hayriye (7/5): - Appartement binnengaan met toegangscode en achteraf sleutel. Kamer zelf was netjes en ruim. Ingerichte keuken was proper en handig. Er mocht wel een kleine kast ofzo zijn voor uw kleren op te hangen. In de badkamer konden we onze spullen niet leggen omdat er niets voor voorzien was, dus hebben we alles op de tafeltje gelegd( een eettafel) waarbij we geen tafel hadden om te eten. Kortbij de meeste bezienswaardigheden, te voet te doen allemaal. Vele winkeltjes in de buurt om iets te kopen v voeding,supermarkten en restaurants Heel klein badkamer. Als je op toilet zat kwam je met uw knieen tegen de douchedeur. Ik ben maar klein maar grote mensen kunnen er niet op zitten denk ik. De douche zelf kon ik net in maar je moest opletten als je erin wou draaien want dat ging moeilijk. Zwaarlijvige mensen kunnen niet in de badkamer en ook niet in de douche

Tram 28 au pied de l'immeuble Aucun bruit car appartement en retrait de la rue. Très calme. Petit cadeau de bienvenue : sardines au chocolat ! Humidité importante. Peu d'aération (fenêtres petites). Buée. Mini papillons. Télévision non locale. Peu de choix. Escaliers un peu raides.

Mia (8/5): Het was een aangenaam verblijf. - De locatie was in orde. Alles was er, het was wel niet groot. Maar het was zeer proper en van degelijke kwaliteit. Het linnengoed, handdoeken, keukengerei. Alleen de slaapbank was een beetje doorgezakt. Dat was het enige dat niet voldeed. Ik zou het zeker aanraden. De slaapbank was doorgezakt en onze kleindochter heeft daar niet goed opgeslagen.

Özge (4/5): Can be choosen for the location, it was quite safe. Do not have high expectations - The location was good, first entry was easy The “third bed” in the living room is a joke, it was on the floor and in pieces, caused my friend back ache. It was impossible to sleep on it. The bathroom was way too small and smelly all the time mostly from the dampness. It was not possible to air it out. The apartment is smaller than the indicated in the pictures.

