• Elsa (10/5): Agréable sejour dans ce Riad accueillant et traditionnel. - Tous les repas étaient variés et très bons. Hajar, Abdou et l’ensemble du personnel étaient très sympathiques et a l’écoute. Le Riad est bien situé, à quelques pas de la place centrale. Même si notre chambre était belle et spacieuse, elle était située au rez de chaussée, proche de l’accueil et de la cour intérieure, ce qui ne nous permettait pas d’ouvrir les fenêtres toute en gardant notre intimité.

• Jindrich (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is located in a very interesting area on a quiet street, within walking distance of both the mosque and the city center/medina. The atmosphere was peaceful, yet everything important was close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As I was traveling by motorcycle, they recommended a secure guarded parking place within walking distance, which I really appreciated. In the morning, breakfast on the rooftop was a great experience — a pleasant setting with a relaxing atmosphere and a perfect start to the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

• Cao (10/5): Great experience at Marrakech! - Hajar and Abdou are genuinely kind and welcoming hosts, always ready to help whenever we needed anything. They also helped us book excursions, which made our trip much easier. Highly recommend staying here. The Moroccan food prepared by Abdou was delicious and a real highlight of our stay. They can also arrange airport pick-up, which was very convenient. Our room was cleaned every day. It was a little damp on the ground floor, but it didn’t bother us or affect our stay. When we asked for hot water, they kindly gave us a jug so we could make our own tea, which was a thoughtful touch. We had such a lovely time there and fell in love with Marrakech. We would happily stay again.

• Krisztina (8/5): Cosy little riad near Jemaa el-Fnaa - It’s a cosy little riad in a good location on the edge of the medina, close to Jemaa el Fnaa. It feels more like a hostel though, our room was tiny. It was clean but some of the bedding has seen better days. Because of the location, it was a bit noisy at times, but that’s expected. Breakfast was OK, a mix of traditional Moroccan pancakes, eggs, bread, cheese, jam, juice, mint tea and coffee. The little plastic containers for jam etc. at breakfast were very sticky/slippery, not very hygienic.

Le Riad est très calme, propre, bien placé. Nous étions en demi pension et ne regrettons pas car la nourriture était très bonne et variée chaque jour. Nous recommandons cet endroit!

La familia que lo regenta es maravillosa,tanto Hajar,como Abdu y Pedro nos atendieron estupendamente, tanto dentro del alojamiento como a la hora de ir y volver del aeropuerto o en nuestras excursiones. La ubicación es muy buena y las instalaciones del Riad son preciosas. Y por último la cocinera, ya que María nos hizo unos desayunos y cenas con platos muy ricos y variados de gastronomía marroquí.

• Alexandre (3/5): Je ne recommande pas - Pas loin du centre, accessible à pied et au calme. Nous n’avions pas la possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner le matin du départ (nous étions sur place une nuit). Nous avons demandé s’il était possible de nous préparer quelque chose à emporter, ce qui a été fait. Chambre située au rez-de-chaussée, avec une forte humidité malgré la présence de deux déshumidificateurs. Le niveau de propreté était insuffisant. Le tapis de bain semblait ne pas avoir été remplacé (on a un doute). Présence d’un cafard mort dans la salle de bain. Douche avec eau froide (peu d’eau chaude) et faible pression. Literie vieillissante. Draps propres mais encore marqués par des taches de sang.
• Michele (6/5): Décevant - L’emplacement même si pour se garer il faut trouver de la place dans la rue. Cette place est donc payante. Merci de l’effort de nous avoir servis un petit peu de déjeuner à l’heure demandée Accueil pas chaleureux. Serviette extrêmement sale. Chambre en bas assez bruyant.
• Maelle (9/5): Personnel vraiment aux petits soins, logement proche de tout, petit déjeuné copieux - Le personnel était vraiment très agréable. C’est comme à la maison et ils font tout pour vous renseigner. Petite mention spéciale pour Hajar, avec qui j’ai communiqué avant le séjour et pendant ! Petit déjeuné très copieux et très bon. On ne mangeait même pas le midi, on était remplis ! Petit souci pour nous au niveau de la salle de bain/douche. Ce n’est pas de la faute de l’établissement, mais la pression du jet d’eau de la douche était faible et l’eau chaude met du temps à arriver. Et malheureusement il y a de fortes odeurs à cause de l’eau dans la salle de bain le soir et la nuit.

