- zingu (9/5): Casa muy cómoda para una familia, ubicacón perfecta en el centro. - Ubicación y distribución de la vivienda, así como que todo estaba bien cuidado, habitaciones muy cómodas. Sin lugar a dudas los sofás del salón, necesitan un cambio.

- Juan (8/5): - La ubicación. Los cuartos de baño. No por sus instalaciones sino que en mi opinión un cuarto de baño y un aseo se quedan escasos para 3 habitaciones y 6 personas. En el aseo sobran la lavadora y la secadora y falta otro plato de ducha.

- Esther (8/5): - La cocina. Todo nuevo y muy limpio la verdad! Los sofás eran algo incómodos y la cama de matrimonio del dormitorio principal algo pequeña, con solo una almohada doble. Echamos de menos las lámparas de noche.
- Alejandro (6/5): Good condition but too much noise from the street below - The apartment was clean and in good condition. The staff were nice. The apartment does not have air conditioning, so in the summer you cannot close the windows. The twin bedroom, however, overlooks a very busy street (second floor). There is a lot of noise from revellers directly below until at least two o'clock, and from seven in the morning very loud deliveries arrive at the bakery right below the apartment. And then an hour later an extremely noisy cleaning vehicle.... All that every day, including Sunday.