diana (1/5): - Wat een slechte host! na een dag reizen aangekomen met mijn gezin bij de accommodatie. Vier uur lang zitten wachten op de deurcode, 100 keer gebeld met de host en ook met Booking.com. De host kwam niet opdagen en reageerde op geen enkel bericht of telefoontje. We moesten van Booking.com toen ad hoc ZELF (!!) een andere accommodatie regelen EN ook deze nog even betalen. Alsof je nog even 1000 euro achter de hand hebt als je met drie kinderen een paar dagen weggaat!! Geen sorry, geen tegoedbon om wat te eten te halen, helemaal niets! We stonden tenslotte al vier uur op straat te wachten met onze kinderen en onze koffers!! Uiteindelijk hebben we via AIRBnB een prachtig appartement zelf geregeld, factuur opgestuurd naar Booking.com, maar het verschil is niet betaald. Nu moet er een gespecificeerde factuur opgestuurd worden. Mensen, jullie zijn fout hier, zorg gewoon voor een goede afhandeling. Volgende keer alles via AirBnB, daar ging het tenminste wel vlot en netjes.
Mirosław (8/5): - Apartamenty świeżo po remoncie, dobrze wyposażone (w tym w klimatyzatory służące do ogrzania pokoi). Bardzo czysto w łazienkach, duża ilość nowych ręczników. Na najwyższym poziomie jest mały balkon z którego jest piękny widok na Tag. Dojście do kolejnych apartamentów i pokoi jest wewnętrzną (odsłoniętą) klatką schodowa, która jest niezwykle urokliwa. Niemniej jest trudna dla osób np. o mniejszej sprawności. Lokalizacja bardzo cicha, pod oknem jest przystanek tramwaju nr 28. W pokoju nr 10 łazienka jest za mała, do kabiny prysznicowej nie da się wejść. Korzystano w innych apartamentach, tam są duże i wygodne. Słaba komunikacja z obsługą jeśli chce się wcześniej zameldować.
Nicole (9/5): Clean, comfy, has everything that you need for a pleasant stay. - For reference we stayed in apartments 4 and 6. The apartments were clean, spacious and had everything you need. We did not cook so cannot comment on that. But the showers were lovely, bed comfortable and towels and toiletries provided. Communication with the host was good and we were able to access the apartment easily. Self check in so arrival time was not an issue. Somewhere to leave the bags. Tram 28 goes right by the windows and front doors. Nice, quieter area of Lisbon. WiFi was good. Air conditioning was an important factor for us. Nothing. To be expected in Lisbon but worth knowing that the apartment is up a hilly area - accessible by taxi to the door though so it is not too much of an issue.
Rachael (5/5): Buyer beware no 17 ! Location is the only good thing. - This is reference no 17. Location of apartment block in Alfama was brilliant. Air conditioning. Same issues as someone else on here ref no 17. Very compact space, difficult when 3 of you sharing. Horrible smell, worse with bathroom extract on. Uncomfortable futon sofa bed to sleep on in living room. Host was not helpful, promising luggage storage but did not assist at all in this respect or in fact read/respond to messages. (Fortunately there is a Nannybag drop off a few doors down) An iron would have been much appreciated. One of the cleaners was more helpful. Overall, we spent the same money on accommodation in Porto and it was far superior and better value!
Sabrina (9/5): Geschmackvolle Ferienwohnung in guter Lage - Eine sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung im alten Viertel Alfama direkt gegenüber eines Aussichtspunktes. Das Apartment für 5 Personen (Nr. 12) liegt in einem Komplex mit insgesamt 10 Ferienwohnungen unterschiedlicher Größe. Der Ausblick ist sehr malerisch und reicht bis zum Tejo. Die Tram 28 fährt direkt vor der Haustür ab. Von der Wohnung aus kann man das Viertel Alfama wunderbar zu Fuß erkunden. Aber auch andere Stadtviertel sind zu Fuß oder mit der Tram 28 gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der netten Inhaberin verlief ohne Probleme. Der Check-in verläuft sehr unkompliziert über einen Code. Insgesamt ist die Ferienwohnung gut ausgestattet. In der Küche fehlen jedoch ein Schneidebrettchen und ein Sieb, um Nudeln abzuschütten. Ich empfehle der Inhaberin, diese Gegenstände noch anzuschaffen.

Maria Eleni (3/5): Zimmer 17 vermeiden! Ganz schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ungesundes Raumklima. - Nur die Lage. Die Unterkunft war sehr enttäuschend. Zimmer Nr 17 jedenfalls vermeiden. Die Luft war extrem feucht und hat nach Abfall EXTREM gerochen. Die Abflüsse waren mit einem Deckel aus Silikon bedeckt, was aber nichts gebracht hat. Ein längerer Aufenthalt im Zimmer war sehr unangenehm. Das Zimmer hatte keine Fenster nach draußen, sondern Richtung eines kleinen Innenhofs. Stoßlüften war nicht möglich. In Kombination mit der niedrigeren Deckenhöhe kein Wunder dass es muffig gerochen hat. Das Schlafsofa war eine Katastrophe. Man konnte die Leiste aus Holz spüren und die drei Teile des „Bettes“ waren uneben. Drauf zu schlafen war eine Quälerei, hat keiner geschafft weder ich noch meine Tochter noch mein Mann. Nachdem ich mich beschwert habe, wurde ein Duvet draufgelegt was aber natürlich nichts gebracht hat. Als ich mich erneut beschwert habe, kam einfach keine Reaktion mehr. Ein sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt. Im Nachhinein haben wir erfahren dass ganz Lissabon ausgebucht war weil die berühmte Amerikanische Sängerin 2 Konzerten an diesem Wochenende gespielt hat. Trotzdem kein Grund ein solches Zimmer für diesen Preis anzubieten.
