Guest Reviews
- JOAN (9/5): - Amazing location, very comfortable very compact. Would stay again Was very compact.
- Kahr (6/5): The stay was alright, would recommend to not stay any longer than 2 days as it is a really small space. Bed is good and - We really liked the bed & the view and loneliness up on the viewpoint The room was part of a public toilet (middle part of the building, left an right are the capsules)- keep that in mind.
It was quite rainy when we where there - stuff does not dry really well and there are too less hangers where you can keep wet stuff.
Also, the doorhandle of the bathroom was broken upon our arrival
- Jürgen (6/5): - Minimalistisch aber weitestgehend vollständige Ausstattung. Preisleistungsverhältnis. Keine Möglichkeit das Bad zu heizen.

- Angela (8/5): Short and sweet. - Excellent location, ideal walk from the centre of Oban. just enough for a single night stay ready for the ferry next morning. Nowhere in the description does it relate that this is a converted public convenience.
- Ben (8/5): Very enjoyable. - The location was unique, on pulpit Hill, a viewpoint looking over the city, about 15 minutes walk to the center of Oban (uphill on the way back!). Shower was amazing, bed was very comfortable. A small but well designed space. It's isolated but dog walkers will be there from early morning so use eat plugs to avoid getting disturbed. The 70m climb up a steep hill was a surprise when we cycled here!

- Helen (6/5): Comfy, compact space but false advertising - The small space has been well designed to make the best use of it. It was very clean bar some mould which has started developing in the shower room. Shower was also really powerful/good. The view from the hill in front of the accommodation is magical. We had only been left one bath towel but after sending a text to the staff number provided someone appeared incredibly fast (within about 10/15 minutes) with another one which was great. Bed was also really comfy. I was conflicted on the rating to leave here as I feel advertising it as a room with 'sea view' is completely false advertising. There is no view from the room, only from the short walk over to the hill in front of it. I agree with others saying there could be something done re: blocking the light as the street lights were really bright coming in through the door after dark. It's also situated in a public car park/well used viewpoint so people were coming and going late into the night/early in the morning including a group of loud teenagers at night. Someone parked right in front of our door as well (two steps between the car and our door). We were lucky with the weather (hottest day of the year) so were only really in the accommodation for quick showers and then to sleep, but can imagine if it was usual rainy scotland then the very small space might have felt cramped quite quickly if you were spending more time inside and could have got messy/dirty quickly if you were coming in with wet/muddy clothes and shoes. I agree it was fine/nice for a short stay but wouldn't have liked to stay longer. I would have probably given a slightly higher rating if it hadn't stated it was a room with a sea view when it doesn't have a sea view.
- Robert (8/5): Very good -
- Kaitlin (8/5): Very good - Cute and cozy, great for a night stay!
Host was responsive It could’ve been just us and an isolated incident but it didn’t seem like the sheets were washed and specially at the foot of the bed. We have been traveling for a week and were exhausted so we were too tired to care but other than that it was great
- Jane (7/5): Good - Great location with view, out of hustle and bustle of centre but easy walking distance. Very clean, good shower and convenient for ferry Very compact but okay for one night. Could do with directions as post code was confusing and we thought it was a public toilet
- Amanda (8/5): Very good - Cleanliness, the veiw, price Would have been great to have a hairdryer and maybe shower gel dispenser? But that is just nit picking
- Mateusz (7/5): A tiny place, with great view but a bit far from the town centre, worth the price - A decent place to stay in. Contact-free check-in was definitely a plus. The view from the hill is great. Ample parking. Relatively spacious bathroom. For the type of the building, it was well prepared. It has a mini-fridge, a nice touch. The room is tiny, it was a bit hard to comfortably fit two people & luggage, but we've made it work. The place is also a bit far from the town centre, especially considering the journey back would be uphill.
- Maria (7/5): Clean space but small for two - Nice location, 1 minute away from a beautiful view. The bed was comfy and the shower was great. It's a very small space for two people. We were constantly bumping into each other. I think it would be more suitable for one person.
- Nathan (9/5): Superb -
