• Rui (10/5): - The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable with great value for money. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Thanks so much for keeping my lost belongings safe for me. When I contacted them very late, they replied extremely quickly. Thanks to their fast response, I was able to pick up my items half an hour before my bus departed and catch it on time. A thousand thanks to them all! The window faces the walkway, so it gets noisy when other guests pass by.

• Patricio (8/5): Opcíón buena, bonita y barata en Arica - A ver, seamos sinceros, el precio es lo mas tentador, pero el combo precio/calidad está más que bien. Es para los cánones chilenos, bueno, bonito y barato. Con baño privado, internet decente y limpio, más que nada para descansar, tras viaje largo. Lo único que le falta al alojamiento es un ventilador por pieza, ya que en verano puede ser pesadito Arica, pero nada mas.

• Edith (8/5): - Todo muy bien. Estuvimos poco tiempo en la habitación, pero al volver era muy cómodo para descansar. Que no había ventiladores, pero igual las habitaciones eran ventiladas.

• Walter (4/5): - Lo que me gustó del hostal es la ubicación, bien céntrico y cerca de todo. El personal deja bastante que desear sobre todo una mujer baja con lentes que trabajaba en las tardes, mezquina con todo papel higiénico, toallas, la verdad era bien desagradable su actuar. La mujer que me recibió en la madrugada en cambio fue amable y servicial.

• Susana (10/5): Recomendable - Son muy amables excelente atencion, siempre estan prestos a colaborar, el lugar es limpio y se encuentra bien ubicado. El comedor estaba en mantenimiento y necesitaba un café, con el tiempo mejorará.

• Rei (10/5): - アリカのセントロの中にある。バスターミナルからは約2キロあるので、タクシーを利用。当時タクシー代は3000ペソで高くは感じなかった。2ドルで、トイレ・シャワー付きの部屋にアップデートできた。部屋も広くなるので、アップデートはおすすめ。チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってくれて、タクシーも呼んでくれて、スタッフさんが親切だった。アリカに他に同じ価格帯で泊まれるホテルが少ないので、宿泊費を抑えたい人にはおすすめ。 外からホステルの入口が分かりにくい。バスターミナルでタクシーに乗ったので、運転手さんがホステルの入口を教えてくれた。
• Claudio (1/5): Pésimo lugar para quedarse. - Nada todo mal. La ubicación en lugar peligro y si sumamos que no abren la puerta nunca de acceso principal, estuve una hora esperando. Lugar ruidoso de día y noche, cero aislamiento entre piezas. Cero ventilación natural.

• Sara (7/5): It was OK for what I paid. - The young ladies at reception were really nice and helpful. The Hostel is very well located in Arica, close to all amenities. Wi-Fi not good, to say the least. Poor sound proofing. The shower curtain is too short, so shower water splashes all over the bathroom floor.
