Gordon (10/5): Probably the best value in Nis. - Very comfortable, clean, well-managed place that the very responsive and helpful hosts take a lot of pride in. Six rooms, all slightly different in size and configuration. Located close to several small food markets. About 1.5 kilometers from the city center, with buses being convenient and free (the Serbian government has been subsidizing them for most of the past year).

Najdovski (10/5): - "Sve pohvale za smeštaj, toplo ga preporučujem svima! Apartman i kupatilo su izuzetno čisti, a bračni i pomoćni krevet su preudobni za spavanje. Kuhinja je odlično opremljena i ima sve što vam treba za prijatan boravak. Što se tiče tehničkih stvari, tople vode ima uvek (i u kupatilu i u kuhinji), a Wi-Fi je brz i stabilan. Lokacija je odlična – na 10 minuta vožnje kolima od centra grada, dok su prodavnice, menjačnica, trafika i apoteka na svega 5 minuta hoda. Parking je besplatan, na ulici ispred, a domaćin vam ga čuva sve vreme boravka. Sam domaćin je izuzetno kulturan, tačan, lak za dogovor i uvek spreman da pomogne. Smeštaj uživo izgleda potpuno isto kao na slikama. Moja iskrena preporuka

The parking area is a bit small, but I always found a spot. Also, the room doesn’t have outside windows, only towards an inner hallway, which may not suit everyone.

Le lit est super confortable et la chambre dispose d’un petit frigo pour des achats dappoints. L’établissement est environ à 20 min à pied du centre-ville, mais il y a plusieurs lignes de bus qui passent à deux minutes à pieds jusqu’à tard dans la nuit, ce qui est très pratique pour aller au centre-ville. Le logement est facilement accessible depuis la gare en bus.

Запах дров от печи где-то рядом - но это терпимо (хорошо, что не уголь).
