safety, we quickly decided to transfer to another hotel located in the center of General Luna, Siargao. The following morning, we managed to contact Johan, but he refused to refund even 50% of the payment for the 3-night stay. He blamed the electric company for the power outage, yet he failed to provide a backup generator, which should be a standard provision for any hotel operator. In summary, Bubble Siargao is not a place you should consider if you value your safety and comfort. The lack of essential amenities, poor location, and unhelpful management make it a terrible choice for accommodation in Siargao. Avoid this property at all costs.

• Uhde (10/5): Magique - Very charming. The path leading to the bubble is very cute, the room is open sky, surrounded by plants and private which makes the place magical. The bubble is very nice and very pretty at night when the lights inside are on. We really enjoyed watching the stars from our bed. The terrace next to the bubble is perfect for relaxing. The breakfast served in the room is delicious. The host was very helpful and available. The place is located 10 minutes from General Luna by scooter and the host offers scooter rentals (which we recommend because it will facilitate your travel around Siargao). Everything was perfect
