• Lisa (9/5): We will definitely book again! - Location was great. Close to the beach and easy to get around for groceries and shopping. Layout of house worked well for us, kitchen was super functional and rooms were decent size. Having a large washer and dryer along with a clean , ice making fridge made our stay even better.
• Kimberly (8/5): Would definitely stay again for price point but hope some of the furnishings are upgraded - Great location Hard to get in and out because a big “realtor” lock was on knob despite punch lock, furniture very cheap, beds comfortable but no dresser or chest to put stuff on. Kitchen chairs were more like kid chairs- afraid to sit in them. Covers on couches were in bad shape.
• Jennifer (9/5): We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to stay again in the future! - The location was perfect. Short walk to the beach. Everything was clean. Our only dislike of the property was the back yard. Our dogs kept getting prickly things on their paws.

• Selena (8/5): Took my kids to the beach for a weekend. Great location, just the right size for my family. Listing said there were two - Close to the beach. Nice size. Ac worked wonderfully. Washer and drier worked great. Nice size beds, queen a little uncomfortable. Host is quick to respond. Kitchen fully stocked, even had spices. Backyard not cut, over grown weeds with pricklies that stick to you and dog. Under the sink the clean supplies siting in a container with water and sludge. Trash can right outside front door smelled of dead/rotten fish. Listing says 2 sofa beds, there are no sofa beds. 1st bedroom light on fan not working. Not able to turn the front patio light off, not fun for whomever sleeps on the couch.
• Dalton (6/5): Would definitely visit again if we knew it was clean. Everything else was great. - The owner or host was great and worked with us on our issues. Very nice of him. Location was excellent, especially being away from downtown which was busy and hectic. Public beach access was just right across the street. The condo felt like it wasn’t properly cleaned. Sand already all over the floor upon arrival, base boards were filthy, air vents dusty, shower liner had pink mold all over it and we had to buy one (host paid us back for it), only half a roll of toilet paper, no extra trash bags.

• Margaret (8/5): We enjoyed our stay! - We enjoyed everything. Short walk to the beach and the picnic area in the backyard was really nice. The couches in the living room are not couch beds like what is on the site when booking.
• Johnny (10/5): Beautiful home, great location, owner was super friendly and helpful. - Proximity to the beach was good. It's about 2 city blocks away. There was a Dollar General within walking distance which was nice for incidentals. Loved having a fenced in backyard! We were going to grill out on our first night. Had steaks marinated and ready to go but when we tried to start the grill it was out of propane. The owner was super nice and apologized for it, even followed through with refilling it, but it wasn't until the next day and we ended up having to cook our steaks inside on a frying pan. Wasn't a majorly bad thing but I don't like my steak cooked that way and we didn't have anything else on the first night to cook.

• Pamela (10/5): Would recommend - It was just what we wanted as far as the stay. Host was amazing and would recommend The sofa and love seat need cleaning. If you're going to have white furniture and host guests in and out the white needs to be cleaned. It was very dingy and dirty. The neighbors (beyond host control) HORRIBLE. Young kids partied all night, slammed doors. Ran across our front door screaming day and night.