Location was good, we were fairly close to the Jenna el Fna square which was useful and a quick taxi ride from the airport. The room was very small and the beds were not comfortable - one of the beds was broken and leant to one side, but the staff were friendly. Breakfast was not the best - bread, jams and honey, although we did get a boiled egg one of the days.

De plus chambre qui donne sur le patio du ryiad ce qui signifie qu'on entend toute la nuit les gens sonner et entrer + luminosite importante dans la chambre toute la nuit

L'emplacement est super à 10 min à pied de la place El Jema. La salle de bain est correcte mais mériterait un rafraichissement. La literie est ferme.

Parfait pour quelques nuits dans un quartier très calme proche de tout Le manque de lumière naturelle et l'humidité dans la chambre (rez de chaussée). Il fallait laisser la fenêtre ouverte toute la journée, voir la nuit. Manque de pression dans la douche, et il faut attendre assez longtemps pour avoir de l'eau chaude

• Trevor (10/5): A good experience of Moroccan hospitality. - We liked Riad Mamahouse because it was well positioned for access to the souks, Jamma el Fna square and many other attractions. There are a number of very good restaurants within five minutes walk in any direction. Staff were very happy to suggest tours and to advise which areas to visit for the best experience in Marrakech. Breakfast was a typical Moroccan breakfast which varied daily but was always substantial and filling. I would highly recommend staying at this Riad if you want to experience Moroccan hospitality. In my view there isn't anything negative about this Riad.

Each morning the Riad provided a good breakfast and upon checking out allowed us to store our bags for a few hours until we left. The room was spacious and everything else was excellent!

• Lore (7/5): Leuk verblijf - Traditioneel Marokkaans ontbijt was heel lekker en voldoende! Locatie was top! Dicht bij veel bezienswaardigheden. Personeel was ook zeer vriendelijk, we mochten alles vragen aan hen en niets was teveel! We wilden een hamam boeken en Hajar heeft dit voor ons geregeld, net hetzelfde als de luchthavenshuttle. Ze heeft dit goed geregeld. Badkamer heeft opknapbeurt nodig. Eventueel afwerking plafond van de douche. Geen afzuiging en de druk van het water was onvoldoende. Temperatuur was ook moeilijk te regelen (blauw was warm water, rood was koud water). Kamer was ook niet warm en was zeer moeilijk om warm te krijgen. We hebben de airconditioning volledig op warm gezet, maar hadden niet de indruk dat dit werkte. Kamer rook naar afvoer.

La gérante est d’une bienveillance rare, toujours souriante, attentionnée et d’une disponibilité incroyable. Elle a tout mis en œuvre pour répondre à chacune de nos demandes et faire de ce séjour un moment vraiment spécial. Les services proposés ont largement contribué à notre confort, et nous nous sommes sentis choyés du début à la fin. Jamais un refus, toujours une solution, avec beaucoup de cœur et de générosité. Un grand merci pour cette expérience exceptionnelle. Je recommande ce riad les yeux fermés !

O pequeno almoço, óptimo. os funcionários são 5 estrelas: muito atenciosos, simpáticos e disponíveis para ajudar. São mesmo a mais-valia do Riad. Bem sabendo que a casa de banho era externa ao quarto, tivemos a expectativa de que fosse logo ao lado do quarto e não era, era ao fundo do corredor, o que se tornava um pouco incómodo, sobretudo durante a noite. Depois, as portas eram barulhentas (portas antigas de madeira, difíceis de abrir e fechar).
• Giuseppe Trotta (8/5): Buona soluzione per visitare Marrakech - Ottima posizione, dentro la Medina ma a una distanza dai souk che permette di non stare nella confusione di Marrakech. La struttura è dotata di tutti i maggiori comfort. La colazione è al piano più alto, quindi bisogna fare diverse scale per arrivarci. Inoltre, è in un luogo parzialmente all'aperto, quindi se piove, come è successo a noi, bisogna passare sotto la pioggia per arrivarci. Il giorno della partenza ci avevano garantito la colazione prima di partire (siamo partiti prima dell'orario standard di check-out) ma poi non si è visto nessuno. In camera il riscaldamento non funzionava bene e abbiamo avuto freddo.
